we tried to book a holiday. when we made the payment, the site showed error, so not paid.
try to book again there was a price change I could not book yet.
i went to suntip just booked with the confirmation that i paid.
afterwards it turns out that I had paid
now i want to cancel. this will cost me 507.00 1 day after. i think this is outrageous a lot of money. have also taken out a cancellation insurance of 120. this also doesn't help. I call your price everything to me.
I find out that you can cancel after two free of charge. This is stated in the law. They have never heard of it at price. I will continue with this case. the dollar signs are for themselves

Here are a couple of AMATEURS who do nothing. After you send them a confirmation email to refund the tourist tax, they will get away with it and give you NO REASON why. Oh yes, and the Golden tulip hotel we booked turned out NOT to be a golden tulip hotel on arrival. Very sorry that I had given them the benefit of my doubts. For the following people who want to book, THINK GOOD.

We were not happy with our booked hotel due to a pool renovation which was not clearly indicated! Prijsvrij has helped us very well and we are transferred to a very different hotel! Very happy and very helped by Nadine!

The entire holiday was well taken care of. Everything was right what was described. In detail. I can recommend anyone to book free of charge and disappointments will continue to be saved. Absolutely a must !!!!

Well-arranged site, competitive prices and quickly arranged. At another site, after booking, we received a message a day later that the trip was no longer available for that price on that date ..! Prijsvrij.nl is fortunately much more reliable!

Op 26 januari hebben wij een vakantie geboekt naar Mallorca voor in de maand augustus bij prijsvrij. Toen wij boekte was het reisadvies nog 'code groen' (geen bijzondere veiligheidsregio) en was er nog geen corona geval bekend in Spanje of Nederland. Nu heeft Spanje 'code geel' als reisadvies (reizen op eigen risico). Bij plotselinge 'code oranje' of een 'Lock-Down' zijn alle bijkomende kosten voor eigen rekening, dit risico willen en durven wij niet te nemen aangezien wij dan financieel in de problemen komen, zo ook in de problemen komen op de universiteit wanneer wij onverwachts langer moeten blijven.
Dat precies dezelfde reis nu goedkoper word aangeboden verbaasd mij niet, mensen die nu boeken accepteren dat risico. Wij kunnen en willen dit risico niet accepteren, als wij hadden geweten dat wij met 'code geel' op een eiland moeten zitten hadden wij natuurlijk nooit geboekt!
Na telefonisch contact en contact via de mail is het antwoord kort, wij krijgen niks. Weliswaar hoefde ik maar 45 minuten te wachten bij telefonisch contact en kreeg ik redelijk snel antwoord via de mail. Helaas kon ik uit het copy-paste antwoord geen antwoorden vinden op mijn vraag.
Annuleren Is natuurlijk ons recht, maar zelfs als wij ruim optijd annuleren krijgen wij maar 42% van de totale reissom terug.
Ik snap dat de reisbranche het moeilijk heeft dit jaar en ik ben normaal ook totaal niet van negatieve reviews schrijven maar mijn klomp breekt wanneer ik zie hoe een vroegboeker behandeld wordt.
Wij hebben VOOR de Coronacrisis geboekt maar wij worden behandeld alsof wij vandaag de dag hebben geboekt!

Top vakantie!

Dat is niet eerste keer dat wij hadden vakantie geboekt via Prijsvrij , elke keer was alles super goed geregeld en klop alles wat staat op website. Ook de klantenservice werk prima! Ik krijg altijd snel reactie van medewerkers en snelle oplossing van bepaalde situatie. Aanstaande vrijdag zullen wij ook gaan op vakantie,maar helaas dat gaat niet door, door coronavirus. Ook in deze geval ik krijg hele mooie aanbod over betaalde bedrag.
Ik hoop dat binnenkort kan ik weer nieuwe vakantie boeken.
Bedankt aan de hele team voor goede ervaringen en tot gauw :)

Een prima geregelde reis van prijsvrij ,met een zeer mooie Aktie prijs.
Enigste nadeel is het vliegen met Corendon ,want ondanks de vlucht van ruim 4 uur is je een beker of flesje water niet gegund :-(

Celebrated New Year's Eve in Monte Gordo, Portugal in Baia Hotel and this was great. Were previously In Monte Gordo, but unfortunately in another hotel with similar rooms and a lot less kitchen. Unfortunately, a kilo or so arrived, but that should not spoil the fun. Next year for sure to Baia Hotel again.

Good service. We immediately received a clear email from Simone with all the information we needed. She also helped us a lot when we had a question about our booking.

After payment of the trip a malfunction which made the trip was not booked .... wait for money was already gone ... After many calls and e-mail 100 euro to pay ... trip was more expensive .... making the trip was only done after paying the extra 100 euros ... done quickly because the rest of my money they had already ... threatening mail where I felt pressured .... called again ... yes trip was booked ... check the trip again on the internet and what appears ... this is cheaper again !!! Again called and emailed but unfortunately that was a bad luck for me ... I call it LIGHTING !!!

Ik heb altijd goede ervaringen met prijsvrij heb 4 weken geleden nog geboekt naar Corfu ging helaas niet door wegens corona wacht nu op terug boeken van het reisgeld

I had to contact Inturotel Cala Azul in Mallorca myself because Price-free is in default on all fronts. This has shown that we only open on July 17 and our booked period is from 3 to 10 July. Inturotel informed the tour operators on 4 July. Price-free has not yet canceled my package holiday and is even about to continue ..... UNBELIEVABLE ... Have now informed them that I appeal to article 9.9 of the ANVR already for the 3rd x K # T company

A point of attention regarding the search options on the website. On the home page you can specify some search options, such as destination, travel party, etc. ... the next page you can then do the search options more extensively, but there the page reloads with each option and it takes a lot of time. It would be a lot easier to be able to click on all search options at once and then search.

