Our trip to Fuerteventura has been canceled 3 days before departure. Despite many attempts to ask questions about options for rebooking, cancellation or questions about canceled flight, price-free did not find out what our trip was like until 3 days before our departure date. We could have known this weeks earlier and therefore avoided stress. Fortunately, paying back the travel sum went smoothly. That makes up for a bit, but I no longer book through price-free.
