Wij zouden in juni een paar dagen met vriendinnen naar Ibiza gaan. In februari hadden wij deze boeking gedaan en in mei al tig keer gevraagd of het wel door ging, aangezien allang bekend was (als je het nieuws volgde) dat dit hem niet ging worden. Toch moesten wij de hele betaling voldoen, om vervolgens nog geen twee weken later te horen dat onze reisje alsnog geannuleerd werd...
Wij hebben een mail ontvangen dat wij een reisvoucher zouden krijgen. Hierop hebben wij destijds geen akkoord gegeven, maar we hebben hem ook nog niet ontvangen. Nu hebben wij 3 weken geleden een mail gestuurd naar Prijsvrij, omdat wij graag ons geld terug willen. Je raadt het al.. Tot op de dag van vandaag hebben wij nog geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Waarschijnlijk gaat dit ook nog wel even duren, want als het gaat om geld ontvangen zijn ze erg snel, maar gaat het om de terugbetaling kun je wachten tot je een ons weegt.

Waardeloos! Na tig slechte bel momenten waarbij we of slecht tot niet geholpen werden, uitgelachen werden aan de telefoon of na 40 min in de wacht te hebben gestaan gewoonweg niet meer geholpen werden want het was inmiddels 21u. Echter hing ik al vanaf 20.15 aan de lijn. Onze vakantie geannuleerd,volledig betaald en nul respons over een evt terugbetaling of de werking van een voucher.
Het is ongelofelijk hoe slecht een reisorganisatie met hun klanten omgaat, bizar!

We had planned a trip to Prague, unfortunately Prague got code orange and we have decided that we will do this as yet, but at a later time Price free has done everything possible to inform us of this, call and email and there have given us choices without grumbling and grumbling! We had booked a car with the trip that would be ready at the airport. But unfortunately there was nowhere to be seen a car. After being on hold continuously, I took a taxi. What a sad organization with very bad service and communication.

Our trip to Fuerteventura has been canceled 3 days before departure. Cheat with advertised prices. Holiday booked at price-free for 650 euros pp. After a few days we receive an e-mail that there was miscommunication with the travel organization fti and that only rooms were available that were 300 and 400 euros more expensive, absurd amount of course. Or we could do exactly the same trip as we had booked, but not via FTI but via Sunmix, our own travel organization of price-free. In that case we would have to pay an additional 175 euros for the same holiday.
It is very coincidental that this happens to several people. Since they offer the same trip with their own travel company for 175 euros more expensive, you soon get the suspicion that the trip you originally booked never existed, but that this is used as a bait to book a trip that is actually 175 euros more expensive is then what they represent.
I have indicated that I would like to make that journey through Sunmix, but that they may give a discount out of leniency so that we can make the trip for the agreed price. They had absolutely nothing to know about this, I was even accused of threatening staff (which I would never do of course). I was then informed that they are canceling the trip and I will get my money back within 5 days (hopefully). Now I have to wait another week before I can actually book the trip with another organization, never again without price.
Prijsvrij.nl is a handy site where you can easily book a holiday! We (my girlfriend and I) have been booking with Prijsvrij.nl for a number of years. The service is good, if you have a question or are bothered with something you can easily send an email that will be answered as soon as possible. I would like it if I could tick "near beach" or "near center" at the filters. A top site for the rest!
Hugely disappointed in Price Free. Booked in February '20 for a family holiday to Lanzarote. It will be code yellow from 1 July, but we don't want to take the risk of being stuck there. Made a proposal 7 weeks before departure to pay for the entire trip and receive a voucher for it. But unfortunately not an option. Now have to pay 800 to cancel, they are not at all thinking along with the customer. There you go as an 'early booker'. In any case, they have lost this customer!

Our situation: We also knew that there was a good chance that we would not leave for Mallorca on June 21, and wanted to cancel our trip. We could, but we would lose 80% of our amount.
At that time we had not yet made payment (had been postponed by corona).
The woman who spoke to us (Patricia) advised us to wait a bit longer, but in the meantime we kept getting payment reminders.
My desire to leave was already over then, but my friend wanted to make the trip, so we asked if a rebooking was possible.
That was possible, for the price of what we paid per person.
We absolutely had to make a decision that same week (it was then Thursday), otherwise rebooking was no longer possible.
The options were: cancel and lose 80%, rebook and be sure, but impose 50% of the total travel amount, or wait.
We chose to rebook to have some security. Last Sunday we paid everything neatly.
Payment was visible in My Price Free on Tuesday, with the amount of our rebooking as 'overpaid', but that was normal according to them, because Sunmix had yet to confirm the rebooking.
Yesterday we heard that our original booked trip was canceled, as well as our rebooking, and that we would get a stupid voucher.
They can keep their voucher, we just want our money back!
Nice detail: the money from our rebooking suddenly disappeared from 'My Price Free'.
And now of course I don't get any response from them either.

