Overzichtelijk. Juiste foto s afgebeeld. Goede omschrijving van alles. Ook tav COVID-19. Ook heldere uiteenzetting wat Prijsvrij wel / niet doet bij eerder terug keer. Aantrekkelijke prijs en goed in verhouding met kwaliteit. In dit geval zelfs boven verwachting. Niet alleen zwembadzicht maar zelfs ook uitzicht op de oceaan. Prachtig appartement en alles ziet er keurig verzorgd uit en wordt goed schoon gemaakt.

Gisteren terug gekomen na een heerlijke vakantie van 3 weken. We hebben enorm genoten van het appartement. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nooit was iets te veel. Elke dag werd alles keurig schoongemaakt. Management trad daadkrachtig op nadat een groep personen zich misdroegen bij het zwembad. Rest van hun vakantie hebben wij ze niet meer gehoord. Waren zo mak als lammetjes . Wij zullen zeker dit hotel nogmaals bezoeken

Most misleading website I have ever seen. Really every price you encounter on the site is doubled. Nowhere are the 'from' prices to be found. I advise you absolutely to skip absolutely free when searching for your holiday. Scammers.

Then they try to spawn you with their best price guarantee, but if you read the rules then everything is done to make sure that you can not claim this, or get tired of it and you lose takes. However, holidays are now just hundreds of euros (!) Per person more expensive than, for example, Holiday Discounter !!

Prijsvrij is een fijne reisorganisatie je wordt keer op keer heel behulpzaam geholpen niets is teveel voor hun.
Helaas kon mijn reis niet doorgaan vanwege corona ook daar in zijn ze heel direct en storten het geld terug.
Als volgend jaar het boeken wel gaat dan alleen maar prijsvrij eerlijk betrouwbaar je voelt je begrepen en gehoord.
Topteam mijn complimenten.
En volgend jaar hoop ik wel dat ik met de kids voor het eerst kan vliegen naar een mooi plekje malorca.

Easy site. Travel to Gran Canaria booked, rental car with extra discount, parking place at airport at very good price. Also very handy that you can choose from many airports in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Sometimes it is really worthwhile to drive a little further for a much lower price. At Price-free see the difference immediately. The overview from the options is also much better than elsewhere, it is easier to compare without much click and hassle. And the price is always the best, so I don't even have to compare it. Good luck!

Excellent communication. Had booked flight and hotel to Grand Canaria but due to Corona hotel was not yet opened and flight canceled. Received an email offering a voucher or the choice to have the money refunded to my account.
Here's how it should be done, the choice lies with the customer! Finally booked a new trip at Prijsvrij and enjoyed a great holiday!

Price-free do not do their business very well. I booked a vacation here. After I had paid I am told that the outward flight is no longer available. The alternative I looked up afterwards also appears to be unavailable. They still offer both vacations on their website even though they have known for a week that they are no longer available. After the payment you will receive a lesser alternative for 1500 more. When I call they don't want to help me, just by mail.

Geachte Directie,

Op 14/1 hebben wij samen met de familie Nitsche een vakantie geboekt naar Turkije. Wij hebben al meerdere keren via Prijsvrij geboekt en telkens naar tevredenheid. We zouden van 3 mei tot en met 10 mei naar Royal Holiday Palace in Lara Turkije gaan. Helaas kon deze vakantie vanwege corona niet doorgaan.
Na diverse malen gebeld te hebben met uw klantenservice, kregen we op 20 mei een voucher. Hierover hebben wij nog enkele vragen/opmerkingen.

Tijdens het boeken (en nu nog steeds) staat op uw site bij de rubriek service duidelijk, dat u aangesloten bent bij de ANVR en SGR . Tevens staat er ik citeer Is prijsvrij aangesloten bij de ANVR en SGR? ja, prijsvrij is aangesloten bij de ANVR en SGR. Op jouw boeking zijn de voorwaarden van de ANVR en SGR dan ook van toepassing. Hieruit kan ik alleen maar opmaken dat wij een reis geboekt hebben waarop de voorwaarden van de ANVR en SGR van toepassing zijn.
Op de voucher die we 20 mei ontvingen, staat nu echter dat de dekking alleen maar geldt voor reisorganisatoren die zijn aangesloten bij de SGR. Buitenlandse touroperators vallen hier vanzelfsprekend niet onder. Dit is tegenstrijdig met elkaar. Onze vraag is dan ook: Is deze voucher gedekt? Zo ja door wie.

