Melissa helped me with my car purchase. I was extremely impressed with the service I received during my purchase. Although I wasn't purchasing an expensive car they still treated me as if I was a high end client. The truck was very clean, they did a great job detailing it. I took the truck to my mechanic before purchasing and he found a few things that needed to be done to the truck. I mentioned them before my purchase and they took care of all the issues that day! My only issue with this dealer ship is the number of fees. I was expecting some fees, I have purchased cars through other dealerships in the past. I have never had almost $1000 of extra fees tacked onto the cost of the car. The truck went from right on budget, to slight over budget causing me to scramble to find the extra funds needed for the fees. I almost had to walk on this purchase because of the unexpected fees that were not mentioned until I went to get a check from my bank to pay for this truck. So although I do recommend them for service, I can't say I would recommend them because of all their added expenses that too me seem way over priced.

I purchased a car from Prestman Auto today and had a great experience. I worked with Tracy, who was very helpful and had a level of excitement that was genuine and not too in your face. Not a pressure sale. The whole team worked with me through out the process. Start to finish was a great experience and I never had that dirty feeling that seems to accompany many used car dealerships. I would recommend Prestman and Tracy Ball to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
We found some cars online at Prestman Auto. Decided to go look. Met by Trevor Durfey. He was very courteous, let us look and drive lots of cars. He let us choose without pushing. We ended up with a Lexus that needed some work that Prestman did within a few days.
We will see how the car does, and possibly buy more vehicles from Prestman.

We have been looking for a "new" vehicle for over a year! We debate everything! Style, color, make, model, even the wheels! Searching the newspapers, internet and sending our 80+ year old dad out to look for us on the other side of the state! We came across Prestman online and kept watching what they had in stock. I read reviews, good and bad. Researched VIN numbers and learned what type of work they do and how well they do it! Their prices for what they had to offer could not be beat. I contacted them with information on our trade in and we went from there. This past weekend we took the plunge! Headed to the lot and met Marshall Bellm. Marshall helped us out with showing us what they had available and getting us to test drive a number of available vehicles on the lot. If we had questions about a vehicles past, Marshall told us or showed us its history. Very straight forward with information. When it comes to the two of us actually agreeing on something, we go for it! It took a little while for us to get to meet with Dave (financing) but that was because so many others had found their "new" vehicles ahead of us! Dave was great, explained everything well and had us done in no time. When we stepped out the door our 2013 Chevy Equinox was all ready to go home! One more thing, "SMILE" ! And homeward bound! Thank you Prestman for helping us find a vehicle we love and could afford! We will be back!
Super cool place with employees that were great to work with. Was super bummed to drive away and realize the car was on E for gas. Less than a week with the vehicle and the maintenance light came on.
Disclaimer, I didn t end up buying here, but the salesman we associated with, Porter, was top notch. He was incredibly helpful, not pushy, easy to talk to, got to know us a bit and seemed to understand what we were looking for, and was just really nice. Salesmen literally make or break the car buying process for us so having porter help us was wonderful.
Tracy Ball was so fantastic! We were looking for a certain car they had last week. Unfortunately, the car was sold. He was able to jump right in to help us find the vehicle that best suits us. We were treated with the best service! He never tried to sell us anything over our budget! He was down to earth and made the experience lots of fun!! We will always buy our vehicles here!
*Edit* I hate doing this but I need to change my review. Here is how I essentially felt buying a car out of state from Prestman: - As soon as we had a deal, I became forgotten about. I had to follow up on them arranging the shipping. - They messed up the bill of sale causing significant delays with my bank and I had to continuously follow up with them on this. - They claimed the vehicle went through their Bluestar inspection, however even after asking about issues, I was never made away of: Drivers door randomly popping up, 90% of the gauges do not work, does not take fuel well (if at all). I was forced to immediately bring the Jeep to my local shop. Was told this Jeep was in excellent condition. I feel lied to. Its disappointing that there are still dealers out there lying to get a vehicle off their lot. - The engine idled extremely high, which I had to go ahead and fix myself but how is that not disclosed to me also? - The door is an extreme safety hazard as anyone could fall out not knowing about that while the vehicle is driving.
And to cap it off - When I reached out to them, I was told on a Friday that none of the Sales Managers were present and the GM was also out of office. Was told they would get in touch with me the next day. Sent a follow up email with my concern. Never heard from them the next day.
Overall - I'm pretty disappointed with my experience.

