I first came to the dealership a couple of weeksa ago concerning a recall on my HHR. Tracy was the employee who helped me, and she was very patient with me and also friendly. As a result of her great customer service, i returned to this dealership for an oil change. I believe she went above, and beyond in helping me make sure i was comfortable with the information that was provided for me