Vrienden van ons hebben in dezelfde periode ook een reis via Prijsvrij (met touroperator Anex tours) geboekt. Zij hebben van jullie ook een coronavoucher ontvangen. Echter op deze voucher wordt geen melding gemaakt van het feit dat de reis niet gedekt is omdat de touroperator buitenlands is. Ook staat op die voucher niet vermeld dat de voucher van zowel Prijsvrij als Anex tours is. Daar staat alleen Prijsvrij genoemd. Dit is toch meten met verschillende maten.
Overigens hebben wij 20 maart 2020 al een voucher van jullie gekregen. Ook hier wordt geen melding gemaakt dat onze reis niet onder de SGR dekking valt. Er staat zelfs: Prijsvrij vakanties is aangesloten bij het ANVR en SGR. Brancheorganisaties met strenge normen voor haar lidmaatschap. Via de SGR is uw reissom, als ook de bijgevoegde corona-voucher 100% gewaarborgd.
Ook weer heel duidelijk lijkt mij. Deze voucher is trouwens naderhand ongeldig verklaard, omdat jullie deze per abuis te vroeg verstuurd hebben.

Verder ontvangen wij graag antwoord op de volgende vragen:
Wat zijn de voorwaarden om ons geld terug te krijgen in plaats van een voucher?
Van wie krijgen we het geld terug? Van Prijsvrij of Anex tours ?
Wanneer kunnen wij met de voucher een nieuwe vakantie boeken.
Als ik met deze voucher een reis bij u boek, hoe moet ik dan weten van welke reis Anex tours de touroperator is?
Op uw site verwijst u naar de bijzondere voorwaarden. Deze zijn echter nergens te vinden.

Wat gebeurt er als Prijsvrij failliet gaat?

Nogmaals, we hebben begrip dat dit een uitzonderlijke situatie is. Dat reizigers vouchers krijgen, is ook geen probleem. Het kan echter niet de bedoeling zijn dat wij, ondanks wij hebben geboekt bij Prijsvrij die SGR dekking heeft via Anex tours die ook een dekking heeft, wij bij een faillissement tussen wal en schip vallen en niets ontvangen.

Wij hadden op het laatst besloten toch nog maar even ertussenuit te gaan om het jaar af te sluiten.
Voor een superrr prijs, een all-inclusive hotel in Marokko Agadir.
Prijs inclusief 2 koffers 23 kilo + 2x 8 kilo handbagage, goede zitplaatsen met extra beenruimte, normaal moet je dat allemaal appart inkopen en transfer 8 dagen voor 2 personen 458,-.
Nou dat was een top vakantie!
Hopelijk vinden we volgend jaar weer zo'n mooie aanbieding!!!

As indicated several times now, I want my money back from the booked trip. I no longer have faith in this company and the way customer service functions. I have sent 23 emails about the status of my canceled trip, I do not get clear answers to this.
It is very difficult for Prijsvrij to take a stand and communicate this unambiguously with the customer.

I just want my money back, I have already paid the full travel sum from January, and I have not been able to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. Holiday canceled by corona, want to rebook with the voucher. Voucher does not work so I have to try 10x every day if the voucher has already been activated by the relevant department. This means that I have to fill in the booking every day and try to send it again. in the hope that the voucher will work. Very bad, I already had a bad experience after booking in January but their behavior now really goes wrong.

Yesterday after being on hold for 30 minutes also by phone, but it just says you will be emailed back later in the day.
Then you will receive an email that you just have to wait until your voucher code works, that is not possible. Why do you send a voucher that does not work?

August 21 trip booked (I thought): site is fixed, amount has been debited. Contacted customer service.
Had several contacts, including the question whether it was written off to me. So yes.
Due to a technical malfunction, the booking would not have been recorded (so paid).
August 24th comes the suggestion to rebook: Travel is still available for the same money. (However, this also means paying again of course).
Called anyway after that e-mail: it was still manually recorded.
The same day the message comes that the trip is no longer available (so is suddenly sold out?) And people ask for my account number for crediting (you can also refund on credit card, so this was another separate question).
On August 25, my account number was passed on, the receipt was confirmed and the order was sent to the credit department. (They say).

Took a long time, got back in touch. 'We will refund it within 10 working days, we probably cannot speed it up'.
Well after those ten working days, another email was sent (quite bluntly) and received no response.

In summary: it is now September 19th. We are 18 working days and 25 normal days further since the promise of crediting a (quite considerable) sum of money that was never paid for by a product or service, in fact: 'my' product / service simply never existed.
Price Free holds a sum of money that should never have come into their possession, nor should they have remained. In addition, my money has not been available to me for almost a month.
Very disappointing is putting it mildly.
The last word has not yet been said on this.