I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. Went to the Prestman dealership to test drive it and it seemed good. Decided to think about it for a few days. I have just been reading reviews of Prestman and found some really terrible reviews including an F on the Better Business Bureau webiste! So then I did more research. I had been told that the vehicle I was interested in buying had such little damage from the front end collision that the airbags did not deploy and that there was minor fender damage but no internal or structural damage. I looked up the vehicle using the VIN number and discovered that the airbags clearly DID indeed deploy and there WAS indeed internal and structural damage! Look at the photos - you can see for yourself that the airbags deployed and that there was internal and structural damage! I have been lied to and will not be buying this car! Glad I discovered important truths BEFORE I made the mistake of buying this car! Whew!

I had a really bad experience with pressman the car had issues and I purchased the warranty and they won't fix or replace the vehicle. they keep stalling and saying that manufacturer problem wow very poor customer service they should have say that before but still I bought the warranty they say we can't fix it. all I'm try to say buyer beware even after purchasing warranty from them they won't fix the vehicle.
I LOVE Prestman Auto!! They took amazing care of me when I came in to get my car, and the pricing could not have been more reasonable for the vehicle that I got! I love my new Toyota Sequoia!! Marshall was the one wheo helped me, and he was great! If I had posted my review right after purchase like the sales person recommended, I would have given them 5 stars. I'm glad I waited! I have had a few small concerns that needed to be addressed by a manager. I have called and left 3 messages in the last 5 days with not one call back! Awful customer service!

Friendly sales and office staff, who supported us in all of our car buying requests. Mechanical team was great at giving attention to an under carriage noise that we were experiencing and they worked to remediate it to our satisfaction. This is our second purchase with Prestman Auto and I would and DO suggest them to my friends and family!
The experience with Prestman was fine. We bought a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from them. Test drove it and inspected it and it looked and felt great. There were no mats and I mentioned that to the sales guy and he said they would grab some from another Crosstrek and stick it in if we bought the car. Well, we bought the car the next day. The process to check out was fine. It took WAY longer than it should have. They sell you SUPER hard on the extended warranty. When I noticed there were no mats, they just said that it's just the way it is. Can't take mats from another car (I know it's a small thing, but seriously. It's a $16K car. Let me take some mats). And, of course, the gas tank was empty. Just freaking fill up the car. We've had it for about 6 months. It drives well. The front fender keeps popping out due to poor work. Engine lights keep coming on and off due to poor wiring. Hoping nothing worse pops up like some of the horror stories I've read. Looking to buy another car in the next few months and I'm pretty undecided with Prestman. I thought about buying again from them but I might just hold off and go with a clean title. Probably not worth the risk.
They were super busy on the day that I went, so I did a lot of waiting around. They did offer free beverages and massage chairs so it wasn't that bad. I found a great car for a great price, but beware of their financing. It has been three weeks since I bought my car and I haven't heard a peep from the bank about my loan. Nothing about the terms or anything. I call the banker every day and leave a message, but nothing. I am going today to switch my loan to Wells Fargo.
Trevor Durfey was a great. Listened well on what we were looking for and needed. We found a great car for a great price. Everything was handeled in almost a day. If you are looking for a great car and at a great price check them out and ask for Trevor. No presure, and will find a car you want!

I'm revising my review. I seriously question Prestman Auto's practices. You have to realize they get a lot of 5 star reviews because they put you in front of a computer to write a review *immediately* after buying. Of *course* you'll be happy and excited then. But months later, after you realize you've been sold a crappy car...? I should have noticed the red flags. First, the battery was dead in the lot. Explanation: "Oh, it's just been sitting there awhile." REAL problem? An electrical issue that drains the battery. Even the dealer can't figure out. Two new batteries, and I've still had to jump start the car a dozen times now. Second, a rattling noise. We figured it was the luggage rack, which was broken. REAL problem? Bad suspension; had to replace the bushings. Third, now that the rattling noise is gone, there's a more subtle puttering noise in the engine itself. Again, the Subaru dealer does not know how to fix it. Folks, there's a reason these cars are branded ... a reason they're rejected by other used car lots ... bought for cheap at auction ... and sold at cheap prices. Prestman apparently gets away with it most of the time, but beware, you just might get a money-sucking lemon ... and if you're like most people, probably forget to change that 5 star review you gave them at the happy moment of purchase.
Prestman Auto is by far the one and only dealership that I will every buy a car from again. There is no pressure, and their vehicles are all top quality. Definitely a dealership that you don't feel like you are getting ripped off. I highly recommend them!!!
Found a great deal on a Tacoma. Staff was great - in particular our salesman Trevor Durfey. We rolled in 15min before they closed on a Saturday while shopping all day in the rain. Needless to say, Trevor, the detail guy and finance stayed until 9:30 to get us set up. Only negative I can say is that the truck ended up needing a tie rod and alignment right off the lot, but seems to be solid other than that. My mother recommended Prestman after she purchased a Mercedes there a few years back. The fact that they list their cars with price tags is great as you don't have to stand through the old, tired used car salesman lines and high pressure sales that are a huge turnoff.
Had a great experience. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Sales person worked hard to get us videos and information we needed to make an informed decision. It was also well organized when we arrived. Process with swift and smooth. Only miss- when we headed out we realized the gas was almost on empty, unfortunate as we dropped off our trade in with almost a full tank.

