A very unprofessional approach to the customer. After canceling your vacation because of covid. Prijsvrij sends us a coupon for the sum we bought the holiday. We wanted to postpone the holiday to the next year, because so far we are lossy. Holidays in the Dominican Republic in the same hotel, the same number of days, at the same time cost twice as much. So probably for this amount we will be able to fly to Spain. And I'm not interested in holidays in Spain. Dominican Republic only. I do not recommend and advise against. Lack of professionalism

Booked a last-minute trip to Corfu via Priceless. Everything went smoothly by email, boarding passes and flight schedule. Checking in via the internet and seats next to each other (on good luck, we had not paid extra for it). Hotel was also to your liking, great swimming pool.

When our trip to Spain unfortunately could not go through due to code orange, the customer service responded quickly and adequately and after a few days we received all our full travel sum back. As soon as the weather can we will book another holiday at Prijsvrij!

The day before our return trip we had to call ourselves (with a waiting time of 12 minutes) to get our reservation number from Ryanair. Then at the airport we had to pay extra 2 baggage ( 50) while it was not the case with TuiFly on departure. The transfer shuttle (normal bus) is not recommended given the total travel time of almost 2 hours. Only 20 minutes by taxi.

My first booking had somehow failed. I had transferred 1 cent for the booking. A day later I received a neat e-mail that something had gone wrong with genuine apologies. As a broker, I received a voucher of 25 euros. Being able to book the trip again a few days later. Price-free was really the cheapest provider. And for dessert, I can exchange the 25 euros nicely. Even the 1 cent was later neatly reversed.

Specifiek dit hotel gekozen en ook met bijbetaling 2x ZEEzichtkamer Wij waren met vrienden dus specifiek gevraagd om deze kamers.
Het duurde bij de boeking al lang omdat Prijsvrij steeds met touroperator moest overleggen NB hun eigen touroperator Sunmix maar goed.
Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek dat wij ZIJ -zeezichtkamers hadden . Dit stond ook op onze voucher maar dat hadden wij over het hoofd gezien.
Omdat Prijsvrij's eigen touroperator geen hostess in het hotel heeft , eigenlijk nergens hebben wij meteen geklaagd bij prijsvrij. Die kon op dat moment niets doen zeiden ze maar het hotel kwam het een oplossing.
Voor 480 euro extra kregen wij een upgrade naar de Star prestige
Alle lof voor het hotel terplaatse.
Maar nu komt het !!
Het enigste wat ik vraag aan prijsvrij is de terugbetaling van de kosten die ik extra heb betaald voor een zeezichtkamer.
Nu vind Prijsvrij het vreemd dat wij een kamer hebben geaccepteerd die geen zeezicht had. NEE DIE WAREN ER TOCH NIET !!!
Voorstel is nu 1x 177 euro en een 50 euro tegoed bon.

Vraag aan u ieder het is dan toch logisch dat ik minimaal 2 x 177 retour krijg ipv 1 x een een lullige tegoedbon?

Horrible service. We received the wrong price-free information about canceling the holiday, which prevented us from making the right choice and thus lost a lot of money. We had booked our holiday in January and so unexpectedly got into a difficult situation with the cancellation and the poor service of price free has made this even more stressful and annoying.

Following Covid-19, the tour operator ITS Reisen indicated that all trips booked before the start of Covid-19 in Europe with a departure until July 31 may be canceled free of charge. However, Price-free has its own rules in addition to their ANVR conditions (so that the entire ANVR is no longer useful), so this is not possible via Price-free. After much contact with Prijsvrij about the matter, we do not get any further. I then contacted a Travel Counselor who also offers travel via ITS Reisen. This indicates simply to cancel according to the conditions as ITS Reisen indicates. In my case this means cancellation against a voucher of 0.01. Also, they can never ask me to make the final payment as they cannot guarantee that my trip can continue. It then justifies the Travel Counselor to cancel my trip free of charge, also according to ANVR conditions. Currently, I have appealed to Book 6 of Civil Code Article 263. "In case there is good reason to fear that only partial or improper fulfillment will be made, the suspension is only permitted insofar as the shortcoming justifies it." This trip cannot offer price-free on the basis of what we have booked. Price-free can therefore not but cancel our trip. Even if the travel advice turns yellow, Price-free cannot meet the expectations we have booked. At that time there are restrictions that were known to us when booking. Also, the risk that the country will be locked again is too great. We cannot run any risk for this with our own business. To be locked up in Egypt or quarantined for 2 weeks upon return. Price-free can therefore not more than cancel. There are already pages being created / legal assistance enabled and bad reviews written on all pages with reviews. Hope for Prijsvrij that they can keep their heads above water and that they don't lose out to the customer!

In response to questions about the announced strik...

In response to questions about the announced strikes by Ryanair, we contacted Priceless a week ago. After this news we asked the price-free question whether these strikes have an effect on our flight.

In the meantime, even after a second urgent mail, we still have not received a response. We therefore do not know at all where we stand. As a precaution, we were forced to book an alternative flight with another airline to secure ourselves from the vacation.

never book with price free! They don't think along or show courtesy in these times. We are forced to cancel our trip. But not against the ANVR conditions but against SunMix their own labels conditions. Lost 50% of our trip! Almost 1100 euros! Not allowed to rebook or pay later. Our hotel has restrictions everywhere, including on the swimming pool, etc. And they still want to rake in your money! Be warned!

On a Sunday you will receive an email that the booking did not go through to the travel company and that they were unable to offer the trip to the travel company. A lot of hassle about a last minute canceled vacation. Bad service to the customer. Refund of the trip went well and quickly.
Addition due to quick response from Prijsvrij: respond quickly and adequately to my review, but all emails with questions about the booked trip have only been answered many weeks later or not at all. I suspect that some emails have been deliberately not answered. Taking into account the Covid-19 problems, we do not find that acceptable.

I have booked a stay and paid for me, my son and my wife to Fuerteventura for 22-02-2020. Booking took place on 03-01-2020 and on 07-01-2020 I receive an email that my money is being refunded because they failed to book my vacation. I called and asked what is going on. Price-free indicated that there were no more tickets available on the day of my flight. I could choose a different day and time and pay an additional amount of 350 euros. Ridiculous !!! Was my first time that I had booked at Priceless and immediately the last !!!!

At the beginning of January, my son and his girlfriend booked a 13-day flight to Kos and immediately paid the full travel sum. The organization read Prijsvrij still does not know whether they can leave on July 12, 2020. Several times had contact solutions suggested such as earlier or later departure other destination and what dare these crooks say that is not or when booking you are 90% of lost the travel sum. Nicely customer-oriented, price-free and then they dare to advertise that these unthinkable crooks have the highest customer satisfaction rating. A number 0 is still too high for this organization. Never write a review but am now so angry and disappointed with it, can't get out of my keyboard anymore. The first and last time our family has booked here and will tell our family and acquaintances how you treat customers. Simply bad!
