Perfect location with weak and slow service. Pasta and wine bellow expectatoon based on price.

I'd recommend this place came here with my mum dad sister and neice and the food was absolutely fantastic my pasta dice was amazing staff were very lovely thanks guys came all way from Swindon will deffo come back again

Nice contemporary decor, friendly service and tasty food. My first visit to this chain and I will certainly take my custom there again.

They provide a 25% discount on the meal if you are a Defence Discount Services member.

Toilets are down steep stairs in basement, but there is a disabled toilet on ground level.

Terrible service, staff doesn't want to give a jug of water despite being a very hot day. Daughter was waiting for crayon that never arrived. Nottentive need to call a few times to get any attention although they r just standing there chatting along among the colleagues. Calzone and pizza are at good standard but tortelli dish is not good. Hard pasta and very spicy.

Booked a table but in arrival we were not acknowledged as having booked and the bill said walk in. This meant our details were still on the DNA list. We hadn't finished our starter when the mains were brought out and placed before us. The Pesto and Pea pasta had no peas in its they had run out . Food was good and at a good price for central London but staff need retraining

I usually make a visit using their 50% offers so I get to go in a group. The only thing you need to order here is Calzone. The best packed with filling and lovely sauce and side salad. Perfect portion

Waited nearly an hour for dinner - - took the edge off our evening! A real shame, because the food was good when it finally arrived. The waiter should have offered to take something off the bill, but didn't ... ... and consequently we were running late so didn't have time to pursue the issue.

It's an OK Italian food chain. They had run out of many dishes in the menu (e.g. no Caesar salad) when we went, so options were a bit limited.

Absolutely terrible experience. Shoved into a corner, made to sit in an awful spot despite lots of 'booked' tables being free the whole time we were there and then subjected to essentially dog food in my 'spicy carne calzone' topped with gone-hard cheese. Leaves of the salad turning yellow. Starter served on a dirty plate. Staff friendly but massively understaffed. The only positive was the cheap G&T! Next time I'll give it a miss even if in a rush pre-theatre.

OMG!! Remember doing shots here at the end of a works day out to London. We were having fun and had to rush back to catch the last train - all good, we all got home and slept it off!!

Very nice restaurant. Serving sizes were a little on the small side but the pasta dishes were really delicious.

I've been to this Prezzo 3 times before giving this review and all 3 times the food was below average. Last Friday I went there for dinner after theatre, my partner and I had pasta as our main and both dishes were unacceptable, very lazy display and absolutely taste less, we also ordered pizza bites to snack as we were waiting for our mains and the bites were raw, an absolutely joke, I asked to speak to the chef, but apparently he was busy. If you look around that area you will see a Pizza Express and Zizzi's which are cheaper than Prezzo and the food is way BETTER. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and as I said I gave the place 3 chances before doing a review.

Good food, longer than usual waiting time. Friendly staff.

Fantastic service. Took a while for food to come out, but nothing was too much to do for the waitresses. Gluten free food, great. Birthday, they provided candles on a pudding etc.

Had a blast last (haha) Saturday lunchtime, celebrating with my (last seen when he was one year old, now 20 years old and v. handsome!) nephew and of course other family members, the staff really knocked themselves out to please my fussy sis (ha ha) and actually open a bottle with cork popping etc just to please her (instead of opening the bottle at the bar and bringing it over). Generally lovely food, lovely staff, OK place and thanks Halim and colleagues for making our visit so happy and jolly. xx

My experience at Prezzo has been inconsistent. I've had some great meals, but I've also had times where I was the only person forgotten about at table of 10. I would like to think this was an isolated experience for me as overall, the food is great and the service is normally excellent.

i like the pizzas and the calzones.
i also like the desserts especially the cheesecakes.
this is my favourite place to eat.

Very friendly and attentive staff, the restaurant layout is very stylish and comfortable, cocktails are affordable for the area's price.

Also, the variety of dishes is great.

Fantastic service, some of the best I've ever had. The food was delicious and I liked the cosy vibe from the very close seating- although I couldn't recommend it for wheelchair users!

If you want to eat a good pizza you should definitely go somewhere else. I was pretty disappointed about their service as well. I wouldn't go back to this place.

An nice itailian resturaunt, i booked on thursday evening prepared to have a meal for 2 the service was nice and fast, and the food was nice and tasty, i would not say it was the best, but it was certainly really nice, nice cheesy pizza and pasta nice and creamy and butterly, full of flavour, the wine was a little questionable, when you calculate how much you payed for the price.

but overally, i would highly recomend this resturaunt.

Great tasting pasta risotto and pizza's at a good price simple food and just what we needed before our show. Reserved booking and had a good table, services really good even with an extremely busy evening.