Clean, good quality, and friendly. Just about everything you need from a dealer. Shocked us since it's just a used lot. But they really do a great job and their customer service is great. We had a dude who just really able to have a good time. Jared is the sales man we worked with he answered loads of questions really knew his car stuff. Like how the buttons worked. If your looking for a good dealer I'd recommend this one.
We bought a Honda Odyssey at Prestman recently and had the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our sales rep. Was very helpful, kind and personable. The finance staff were just as helpful and worked hard to get us the best rates and payments to fit our budget. The prices are great, you really can't beat them. I live in Virginia and have been burned in the past by buying a car from Florida. Don't do that, ever. Florida does not have laws protecting you from people who will strip the car and sell you junk, which is what happened to me. So, I was very skeptical about buying online. I was looking for a Ford Flex of a certain color and model, and Prestman Auto was the only place I could find the exact one I wanted. At first I was bummed, because I couldn't fly over there (I'm in a wheelchair and for various health reasons literally couldn't). But I needed a Flex for the head room. I read the whole Prestman website and a number of reviews. I was working with Debbie, who was fantastic. She used to be a banker... Anyway, over about a two week period I decided to trust Prestman Auto to be who their website says they are. I bought the car without going out there. It was $1,140 to ship it to me in Richmond, VA. Still, even after taxes, I paid less for the car than I would have if I had bought it from any other source. It arrived and I found a crack in a small part that was not marked broken and that they had not told me about. It was an easy miss, but I was disappointed and let them know. They told me to get an estimate on getting it fixed. It wasn't much. They said to get it fixed, and I did, and then sent Prestman the receipt. They sent me a check for that amount. Wow! They really stood behind the quality of the car. Even though I had bought it "as is," they understood my particular situation and had mercy on me. Legally, they could have told me to jump in a lake, but they honored the fact that I had taken a chance and trusted them to buy a car before I saw it in person. I trusted their inspectors, and they honored my trust. I was not let down. I have now been driving my Flex for just over a month, and it is a great ride. It is a used car (2012), but it looks really good. My friends were impressed at how clean it was and that Prestman paid for the one small broken part that they had not told me was broken. There was a scratch they had told me about, and I wasn't at all worried about it, because I knew it was there before I bought it. If it had not been for the one small cracked piece that I found, the car would have been exactly as I expected it to be and what I was hoping for, so I'm glad I trusted Prestman Auto. If they are around when I need another car, I'll definitely look at their inventory, and I would trust them to buy sight-unseen again. Debbie had walked around the car and told me everything she could see that might cause me concern, and she did not let me down except on the crack that was very easy to miss if you were not in a wheelchair looking up at just the right angle to see it. So, Debbie and Prestman were trustworthy and helpful, and I am now a very thankful driver of a "Found On Road Dead" literally, Ford Flex from Prestman Auto. The deals are very good, if you're willing to take that small risk on a salvaged car, and they have a fairly robust selection of popular brands and car styles. Awesome place, the salesman didn t pressure me to get the car at all. Worked worth us to get the car. Only thing is we test drove a car and it started heating up. Other then that it s an awesome place!
It's interesting to see all these fake reviews. They think people are test driving Lamborghini's. The guy wanted my insurance and home address to drive this car which was put together really badly. Ask them how much they would pay for the car you are buying. You instantly lose at least 10k by buying one of these cars. If you don't believe me take one to another dealer on your test drive and see what they give you. Notice all the reviews that are 5 star don't make sense. It's because they're fake.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango from this dealership for her birthdayin July 2015 and we were a little hesitant at first with the whole title issue, but our salesperson Debbie Francis reassured us everything would be OK. She was amazing WOW we have never had a salesperson like that before and we have owned and purchased quiet a few vehicles. Had a horrid experience with these guys. I came in right at opening and was they' nearly 6 hours. After 3 hours of waiting without communication, I was informed that I was on the cusp of being approved just at a high interest rate. I had to ask a family member with near perfect credit to co sign which I did.... Well after 3 more hours and them finishing servicing the car (appperantly the tech went to lunch during all this waiting). I was handed a paper and told nevermind we can't do it try going somewhere else. That's it, no apology no nothing.
I understand denials happens but spending my entire day at the dealer without any real customer service and no compassion makes me sick, or it could be the coffee creamer I informed them was expired, it had lumps and they just tossed my cup but kept the creamer for some poor soul in the future.
Come on guys anything would have turn this around, I noticed you give out cheap chargers or shirts, even that would've shown some level of care. This is one day if my life I'll never get back
I came from out of state to find the car I wish to buy and everyone was very courteous and helpful. I returned home with exactly what I wanted. My Jeep was a great deal and is in mint conditions. It was a painless and pleasant experience and I am thoroughly enjoying my new wheels !!!
Low pressure, laid back atmosphere. Travis was very patient with us and held the car for 5 days while the bank processed the loan paperwork. They also had a Ferrari in the showroom, which is never a bad thing .
I really wanted to like this place.. I placed a $250 reserve on a car because I couldn't come to look at it until the next morning and made an appointment. Chase Billings was friendly when calling to confirm the reservation. I go in for my appointment the next morning and am handed off to a lady for assistance. She tells me the car was sold at 8PM the night before (6 hours after the reservation was made). I brought up the reservation and she said that's only to stop the car from being shipped to another location which is NOT what it says on their website. She started processing the refund for me. All of which was frustrating. Then the next day I get an email from Chase saying the car is available and they haven't been able to reach me. I call and he says it's an automatic email but the car did sell and he didn't know the reservation was there but "it doesn't mean much anyway since it's refundable" even though he's the one that called to confirm it. Really, don't bother having the option if it doesn't mean anything anyway. A "Sorry, we made a mistake." would have been much better than these lame excuses. Then today (almost 2 weeks later) I get another automatic email saying "Sorry, the car you were looking at just sold." Seriously...?

