Cheat with advertised prices. Holiday booked at price-free for 650 euros pp. After a few days we receive an e-mail that there was miscommunication with the travel organization fti and that only rooms were available that were 300 and 400 euros more expensive, absurd amount of course. Or we could do exactly the same trip as we had booked, but not via FTI but via Sunmix, our own travel organization of price-free. In that case we would have to pay an additional 175 euros for the same holiday.
It is very coincidental that this happens to several people. Since they offer the same trip with their own travel company for 175 euros more expensive, you soon get the suspicion that the trip you originally booked never existed, but that this is used as a bait to book a trip that is actually 175 euros more expensive is then what they represent.
I have indicated that I would like to make that journey through Sunmix, but that they may give a discount out of leniency so that we can make the trip for the agreed price. They had absolutely nothing to know about this, I was even accused of threatening staff (which I would never do of course). I was then informed that they are canceling the trip and I will get my money back within 5 days (hopefully). Now I have to wait another week before I can actually book the trip with another organization, never again without price.
