Extremely pleasant and relaxed atmosphere! Staff is very friendly, helpful and very professional!! My 1st bridal shop that I tried was Pronovias. Queti received me and my friend with open arms, being very patient and honest about the dresses I tried on. She understood from the begining what type i was looking for and everything she brought was beautiful. I really appreciated that Queti gave me and my friend some space to analyse, talk more and did not rush nor try to lead us on a false path just for the sake of marking a sale (like I've noticed in other stores after).
I came back after trying some more shops, to get my perfect dress .
Aside from good material, perfect tailoring (at least for my body), I loved the way we were treated and the honesty. Not to mention the inside of the store itself is a jewel!!! Really the best experience ever! Thank you Queti and Pronovias for helping me find THE dress for me .
