Everything here is first class. Try the Mango Chai! You're welcome.
Great coffee and staff. Pastries are lacking a bit but it's the best coffee we've found in town by far.
This is probably the best Chai Tea I've ever had & there are several different flavors to choose from.
Best cup of coffee in town! Relaxing atmosphere and the gentleman who owns the place is incredibly kind!
Has game nights Tuesday and chess night on Thursdays.
You have to try their signature Panini's! Great owners and a wonderful atmosphere!
Superb coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Yummy breakfast bites, too. Cozy atmosphere. Also open late on the weekend! I soooo prefer this place over the Latte Lounge across the street. Much better prices and friendly staff.
Comfortable, nicely furnished. Chair seats were worn, kind of warm inside for a moderate summer day. The batista was very friendly and made a killer iced espresso drink. That alone was worth the stop.
WiFi was pretty weak. Some people left while I was three because they initially couldn't connect, nor could I. The batista very cordially restarted the router and we got on afterward. Connection was very slow, however. I checked with the wifi app on my phone and signal strength toward the front of the Tore dropped off to nearly nothing, probably caused by the router being at the back and the counter having a sheet metal housing over top of it.
Comfy place with great service and yummy food. The drinks are usually on point, and consistent as well!
There is a clean and small bathroom available for customers.
Very friendly and fast service. The dark roast coffee is amazing. Nothing like I have ever brewed at home.
The coffee is made fresh by hand, and every flavor looks delicious.
Nice little coffee shop. Friendly owner, intimate atmosphere and delicious drinks. Check it out if you're in the area. I didn't try to food, but I did sneak peek of what others were eating. It smelled and looked great.
Laid back atmosphere. The coffee is the best I ve ever had in all of oneonta. The cakes pastries are fresh everyday.the breakfasts are freshly made to order and delicious. Best place I have had the pleasure to go to in oneonta.
latte lounge should be worried. This place is better hands down.
Great coffee, great service. Locally owned. I won't buy my latte anywhere else!
The overall ambience is so weird. I felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months... cob webs visible right at the front counter. Also a terrible smell..... I wish I could be making this up. They tried charging me $7 and change for an iced chai. when I told him id get something else thats not as expensive, the worker mumbled swears at me so I left.
The owner is very nice and the white chocolate mocha is like sipping a cloud
Exactly what I needed before a long car trip. Great coffee, perfect breakfast sandwich, soccer on TV, and a wonderful young host. We went early on a Saturday and it was very quiet, but I understand late morning gets busy.
Classic is the man. We visited him daily while in town for our sons Cooperstown baseball tourney and he makes the best iced coffee in town. We will be back next year when our younger son plays here and will visit him for our iced coffee again.
Love this cafe! My favorite place to go hangout with friends... amazing freddocinos!!
1 star for attitude issue and ripping me off. A different attitude would have never gotten me to write this review. This gentlemen (light brown eyes) could not take peaceful criticism. I absolutely came in there in TOTAL love and peace but..they don't answer the phone...at least when I called they did not. By the way, he laughed when I said that.
When I went to the local festival recently, they were selling what they call jerk chicken. 1 piece with 14 slices of cold plaintain and 2 slices bread..$15.00. I said to myself.."Ok this chicken better be out of this world". I also believe in supporting local business for I am a business owner as well. Ok....the chicken was mediocre and dry. I know what jerk chicken tastes like and it is not it. He claimed so many loved it...(well yes, if you don't know what real Jerk chicken is). But, I stood silent when he said that because I just wanted to let him know MY experience. He also did not want to look at me after I told him how I felt and says "I don't know what to tell you". That is all I am going to mention for there was more attitude. No one is beyond help. I know what you can tell me....that you are going to make authentic jerk chicken so that people know what it is supposed to really taste like. Properly represent the island roots. Don't go to walmart to get the jerk chicken spice mix just because many don't know the difference. Make it worth the ridiculous price. I also have the feeling I was charged a higher price than most people were that day because it was the end of the day and festival was over. Thank you.
UPDATE: Found out that I was charged more than another customer.
Great place, wonderful people, comfortable environment.
Very comfy. very tasty drinks and food. Employees and owners are super nice. You know they care because of moments like this, i use to be a once-a-week usual. Then i moved out of state. 3 years i come back after a jaw surgery, and extreme change in hair and they recognized/remembered me. Talked about how specific things were going and even remembered my favorite drink which shocked the heck out of me. Love this place so much!
It was a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner, Classic, served us himself. He's a really friendly, genuine guy. They have an amazing menu, both coffee and food. I got the creme brule iced coffee. It was great. I can't wait to visit again.
Laid back, low key coffee shop serving up bagels, pastries and some of the best coffee you will ever have. Klassik, owner, farmer, roaster and barista serves up Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee grown on his own farm in Jamaica, then artisanally hand roasted over pimento wood back here in Oneonta. From soil to cup, he has a hand in the entire process, ensuring quality along the way. They also often have traditional Carribean foods as specials, such as jerk chicken.
Awesome coffees and bakery items but it s the friendly service that really tops it off! Our favorite place to grab a fresh brewed coffee as we pass through .
Extremely friendly staff and great coffee and snacks
Great local coffee shop. Has comfortable seating, great treats/coffee and was even playing soccer on the tv.
What a great place! I am new to this area and have found my favorite place. Have an Abbey Coffee. It's wonderful. Pastries are wonderful. Living room sofa like atmosphere. Very comfortable it's wonderful. Pastries are wonderful. Living room so feel like atmosphere. Very comfortable and the owner couldn't be more Charming. A lot of time and Care goes into each individual coffee made to your order. Best wishes. Live long and prosper! Kim
My favorite coffee place!!! Lattes are amazing and not bitter
Horrible service, my sandwhich was moldy, my latte was horrible and I had to wait for 20 minutes to even get to speak to someone about my food. Paid $10 to get food poisoning
great chai and genuine nice service Support small/local Businesses!
Delicious drinks at fair prices with a beautiful sitting area. Beats the pants off Latte Lounge (where every drink I've ever ordered was 90% foam).
Only criticism I have is that the storefront needs a little more pizzazz when the place is open -- the dark interior walls make it look closed from the outside.
Best coffee shop in town hands down always fresh and full of great taste
Friendly guy working, comfy chairs, outlets available
Fabulous Cafe mocha. . and service!!!
Thanks so much...
Excellent Coffee, Great Service......love this place... well worth going to this little gem! My wife and I won't go anywhere else in Oneonta for Coffee!
It's a nice cozy spot to grab some coffee, paninis and some Jamaican jerked chicken on a Friday and Saturday.
Nice atmosphere, friendly service, good dark roast iced coffee
Walked in and immediately felt cozy. Delicious coffee, good breakfast, and fair pricing.
Very glad I happened to walk in.
