***WARNING***AVOID THIS PLACE... Tracy their finance manager treated us in a very condescending manner, to say the leasts. He created seemingly non-existent fees which he then took out and threatened to add again if we did not purchase the $2,500 warranty. We were at the end of a long day, we wanted to be done, and we were pressured into an agreement to buy the service package, because Tracy made it sound like the car would likely break down as soon as we drove it off the lot, and without the service package, we would be sunk. Looking back now, that should have sent up red flags also. But, as noted, it was late in the day and we were tired . They charge over 4K in fees on top of the price of the car. We emailed Bill Pearson the general manager, we called and tried to make an appointment with him without success. And he hasn't replied to our emails either. We visited with Tracy again, within the 3 days, to cancel the warranty and they would not honor their contract and refused to cancel it and give us our $2,500.00 back. Even though its written that you have three days to cancel.
Tracy interrupted us several times as we tried to discuss the numbers among ourselves. He was a little better at listening to my husband but every time I spoke he would mock me and interrupt me. I guess you are only important if you are a white male for this people? Just don't expect good treatment from this misogynistic racist if you are latina. The sales people are kind but not worth the headache and humiliation. There is plenty of car dealerships out there. AVOID!!!!
