In June of this year I purchased a 2009 Toyota from Primasing after many months of looking for the perfect van and finding nothing worth while. Travis was amazing and made the buying experience so wonderful. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. My car is perfect and I can not thank them enough.
My first experience with them was horrible. I honestly don't know how their company got 5 stars. I brought my saturn vue in to get the ignition changed because it was under recall. Something that was only supposed to take an hour ended up taking 3 hours, and then when I go in to pick it up there's a very noticeable dent on the back of the car. Upon mentioning the the dent the guy says they did a thorough review of the entire car claiming the dent was already there along with scratches on the wheels and he shows me a piece of paper that was his supposed documentation. What I want to know is if they were so thorough in their review is how they neglected other parts of the car that were clearly damaged and only managed to record the dent that I had a problem with and scratches that didn't mean anything. It seems to me he decided to make up the review in the 5 minutes it took him to see me to get out of taking responsibility. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about their lack of customer service along with poor handling of people's vehicles.

This place is a joke! I took our 2014 Durango RT in and traded it on 2 vehicles. The 2011 Ram pick-up we got had a huge tear in the seat belt that the "safety inspector" missed. That had to be replaced along with the left side mirror. They replace both only after getting the wrong parts on both. Finally got the correct seat belt and installed it. The mirror is still wrong and the mechanic installed it incorrectly, which led to a stud poking a hole in the side of the body. I took it to a body shop for an estimate which came out to $800 and Primasing wants me to bring it to a different shop that said they can do it for $150. I am tired of driving 40 minutes to get shotty work done and having the worst customer service I've ever seen. Thwy had both of our cars for repairs and gave us a loaner car. When i got into the car, it had 1/8 of a tank of fuel, which I had to refuel to get it back to them. They won't call you back when they say they will. I'm talking days, not hours. If you don't call them back you probably wouldn't even get a call from them. The gentleman that sold me the vehicles was at least nice. That's why I gave them 2 stars.

Also, Geoff transitioned the business process between my husband and I and with the manager. The paperwork was clear & went smooth. Casey presented to us & sealed the deal professionally while being friendly as well.
We had our 2003 Chevy pick up worked on. Other dealer garage wouldn't let us look at the parts they replaced. Primasing let me look at the parts, and were very good at explaining the problem. Cost under 300 compared to 1000
Primasing Motors is one of the last family owned dealerships in the area that have great family values they want you to get the best deal for your money. The guys that work there are the best they actually have a great sense of humor and know how to sell. Tim and Don Thorp are two great dealers! Getting taxes stop in for that new car!

I recently bought an '02 Avalanche from them, over the phone. The salesman and sales manager did a phenomenal job to accommodate me and my wife, when we had to drive from Central Oregon, to get this. This was particularly when I flubbed an income question, and nearly cost us the chance at owning this. (I answered with net income, and not gross ... oops!) But the sales manager pulled the magic rabbit from his hat, and got us financed, despite my flub. We were astounded, and thrilled. During our drive over, they had the paperwork all ready to be reviewed and signed, so we were in and out well within an hour. I'm not sure if he heard me, but on our way out, I told him they have earned themselves a repeat customer

I cannot and will not recommend this dealership to buy a car. I went in and spoke with a salesman about a certain vehicle,, told him I wanted it and would be back at 4 pm, six hours later to pick it up. When I went back, he was goofing around with other non serious customers, my new car had not been cleaned or serviced and was not ready to go. The salesman ran all over the dealership like a chicken with his head cut off but accomplished nothing. They tried to get me to come back the next day, which was not acceptable. Kept trying to put me off and blow me off. Salesman was very unprofessional. Eventually the Business Manager took over and made this salesman finish the job. The salesman never did show me benefits or features. I am an older female and felt like the salesman didn't really care if he sold the car to me or not. I have been using the Service Department here for 10 years and for the most part have been very happy. I will never buy another car here again, however! Total disrespect from the Salesman.

We were happy with our used car purchase (2006 Pontiac G6). My wife has had family who has purchased vehicles from Primasing over the years. In fact I still have the 1993 Chevy S10 Blazer that they purchased new from them back then. It was hard to believe this was a car dealership because they are not pushy and very helpful with getting you the best financing possible. Sometimes, that financing can take a few days to get finalized but they are pretty easygoing about it. I'll buy my next car there (hopefully new).

Appointment made for air bag recall. Got our truck in very promptly. Very friendly. But when got truck back notice crack in the dash where air bag was worked on. They said dash was like that before they worked on it and they find lots of trucks that year with cracked dash. Dash had not been cracked before their work. A case of he said she said. No proof. We'll never go back there. Give them a D- rating.

I got my gently used 2016 Chevy Cruze last year from Primasing and not only did I get an excellent deal on it, but the service and upkeep over a year later has been efficient and friendly! They wash my car every time and they always do a thorough job. The salespeople were more like family than "pushy car salespeople". I know I can trust them to take care of my car and I highly recommend them!

Service department replaced our engine, cut all wires and never hooked them back together (hot wires exposed, grounds unhooked and hanging, others cut and hanging, & more), did things that weren t related without talking to us first, didn t replace all the parts they removed (left inner fenders sitting on back seat & more), removed & never returned parts unrelated to the engine replacement, didn t clean anything prior to releasing the truck back to us (oil all over the place, mold & mildew covering the interior), never balanced the injectors, didn t link the turbo, didn t due their due diligence in working with the insurance, and left us with an awful mess to put back together. Such an awful job for having our truck for 6 months! We were also lied to about the warranty on a new engine where a 100k mile warranty went down to 12k miles. Worst experience ever!!!!

Had my oil changed 3 weeks ago. Found my 2011 Equinox is having a problem with it burning oil. CHEVY KNOWS THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE. MY car is under 80 thousand miles. The Dealer basically told me I was screwed!! This is a known issue. I am writing to GM. If no satisfaction I will join the others in a class action lawsuit about this problem!
Geoff is the nicest salesman I have ever met! He was straight forward and he answered all my questions without a problem, or without trying to push me into anything I didn't want. He knew what he was talking about when I asked him specific questions on the vehicle I was looking at. He wasn't overly pushy trying to sell me a car like I have had experiences with at two previous dealerships I went to. I had gone in on a Saturday right before a holiday. The people at Primasing were excellent in selling me the car I went to look at. They worked with the bank I wanted and didn't BS me on anything. I got a fantastic price on the car and a great rate that after the holiday, changed to a lower rate. I am very pleased with Primasing Motors and very pleased with the service I received from Geoff. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a new/used vehicle, you should go have a chat with Geoff or any of the other guys at Primasing Motors.
