We had booked a car with the trip that would be ready at the airport. But unfortunately there was nowhere to be seen a car. After being on hold continuously, I took a taxi. Called back request submitted and emailed but still no response 5 days later. Now we have lost the money for the car and have to incur considerably more costs for taxi and renting another car. What a sad organization with very bad service and communication.

Meanwhile 40 days later and still no decent solution has been received. Say every time they are going to refund the cost of the car, but still haven't seen a cent. What a drama organization. Cheap turns out to be expensive but again expensive. Better book your trip through a decent company.
