We came all the way up here for a 2010 GMC listed on the internet, which we viewed just yesterday. With the FULL intention of buying it, we hopped in the car this morning, because it is STILL listed on their website today! Well, yep you all guessed it. Classic bait & switch, they said, it was "just" sold yesterday. But wait, theres a Jeep we can buy. WTH? DO NOT ever do business with ANY car establishments that practice bait & switch! You have been warned.

I recently went with my son (a Navy Veteran ) to help him purchase a Car, It was pouring rain but I had read somewhere if you go car shopping in the rain, the salesman knows you are serious, The poor salesman , Ed Bathke, was very patient showing us the various SUVs, all of us looking like drown rats, To make a long story short, I ended up trading my Ford Escape ( I had no intention of trading vehicles when i came in ) for a Cadillac SRX and my son settled on a Arcadia. Ed was the perfect salesman, helpful but not pushy The Sales Manager ( sorry can't remember his name ) got financing for both vehicles, in spite of my sons lack of credit, In fact the whole staff at Primasing motor was nothing if not helpful. Now when anyone asks me where I got my "Caddy" I tell them Primasing and how great the people are there

Went in for an oil change, there close to Rite Aid in Lebanon so I went there to brouze around. When I got back they were done and my car was clean. Nice work Primasing.

For years i have had primasings take care of our cars. Sometimes problems are more complex than others, but the service department has always came through and solved the problem. We have bought many cars from Primasing during past years. Your sales persons have always been fair + Knowledgeable. Never "High pressure" which we have appreciated.

These guys are awesome! Service department runs on schedule, they're courteous and thorogh and fair. Plus they washed my car after servicing! Would highly recommend and will return when I need it. Thank you!

I bought a car from these folks and for the most part, I really liked them. It is a family owned business. Folks are friendly and do listen. They are a bit pushy though, so gird your loins before going in.

Great home town locally owned and operated dealership. The team really cares about making sure they earn and continue to keep your business. From sales to service they are stand up professionals. When I bring my truck in they never try to push me to buy anything or tell me I need to repair anything without it being something I already knew about. When it is finally time to get a new truck Casey and his team have my business.

These GM guys are absolutely awesome! We highly recommend Primasing for new vehicle shopping. They treated us with the utmost respect and catered to everything we asked for. Bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado and we wanted several factory parts installed and even changed our mind and wanted a different bed liner a few days after having it and they accommodated us anyway. We will be buying here for years to come! Erick was outstanding and their manager Jared goes above and beyond. He sat with us for over an hour going through information and recommendations about various options on the trucks. Casey, the owner also took excellent care of us! I spoke to Nathan over the phone several times and he was very helpful I didn't buy a truck through primasing motors but I would send anyone I new to Nathan. He was understanding and always called when he found something that he thought would work. I appreciated that he took the time to help me even know I was unable to find something ( I was very picky with a very very small budget) I hope one day I'll be able to send someone your way.

My recent visit to Primasing was a great experience. They quickly diagnosed my car problem, took time to explain the issue, and offered me a more generous discount than stated on the coupon I had from Chevy. They also provided quick friendly service when installing one last part the next week. Not fun to have car problems, but it's nice to know they are there when you need them.

My first visit & found the folks that I dealt with very courteous & friendly. Will return if & when I need help with my car.

So far, (I need to drive use and see)No complaint about how their work and or how the fob/vehicle works, but a big complaint about the time management. Just was saving my sister a trip, so I stopped by thought it would take 15 for them to activate the key fob....... Their is a lack of communication..... They send you to the waiting room. They don't tell you this will take 80 minutes, because they will have some woman drive your car like she's Pernelli to get the car washed.
They assume that when arrive your wanting to make a day of it.
They should have asked if I would like to have the car washed.
I missed another appointment as I sat in waiting, feeling like my vehicle had been hijacked.
I guess they assume that everyone knows what the program is. I was told that the car was hand washed.....I have no proof of that as of yet. When I sun comes out, I can tell. I could definitely still feel all the pitch still on the car (unfortunately it was parked near our fir tree) they rinsed the dust off basically.
The car needs to be detailed by Herrings here in Sweet Home.
I'd have declined the wash. If the car had not been in this condition with special attention needed,
I would have appreciated the car wash, if I had had enough time.