Ik zal hier echt niet boeken, super teleurgesteld!!!!
Blijkbaar al veel vaker gebeurt, zo te lezen bij eerdere berichten.
Dinsdag namelijk een vakantie geboekt , dat dacht ik tenminste, een aanbetaling gedaan, maar kreeg een berichtje , dat het nog niet doorgevoerd kan worden.
Dat we meer zouden horen naar 2 werkdagen, maar nog steeds niks erbij gedacht en ik dacht gewoon het gaat door.
Maar, dus niet, de touroperator kon onze boeking niet verwerken of terug vinden.
Dus, helaas, we hebben gewoon pech en kregen ter compensatie een kortingscode van 25 euro.
Ik wou dezelfde vakantie opnieuw boeken, blijkt de vakantie opeens 200 euro duurder geworden.
Wel super gek, ik had namelijk contact met iemand via Facebook, die hetzelfde mee heeft gemaakt en bij hem hebben ze het bedrag, toevallig ook van 200 euro gecompenseerd.
Ik ga hier echt vakantie meer boeken!!!

30 minuten in de wacht gestaan gebruikelijke belkosten + 50 cent per gesprek. Toen er werd opgenomen zei Anne W.
ik kan niets voor u doen mevrouw ik moet eerst navraag doen bij pelikaan reizen. U hoort zo snel mogelijk van ons. Hiervoor 30 minuten gewacht op een antwoord van 30 seconden.
Prima ik netjes afgewacht na 4 dagen vroeg ik mij af of ik nog bericht zou krijgen dus ik ben weer gaan bellen. 30 minuten in de wacht gebruikelijke belkosten + 50 cent. Elvira M. kon mij alleen vertellen dat ze nog niks hadden gehoord van pelikaan. Dus ik was nog steeds geen stap verder ik heb gevraagd of de manager mij kon terug bellen aangezien zij niet aanwezig was. Dit was geen probleem volgende dag zou ik gebeld worden.
Volgende dag : NIET GEBELD. Aangezien ik zelf ook werk ben ik na mijn werk maar weer gaan bellen en wat een toeval de manager was niet aanwezig ! (lach me rot)

Uiteindelijk waren de kosten 175 euro. Dit is niet netjes aangezien er 3 partijen profiteren van mij. Easyjet vroeg 130 euro voor de wijziging aangezien zij de stoel annuleren en dan weer een nieuwe boeken, om daarna mijn oude stoel weer te verkopen aan een andere klant! ERG NETJES!!!
Pelikaan reizen wilde ook wel even 25 euro voor de naamwijziging.
Prijsvrij vroeg hiervoor 20 euro.

Na wat flinke problemen te hebben gehad met prijsvrij hebben ze het toch wel opgelost. Zolang je met ze in contact blijft zijn ze toch bereid om met een compensatie te komen.
Ik kon mijn heenreis niet halen door omstandigheden. Daarna is er verteld dat het mogenlijk was om mijn heenvlucht om te boeken, maar later bleek dat toch niet zo te zijn. Door die fout kost mijn eigen aangeschafte retour zon 80 meer.
Prijsvrij heeft daarna contact gezocht en kwam met het voorstel om de 80 ter compensatie te vergoeden. Ik ben blij dat er toch nog een oplossing voor het probleem is gevonden!

I regularly book airline tickets myself and an apartment directly to a sunny holiday destination because I always end up cheaper. Due to the corona virus, I did not dare and wanted to opt for a package holiday. I saw the Prijsvrij commercials on TV. Let's have a look ... couldn't believe my eyes. The trip was cheaper than I would book myself. Not even a deposit. We did not have to think about that ...... Lanzarote we will enjoy again in February.

Canceled our holiday 2 months ago due to the corona. The uncertainty in Spain is simply too great. Every time we should receive a message from PrijsVrij, but that has not happened. Today they'll call you up to say we have to go on vacation anyway, or we'll lose the money. But apologies for not responding earlier. Well that is of no use to us. I cannot arrange everything within 12 hours. Not even with work and especially not to find a babysitter for my pets. Worthless company. Really do not book through them, because we are going wrong! Because they don't respond to mail!