Used part corona voucher, and it went fine! Unfortunately our trip to Fuerteventura was canceled due to Corona. We were informed about this in time, the emails were very clear and friendly. Subsequently received a corona voucher in March. Last week booked a hotel in the Netherlands for a few days and used the code of the voucher. Was a piece of cake and a day later we had already received a new voucher with the remaining behavior. Great service!

Prices on the website are correct for no meter. As soon as you click on the price, they will check if it is still available. In my case the price suddenly becomes 200 more expensive per person. Day price free.

Wij zijn al jaren vaste klant bij Prijsvrij. Vanwege de goeie prijzen en service. Ook deze keer zijn wij weer ontzettend tevreden. De informatie omtrent Corona op hun website is zeer compleet.
We hadden vorig jaar oktober al een reis naar Tenerife geboekt voor augustus 2020. Spanje is nu dan wel open voor toeristen, maar er waren nog een hoop onzekerheden. We hebben 1x telefonisch contact gehad en de medewerkster heeft ons zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. De vakanties worden op het moment in volgorde van vertrekdatum behandeld. Heel logisch, ze zullen overspoeld worden door vragen van klanten en problemen met accomodaties en vluchten. Er wordt systematisch te werk gegaan, top!
Uiteindelijk is onze vakantie 2 weken voor vertrek geannuleerd door de organisatie en hadden we de keuze voor een voucher of refund. Omdat we graag vrij in onze keuze willen zijn hebben we voor dit laatste gekozen en hadden na 4 dagen ons geld al netjes op de rekening staan.
Topservice!!!! Wij zijn en blijven vaste klant van Prijsvrij.

Very disappointed with this organization. First experience with Prijsvrij. Trip booked but unfortunately fell through due to Corona measures (which is understandable). Neatly received an email that I could request a refund OR book another trip. Opted for the refund. In the mail it was indicated that the money would be in my account within 5 WORKING DAYS. Only AFTER 5 working days did I receive an email requesting my account details. Shipped immediately. Called if everything was okay. Ms. could not find any details about the repayment and would put me through to the finance department. During the transfer, people hung up in my ear. Called back AGAIN. Another colleague indicated that it was not possible to connect to the finance department, but that the money would be in my account within 10 (instead of the promised 5) working days. STILL NO MONEY AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS. Called last Monday and it would be sorted out and colleague would call me back. Not called back, so had to go after it myself.

Meanwhile, 13 working days and 100,000 phone calls further, STILL NO MONEY RECEIVED! Today we spoke to a colleague again who indicated that the payment has been turned off but that it may take another 14 days before I will receive MY MONEY. I think it is ridiculous that the staff cannot give a clear answer to the question of when my money will be deposited. It's an easy matter and I'm not being taken seriously. Ridiculous that I will not be called back when this is promised and that I have to go after this myself. Never had such an experience with an organization. Definitely NEVER place a booking here.

Veel geld moet erbij!!!

Na meermaals op locatie geklaagd te hebben dat afspraken niet zijn nagekomen, in een varkensstal gedumpt ben en voer krijg van 3 weken oud. mijn koffer kapot uit het vliegtuig komt nadat ik deze perse in het ruim moest doen ondanks dat ik alleen handbagage bij had, kregen we op locatie geen hulp. Bellen en doorverbonden worden met iemand op Griekenland terwijl je in Spanje zit was normaal. In Nederland deden ze sowieso niks. Andere mensen in Nederland laten bellen en niemand staat voor je klaar. Inmiddels maanden verder en tientallen malen gebeld beloven ze een oplossing. Ze komen met niks. Zelfs als je afspreekt terug te bellen doen ze het niet. Ik raad niemand aan hier een reis te boeken. Ze willen niks oplossen en doen niks voor je. Wat een slecht bedrijf is mijn mening. En als je een slechte recensie schrijft dan zorgen ze ervoor dat Google of Facebook deze verwijderd of niet laat zien. Belachelijk!

Ze kiezen voor de optie laat maar klagen ! Wij doen niks en houden dat heel lang vol! Ook dat is een vak apart.

We have booked a trip with Prijsvrij. A day later we receive the travel documents, while proofreading we discover a spelling error in one first name. Immediately reported this to Priceless, and this was corrected within 24 hours. All praise for this fast acting.

Ik boek nu sinds 4 jaar mijn reizen via Prijsvrij! Ik ben zeer tevreden. Het klantcontact is echt heel goed, het word direct geregeld mochten er dingen zijn die aangepast moeten worden, of als er vragen zijn.
Je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden, alles staat duidelijk en juist beschreven over de reis. Kwa betaling etc.
Ik ben zeker te spreken over Prijsvrij! En blijf ook hier zeker mijn reizen boeken

Booked a holiday, it says "within a week you will receive the data for booking the luggage". Never told that it costs 100 in luggage for a 20 kg suitcase per person. I see below in the reviews that it has occurred more often. Only after 2 months the data to book luggage within, and then not come true before they have forgotten. And then report that they can't do anything with it, and you just have to figure it out for yourself! Nothing at all, no compensation, but just 600 in baggage costs. I am disappointed that I do not have cancellation insurance, but price-free is not recommended at all. Never again for us, more than worthless!
