Nice food, friendly service and good lively atmosphere .... busy but food arrived quickly. Average prices for "theatreland" off London's Leicester Square/St Martins Lane. Recommended.

Well, I much enjoyed my visit! Super quick service, everyone so friendly here and I liked the food as well. They also have larger than average size menu, so you have plenty of options to peak from. Ps: normally I would avoid a place like this 'cause too many tables in an open space means a lot of noise as well. But it was surprisingly quiet and cozy here today. I would recommend this place.

It's a Prezzo! Usual fare. Worth a visit. Always busy so staff have to work hard!

Food really good although it wasn't overly busy when we arrived service was very slow.

Went here for drinks and tapas with my girls before a play, and I was so pleased. The food was all seriously delicious--we had pizza and salads--and the drinks were reasonably priced. Definitely a fun place to go!

It is really just okay. Not great Italian food but you cannot be disappointed by a plate of pasta anyway, right?

Was in London for the Queen's Birthday Parade and went in for lunch, which was served efficiently and our party enjoyed their food. Drinks are well above pub process.

The service was bad and the staff who was serving there didn't welcomed us. Also she didn't have time to get our order early, and she was unfriendly. But the food is amazing but it had taken long time to get while we waiting our order.

This chain is my favorite dining destination in London, especially around the park lane area. The menu is good and the food is high quality and tasty, while prices are reasonable. Friendly staff, but they are always quite busy, so they are not overbearingly attentive at all times. Thumbs up, recommended fully.

Lovely fresh food with good choices st reasonably prices for London! Definitely go again! Tip all day Friday bubbly at half price when buying a main meal!

This chain of restaurants used to be very good, the staff are still friendly and helpful but the food on this occasion was not good, we had a pizza which was awful and a pasta dish which was rather tasteless, starter of Hummus and flatbread with olives was the nicest part of the meal.

Very nice staff. I had a simple tasty margarita pizza. Easy to talk over dinner.

Good restaurant, acceptable wait time, well attended after 5:00 pm, excellent pizza with salami and prosciutto that you request, recommended.

Very nice atmosphere. There are several floors at the restaurant. Assorted menu and good prices. The place is very busy in the evening though and it is better to book in advance.

Good efficient service even when my daughter up ended her drink. No problem at all. Food was as expected for Prezzo. No faults at all. Best of all the Peroni was ice cold.

Came here with a friend in January 2015, and loved it so much I came back again recently with my brother. :)

We were served and everything went well, until they found out we wanted to use a taste card. The man became very aggressive and irritant as he gave the bill and toke my payment. Horrible horrible. Rude asf

Food and drinks were very good but the upstairs head waitress was unpleasant and aggressive. She disputed the NHS Blue Light discount card validity and offered no discount at final bill. An unpleasant experience as I know this is supposed to be available. Will not return to Prezzo.

Very disappointing only leaving one star as it won't let me post without . We ordered a starter which came out halfway through our mains the garlic bread tasted plain it just tasted of bread. Food main was ok abit flavorless. Pudding - mine came out first then my daughter waited 15-20mins for hers we got told it's being 'freshly baked' (which tbh was a pointless pudding). I find this completely rude , the food should all be brought out together . This wasn't just us, a family next to us experienced the same situation like us in regards to pudding. I know it's London and I know they want to get you in fed and out again but seriously this was a joke .

Good food and good value! Beetroot gnocchi was very nice, although portion was on the small side.

Your normal sandwich lunch deal chain. The sandwiches do taste fresh and of higher quality than supermarket ones.

Rarely does the perfect combination of location, good ambience, great service, and excellent food come all together for a Restaurant, but at Prezzo on 116 St.Martins Lane London, it is perfection.

When you enter you are greeted by Lovely team of staff and they are as warm as the interior which has a wonderful mix of wooden floors and great bar with an excellent lit wine bottle display, and plenty of leather lounge booth style seating along with good sized tables and the seats are comfortable.

But what really is just marvelous is the menu and the tantalizing taste sensations of the meals. Behind this menu has been allot of years of experience by passionate and brilliant Chefs, Prezzo have created some of the very best food I have had the pleasure to eat. Modern Italian treats encompassing the taste of Italian and Mediterranean foods utilizing the the freshest products from the markets to bring together the delights I enjoyed.



I highly recommend this particular site as one of the best I ve been to in the chain.

Great pizza and atmosphere for chain restaurant in that location

We made reservations during the festive period to be sure of a table. Food was usual good quality. The atmosphere upstairs is a bit quieter and more relaxed, than down stairs, so if you can get a table there. There are a few voucher schemes that can take the sting out of the price, so it's worth checking, we used Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Enjoyed the meal would go again.

Usual Prezzo, though this time lots of food unavailable. Made it difficult to eat without meat

Obviously very busy as we went on a Saturday early evening before going to see a show. It was so noisy and the tables were so close together
