I had the best experience at Pronovias in Barcelona. They provided such warm and kind service. I never would have expected that I would be shipping my wedding dress back to America, but they made it all possible! I went in with very little idea of what I wanted. Kim was amazing and listened to everything I said l liked about the dresses that I tried on and used that information to find the perfect dress for my big day. She made such an exciting moment in my life feel extra special! They made a lot of alterations (unfortunately did not catch the name of the woman who altered the dress, but she was amazing as well) to the dress in one day and I could not be more excited with the results. They even added a last minute bustle so I will need little to no alterations before my wedding day. They were very accommodating even though my family and I spoke very little Spanish. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!
