Very disappointed with this organization. First experience with Prijsvrij. Trip booked but unfortunately fell through due to Corona measures (which is understandable). Neatly received an email that I could request a refund OR book another trip. Opted for the refund. In the mail it was indicated that the money would be in my account within 5 WORKING DAYS. Only AFTER 5 working days did I receive an email requesting my account details. Shipped immediately. Called if everything was okay. Ms. could not find any details about the repayment and would put me through to the finance department. During the transfer, people hung up in my ear. Called back AGAIN. Another colleague indicated that it was not possible to connect to the finance department, but that the money would be in my account within 10 (instead of the promised 5) working days. STILL NO MONEY AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS. Called last Monday and it would be sorted out and colleague would call me back. Not called back, so had to go after it myself.

Meanwhile, 13 working days and 100,000 phone calls further, STILL NO MONEY RECEIVED! Today we spoke to a colleague again who indicated that the payment has been turned off but that it may take another 14 days before I will receive MY MONEY. I think it is ridiculous that the staff cannot give a clear answer to the question of when my money will be deposited. It's an easy matter and I'm not being taken seriously. Ridiculous that I will not be called back when this is promised and that I have to go after this myself. Never had such an experience with an organization. Definitely NEVER place a booking here.
