If you come in ask for Andrew! He s fantastic, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I came in with less then perfect credit saying I wanted to get into a luxury car and he didn t shoot me down like other dealers did. He spent lots of time showing me everything he thought might interest me and listened to the things I liked and didn t like until I found the perfect fit. He knows what his establishment can do to back him up while he s working with the customers which is huge!!! I ll come back here just to say hello and get hug from someone who took my future travel needs very seriously.

The moment I walked out of my vehicle to look at a 2018 Kia Optima LX. Andrew Roeser greeted me with a great attitude and took me on a test drive on the vehicle I had been looking at online for the past few days. He was very kind and helped me through every step of buying my new car to me. I would definitely recommend friends and family of mine to go and buy a car from either Andrew or Power Kia. I went in to the Dealership Service Department to have them put my license plates on my new Kia Forte. I had a young guy by the name of Kevin assist me. Kevin was excellent in his customer service skills. You are very lucky to have such a nice, polite, helpful employee. This kid deserves a raise. When I come back to the service department I hope he is still working there and is as great as he was to me on my first visit. Kudos Kevin :)

Dave was amazing. I sent request for more information on a vehicle. He called me promptly and we scheduled a test drive. After looking at a one options we settled on a new Kia Optima. Super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. He helped us get a great deal and after just a couple hours we drove off the lot with our new car.

Bentley did an amazing job helping me pick out my new car! He was friendly and answered all of my questions. The whole process was surprisingly quick and painless.

I was so happy to get my car through Power KIA. because after getting frustration from another dealer ship, when i went to get brand new car at Kia they were so friendly i received a beautiful smile from Regina Walker she took us around to look for the car and we couldn't find what i wanted but she didn't stop there ,she decided to take us to another branch where they sale cars i was so impressed with her service , she looks very younger but smart in mind.

I purchased my 2016 KIA Soul from Power KIA a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the experience!

My Father and I worked with Ira Cohen at Power, who was absolutely fantastic. Ira was informative, patient and helpful. There was no pressure and Ira's customer service was vastly superior to all the dealerships my Father and I had previously visited in the Portland-Metro area.

I would highly recommend Ira and Power if you're in the market for a KIA.

My first time buying a car and Kaylee rocked it. She was not pushy like a sales person but she knows how to sell. She supported me the whole way through. I will recommend Kia and Kaylee and if I ever buy another car it will be at Kia!

Coming off of a bad experience over at Auto Outlet on Lancaster, I was happy to find a dealership that was more about the customer than the commission.
The staff at Power Kia are all about customer service and not "selling" you a car.
Mike the salesman and Frank Hellhake are great guys and definitely worked a miracle getting my APR to where I wanted it. My credit is horrible but now I drive a dependable and reliable car that I would have never thought that I could have afforded before!!
They have provided me with an opportunity to rebuild my credit and drive a car I want!

The used car we bought has had nothing but problems. Every time we call we are given the run around and this time they had the audacity to try and make fun of us implying that we don't understand what as is means. We understand what as is means but expect a car to last more than an hour before it breaks down. Then they fix it and it breaks down within 30 minutes of them fixing it again.

Highly recommended. Friendly staff. I was pleased to have been assisted by Regina who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was understanding of my budget and gave me a lot of information. I ve been to a few dealerships where I felt like I was only given half of the information I needed and the staff were just eager to make a sale. It s great to know there are sales reps like Regina who still value great customer service! Definitely an A+ experience!

My wife and I went in to trade in our 2018 Kia sportage for a 2019 Kia Sorrento. Well we found out that we paid about $5000. more than we should have for the 2018 sportage we bought at Kia of Portland. Our sales person from Kia of Salem, Herman, took his time trying his best to get us into the SUV we wanted. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get approved but Herman is a great sales person and we are going to go back to buy that Kia Sorrento as soon as we pay down our car a little more. Thanks again to our sales guy Herman for being kind and working hard to get us into the SUV. We will be back soon.

My family and I are happy we chose to go through power Kia. They were very patient when trying to find the perfect fit for our family vehicle. Michael V./Rebecca are great salesmen/women,who has plenty years experience as well. Overall we would come back here for our next vehicle. We bought a 2016 Kia Sorrento about a month ago now. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They worked with our credit issues and never made us feel like we were 2nd class citizen's. We had just been told by a dealership earlier in the day "no one will be able to finance you" well obviously that wasn't true. We had our 2 small children with us and when they reached meltdown the person working with us took money out of his own pocket so we could buy them snacks. We are Power customers for life now.

