I don't have no complaints. I do understand they're busy. I fax my time sheet. In case no one pick up the phone. Believe me it does work. In the near future ppls take copy ur time sheet. In case u run out. I love my job
Since 2011 this is worst agency ever; payroll is always a problem. The client are rude and disrespectful. The men only want the young women to take advantage,and when you report it to the company they do nothing about it.

This agency is very difficult for one to answer calls, pay late, for one to go to the offices you have to call and make an appointment, if not do not let you enter, but nobody ever answers
This place needs to be thoroughly check their employees Gloria Montes works here who lives in Brooklyn New York at 1751 6th street apartment #D11 was arrested in RI and claims she takes care of her mother she needs to be let go as she uses the name of this company to pretend she works and hide her illegal activities if this place lets any and all people work here who like Gloria Montes its only a matter of time before something bad happens.

I have been taking care of my grandmother through this company for almost a year and honestly the experience so far has been Great. My pay is on time and my hours are usually right, you clock in using your consumer house phone and clock out the same way. If you miss a day or forget to clock out you can send in a timesheet but someone from payroll always call me so I guess everyone is different. As far as the hiring process goes it was fairly smooth you go in to their headquarters office with all your documents and the fully completed application, you take a picture for your I.D and then you pick a time
and location for your drug test and shots. The day of your appointment you re sitting with a large group of people waiting for your name to be called, there you put your belongings in a locker and go to the bathroom to give urine, from there you sit and wait for someone to call you In a room for your weight,height, and shots. Once you are done you see a woman who confirm all you information is right and you leave. Who ever is assigned to your case the person that came out to the consumer house will call you and let you know if you re hired! Only con is your pay stubs are sent to the consumer home not yours. Highly recommended for families.

If i could would give them negative 100 rating. Shauna was our time keeper completely incapable lier. Unprofessional, degrading, humiliating, disrespectful attitude. Do not sign up with this place, avoid like a plague. No wonder they have such poor reviews on all the social media outlets.