Update 20-9: yesterday also put the problem on complaint.nl (where price free has joined itself). Prijsvrij has already made the effort within 24 hours to 'not deal with the complaint'. Turning down complaints can apparently be much faster than doing chargebacks. Perhaps redistribute tasks? We go on...

Prijsvrij.nl is a great site to book your vacation. The site is very well-arranged and all options are clearly displayed. It is also nice that you can choose the departure days yourself and the length of your trip can easily vary.

Dit is uiteraard wel opgelost maar uiterst vervelend.

Easy to use website , great low prices we had a great holiday at Sisi Bay on the island of crete.

I booked on the 24th and tickets and vouchers where send per email on the 28th.

When we booked it was clear that the flight (Direct flight from Amsterdam with Transavia) 2x20kg luggage , transfer from airport, and hotel (half board) was included in the price.

We also rented a car with Prijsvrij, this was the cheapest in the list (Nissan Micra class), after arrival it appeared we rented with Tourent that gave us a Toyota Yaris that was around 10 years old ,all in insured for 300 euro 11 nights car was perfect for us. When we arrived we went to the rental desk and all was done within 15 minutes.

Still managed to make a nice break to Valencia in the high season. It was very difficult for a nice price, last minute booking anything until we have tried at one time prijsvrij.nl. It is the 1st time through this site a vacation and we are so far very satisfied. Everything was very well organized in a short time and we have not encountered any problems yet. Door een fout van onze kant was mijn achternaam niet goed bij de boeking. Binnen een kwartier na boeken gebeld en het zou geregeld worden. Logisch dat dat wat kostte, vonden we ook geen probleem. Na telkens zelf erachteraan gebeld te moeten hebben was het ongeveer 2 weken later nog niet geregeld. Telkens iemand anders aan de lijn en de kosten liepen steeds meer op. Een paar dagen voor vertrek was het uiteindelijk geregeld. Prima dat een fout geld kost en prima dat je afhankelijk bent van de vliegtuigmaatschappij wat betreft kosten, maar het had ten eerste niet zo lang hoeven duren en ten tweede verliep de communicatie bar slecht. Beloftes over terugbellen werden bijv. niet nagekomen en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.

Reis geboekt op 19/12/2019 Gran Canaria voor vertrek 21/06/20 die werd afgelast wegens covid 19, geduldig gewacht tot reactie van Prijsvrij die bevestigde dat de reis niet doorging en voucher opstuurde voor volgende reis te boeken, ze waren bij Prijsvrij wel aan de late kant met voucher 19/06/2020, maar wij hebben geduld, we weten dat het allemaal niet meevalt al die ongeduldige mensen te woord staan.
Wij zijn echt heel tevreden over Prijsvrij, voorons een aanrader, en nogmaals geduld loont.

The website is very clear and there is enough information about the destination. Clear photos and description. When selecting a trip, the date would occasionally jump to a date that we had not entered. We also found it annoying that everywhere is a price and these only correspond with dates outside the chosen period. It would be better to show a starting price at the selected dates. This is very frustrating. Furthermore, the booking was easy. A big advantage is that you do not have to make a down payment. The options also include car rental, but these are much too expensive on Rhodes you can rent a car at Rhorent much cheaper and it will be delivered to your desired location. The costs of the transfer are very high compared to the price of the trip. The duration of the standard transfer is also very long. That is why we have opted for the most expensive option, a private transfer.

Nee we moesten de restbetaling ook betalen!!!!
Dit alles voor een ONGEDEKTE voucher!!!
Daar deze tot 1 juni 2020 door de ANVR gedekt waren.
Bekend bij Prijsvrij....maar dwingt klant tot betalen of annuleren.
Heb dit laatse noodgedwogen gedaan.
900,00 heeft dit gekost.
Mijn advies ga met dit

Na de boeking wordt alles doorgekoppeld naar klein reisbureau.!!!!

Never again! For the first time made a booking through price free, they are big crooks, last week booked a trip, paid and ready we thought ... Well not so beautiful. The day after the booking rang there, no it will be fine we are working on it. we had no confirmation email. In the end, the travel organization in which price-free purchases of travel had increased the price, so we did not have to travel with this increase otherwise. In the end, the children agreed to this, we were very pleased. Later on the day again mail from price free, another increase ..! if we wanted the trip we had to pay 500 euros more .. We have called, but no help or coulance or whatever. They are fully in their rights we were told.

No star worth, people beware what you book through price free !! the word says it all they are free with the price what they want .....
