Booked a holiday, it says "within a week you will receive the data for booking the luggage". Never told that it costs 100 in luggage for a 20 kg suitcase per person. I see below in the reviews that it has occurred more often. Only after 2 months the data to book luggage within, and then not come true before they have forgotten. And then report that they can't do anything with it, and you just have to figure it out for yourself! Nothing at all, no compensation, but just 600 in baggage costs. I am disappointed that I do not have cancellation insurance, but price-free is not recommended at all. Never again for us, more than worthless!