We were treated well by Herman and Greg. But the other issues we re still having isn t so great. When we drove the car off the lot to go home that evening, it had a horrible surging and shake to it. So we called Herman to let him know. After weeks of Power Kia trying to figure out what was wrong, Kia finally fixed the issue. But, they never fixed the surging problem. And still to this day they haven t fixed it. We went in last weekend to see if they would take the car back and get us into a car that doesn t have any problems. They said there s nothing we can do for you ! This is very frustrating. After buying a new car with only 17 miles on it, you d think that Kia would take care of there customers but I guess not. I didn t think a new car would have so many problems with it. So, if your looking to buy a new car, DONT GO TO POWER SALEM!!! We will take this problem to higher Authority, if we need to. This is complete bull that we have to have car NEW CAR that s a LEMON!!! Plus, there service department is a complete Joke. I could go on and on but, we ll save the best for later,

This Kia is awesome! I ve been here twice and Ricky has been more than helpful for my boyfriend and I. The first time we were just wanting an updated car and we told Ricky our situation, although we didn t leave with a new car the first time, we said we would be back. I messaged Ricky letting him know we got into a car accident and needed a new car really soon. Ricky not only made this process smooth, but he was able to find a car we loved but was also in our price range. With the stress from my car accident and having to find a new car, he made it amazing. Extremely POOR management! When the salesman didn t make the sale he even threw a temper tantrum. Highly unprofessional. They have one price listed online then tried to sell/tell you a different price when it came time to write the contract. We will never do business with any Power dealerships in Salem! Luckily this wasn t a needed car and we knew better than to be scammed by a dealership that was out to nickel and dime you.

My experience with Bentley was a breath of fresh air, especially compared to my other experiences with sales people. He knows a lot about what he is selling and is great at finding exactly what the person he works with wants!

We purchased a 2015 Cedenza from Power Kia last week. Just happened to stop by to see what Kia had. Jose helped us first-a young man that showed us several vehicles, knowledgeable & patient with us. He had to go to another customer that had scheduled an appointment so we were turned over to Wayne. Looked at a couple more vehicles & came upon this Cedenza. We took it for a test drive and before you know we were hooked on this vehicle. We enjoyed Wayne very much & he helped make the arduous task of buying a vehicle much more enjoyable. Now if we could just figure out all the electronics!

The sales rep, Les, was friendly.
We texted several times, confirmed the price of the vehicle we were looking at ($2000 over msrp) Spent 2 hours looking at the similar vehicle they had there (and another model) and signed documents to pre-order the one we wanted. After 2 hours working with the salesman, he comes back and says his finance manager said they are changing the price from $2000 over msrp to $5000 over msrp. Clearly customer service is not a priority at this dealership. Buyer beware

Great job replacing the engine on my Kia Optima that was recalled. Very helpful and communicated well during this process, Andre was great.

We took our daughter to Power Kia to have her purchase her first car. From the beginning Michael Verton took the time to show us many different vehicles within my daughter's price range. He let us test drive a couple of vehicles at their main lot and then took us to their other lot where we were able to find the car that my daughter decided to purchase. My wife and I went to Power Kia after we expressed interest in a vehicle that was on a really good Internet sale and got contacted by Herman Scales, who is on the Internet/Information Team. We had been looking at used (newer) Toyota and Honda minivans, and the sale at Power Kia was on a brand new one for just an extra couple of thousand dollars. Herman did a great job showing us the car. Minus a few sales techniques that would be expected from any car salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He also negotiated a decent deal for our trade in. The only person I got annoyed with was the guy we had to see to sign the paperwork (I am not disclosing his name for his name's sake), who kept pushing the extended warranty on us, making it sound like that unless we bought it, we would be soon spending tens of thousands of dollar on repairs (I sure hope that's not the case, as it would be counter advertising to Kia's factory warranty). However, it was an overall good experience. I had heard good things about Power Auto Group from coworkers and they lived up to it so far. I hope their continued service/maintenance lives up to is as well. Oh yeah, I should mention we love the Kia Sedona. Beautiful looking minivan, comfortable, fun to drive, etc. And the fact they are 51% owned by Hyundai, with a similar warranty, gives us additional peace of mind. Considering that our trade in was a Hyundai, which I hated to let go of because it was such a well built vehicle. Anyway, so far I'll give Power Kia 5 stars. And if things change, I will be sure to leave a follow-up review.

The whole process was easy. Vincent Carter was very friendly and honest. While he thought being quiet for the most part during the test drive was a problem, but it was a welcome change from the Veteran sales man and the hard sale.