Recently purchased a VW from here and couldn't be more pleased with the sales service. I was hesitant to purchase here first off with how the cars have rebuilt titles but after looking at the mass inventory and driving a few of them my mind was changed. They were upfront on the title issue and would show me the history of each car I was interested in. After it was all said and done I couldn't be more pleased plus they helped me find a great car and gave me a great trade on my truck. Thanks guys.
Purchasing my new car was an amazing experience. After I saw the car I wanted with Presman Auto I decided to go afterwork and see the car. The car was as described and better looking than just pictures. Nate was helping so much with the process of buying the car. The only thing I didn't like is that I was waiting for Nate because he was working with other curtomers but I completely understand because it was Saturday and he told he had a really busy day. My experience with Prestman Auto was amazing and even when I had to drive for an hour an a half to get car. I highly recommend Nate if anyone is trying or looking to buy a car with Prestman Auto.
I can say I'm a proud owner of a car!! I had the best experience at Prestman Auto tonight. Tracy Ball is amazing!! This is NOT like any other car dealership, they aren't following you around like a lost little puppy. They let you be and if you need someone they are right there to help you, it's nice to be able to just get in a car your looking at and fully examine it ALONE without someone breathing down your neck. I highly recommend Tracy Ball at Prestman Auto!! I am no longer scared of dealership's, lol I will definitely shop again at Prestman Auto!! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and I absolutely LOVE my new car!!!!!!!!

They promise you 3 free car details if you leave a good review. When I tried to use one, it took 4 months to get an answer to schedule it. Then the detailing was awful.
They re pushy and will say anything they need so you ll buy. Then once you do, treat you like dirt.
New to the area and found Prestman Auto online while looking for a new SUV. Micah was great. Super easy going, zero pressure but greatly helpful. I would use Prestman again in a heartbeat!
Great experience!! These guys are amazing! Shattered all the negative preconceptions I had of car salesmen. We did a lot of shopping and we know for a fact that what we got was an amazing deal. Be kind to the finance department. They treat you well if you treat them well.
Knowledgeable and very helpful staff! They listened to my needs and showed me several option based on them and we're not overbearing at all, which is always a fear of mine while I shop for cars!
Worst experience of my life! Could and would have been a very expensive life lesson but it worked out in our favor! Prestman Auto is a bunch of crooks! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. Please please take it to your own mechanic before you purchase a car from them.
My family and I combined have bought a total of 6 cars at Prestman Auto in roughly ten years. I just bought a new Subaru Forester and I'm more than happy with the service we received. My husband and I both bought our cars from Tracy and he is awesome to work with. He is very personable and you can tell he enjoys his job. We will be back again when we're in the market for a new car.

I had a GREAT experience at Prestman Auto. Tracy was very helpful and even stayed after closing to help my husband and I get our Yukon Denali. Not once did I feel like anyone was rushing is out or pressuring us to make a decision. I would definitely come back!