I ordered a margherita which the menu said came "with basil". The pizza had one leaf of basil in the centre.

I asked the waitress why it didn't have more she told me that was "how we do it" shrugged and walked off!

At the end of the meal the manager asked if our food was ok I mentioned the lack of basil and was told I should have specifically "asked for more" and that it was "too late now". To add insult he told me the basil "doesn't cost us very much". I suggested in future they put some more on!

Life is too short to waste time in prezzo arguing about basil. Just try somewhere else and save yourself the annoyance!

I had to send my food back multiple times as they repeatedly gave me a salad with tomatoes despite me telling them I had an allergy. They eventually admitted that the salad was premixed! Why not tell me that when I ordered it and told them I had an allergy?

Had a lovely meal just before going to the theatre on the 16th May couldn't stop smiling at the woman adjacent to me with her friend on the downstair area, thought I may have known her

Good food at a decent price with friendly staff. Worth booking especially around 6 pm as can get busy.

Not many veggie options + the meals available have been reduced in general.

The food was delicious, however the staff seemed to be a bit uncaring and left us standing for a long time before being seated. The delivery of the food was fast but the paying process was once again lengthy.

Part of a huge group booking- we had a whole floor to ourselves. A fairly varied menu, with good options for those with dietary restrictions. Impressive service- they fed about 50 of us together with only minor hiccups.

A lovely meal, the pizza was massive as shown in the picture online, unlike some restaurants I've been into in London before. I would recommend the cheesecake as well.

Food was OK needed a chisel for the Gluten Free garlic bread. Staff blamed it on the fact it was GF but other branches seem to manage to cook it OK. Service was a bit lack-lustre. I guess they can get away with it because it is such a busy location.

Was a very busy Prezzo. Which is a good sign I guess it was a little loud. The food and the staff were very good. Only annoyance was the tap in the upstairs toilet was broken so to wash your hands you had to go downstairs.

We seem to have lost our Prezzo restaurants in North east so nice to come to one here. Shared a fab hummus and flat bread and then I had a garlic mushroom pizza and he had a chicken and pepper which were both delicious. He was upset that he hadn't twigged that his Speckled Hen beer was a smaller size but my Peroni was a full pint!! Toilets are upstairs where there is another restaurant but this wasn't used on an early Sunday evening. Lovely staff and only issue was -can I have cushions when on the back seat please cos they are very deep and the lady next to me had to use her handbag

Food came out cold and there was a great fuss about seperting bills. Food overall was cooked nicely.

Busy crowded place with service that can on occasion be quite slow. Tends to be very busy with the pre-theatre crowd given its position. Book a table or be prepared to wait if you arrive early evening.
Always check the Prezzo web site for discount vouchers. The one we used got 40% off the food. Others included fixed price for two courses.

I must say that this restaurant looks amazing, and so is the food!

Saturday I went at Prezzo with more 5 friends from Brazil and I really don t have complaints to do, was amazing experience with, friendly staff, manager attentive, good food and nice environment to enjoy with friends or family! I strongly recommend!

Looks great and location is good too. Except we were offered a table straight away. Handed a menu and staff member was great. Then we came to order after waiting 15 mins to be told the oven for pizza wasn t working. Why this couldn t be said when we walked in and sat down? Really disappointed.

Great menu, great service, great location. Top tip - book or go early- it fills up quickly. The calzone is amazing

One hour to be able to serve the dishes .... Very bad service

First time in London for a fair few years and have to say the food was amazing along with the service, our waiter MIHAELA (excuse the spelling) was amazing she made us feel welcome, constantly smiling and very very genuine like she wanted to be their amazing service!!!!! Thank you :) I actually posted this review on the wrong site (doughnut) so it s a week late!!!

Very friendly cafe on a street corner. Good coffee. Lots of lovely food. Wished we were having lunch!

The food is very good, the pasta is ready, and the sauce is very good. We took a menu, but at the time of payment we wanted to charge everything separately. We told him and they charged us well, but you have to be attentive.

the service was very good, as staff were polite and professional. however, the food was bad quality, as the vegetables were not properly roasted, and the pasta was sticky. it could be the time when we went was very busy, as it was pre-theatre time, but still, even if we use a voucher code we deserve good food. also, the tables were too small, and couldn't enjoy talking to my friend, as we were sitting very close to two shouting people. perhaps, consider having less tables, and focus on the quality of the food next time. to end on a positive note, the starter was really good!

I might be bias... My favourite restaurant... Reasonable and accessible to where I usually go... Food and service is great...

The food was okay apart from the calamari being extra dry and all stuck together.
