I arrived yesterday without an appointment. They managed to find a place for me a few minutes later. I was received by a gentleman at the reception who was very attentive and found solutions to some of my problems. I was then received by a very smiling and pleasant young woman. They managed to find me a dress in 1 hour when it was 8 months that I was looking for a dress in the biggest competing stores in Brussels. I left with my dress the next day with, alterations done! A real pleasure !! The store worthy of American films. The decoration is magnificent !!! Basically I recommend it 1000%!
