I had a GREAT experience at Prestman Auto! Tracy was so amazing to work with, he listened to what we wanted, what our budget was, and what kind of warranty we needed. He didn't work us over or act "salesman-y". The dealership atmosphere was really cool and laid back. The guys and gals seemed happy to be at work and everyone said hi and was friendly! We got such a good deal, we practically stole it! ;-) I would recommend this dealership and if you don't know about branded titles I recommend you come talk to Tracy about it and the type of savings and warranties offered here. I asked for a carfax and they sent me a deposit form. I replied 4 days ago that it wasn't the carfax. When I talked to the person on the phone, they said they don't have pics of their branded vehicles before the accidents. He did his best to dodge all of my questions and basically tell me to buy it or don't. Not a very good attitude imho.
Its been less than 2 months and the car is already having problems.
I had looked around a little bit at other dealerships online before I finally found Prestman. As a first time car-buyer it was hard to find a car I liked that was newer and was within my price-range, but Prestman was very accommodating. They got me a better deal than I could have hoped for and Trevor always made me feel like he cared about my needs rather than just making sale. I'm really glad I went here first. Friendly while we went to test drive. It was late and we asked them to call us with an out the door price the next day. Nothing 5 days later we call again, he says they dont make deals well we would still like to know the out the door price guy said he'd call us later with it. Yet again no one has called us back again! Guess they don't care to sell cars.

Just make sure you read EVERYTHING your signing and don t rush yourself. Remember it s about your needs and all that matters is those pieces of paper you sign. This was my first time buying a vehicle from out of state. Its also my first time purchasing a branded title so I had a lot of questions and concerns. James was very patient with me, he shot several videos of the vehicle and let me facetime with him to ask questions. My vehicle arrived a little dirty but it was a long trip here.
great car buying experience overall. dealt exclusively with trevor durfey and was immediately impressed by his upfront and honest approach to the ford fusion i was interested in. trevor encouraged me to take the car to a trusted mechanic, which i did, and the branded title vehicle checked out with them.
needless to say i was quite skeptical at first about the branded title issue, but the fact that trevor let me take the car wherever i wanted to get it checked out spoke volumes. from that point on the experience was as smooth as can be. dave (finance) did his job in attempting to sell me a warranty with the car, but was never pushy or condescending when i declined. all in all, great used car buying experience. i recommend prestman auto to anyone who is not completely turned off by branded title vehicles, and will consider them when i am in the market again.

Tracy will promise you a certain interest rate, have you sign a piece of paper saying you are locked in at this rate, and then call you back 3 days later and say you are actually getting an interest rate that s 1% higher. Then when you say you will return the car, he ll tell you he can t give you your down payment back, even though the contract you signed specifically says if the car is returned prior to financing being secured, you will receive your money back. Shop here if you want to be lied to repeatedly.
This place is great. Many times at a used car lot you are immediately faced with the pack of wolves waiting to pounce. We were treated like old friends and never pressured throughout the process. In fact they had to wait several weeks for us to decide what we were doing and we still never felt pressure. They called us when they got something in we might like. I highly recommend Prestman Auto! We'll be repeat customers.
I went to Prestman Auto out of necessity, my usual mechanic, who was my dad's best friend went out of the country for a month, and my clutch went out on New Year's Eve, and I was in a dilemma. The team at Prestman Auto, came and picked my car up on New Year's Day, gave me a nice car to drive around for a couple of days and when I went to pay for the service, my car was clean and shiny. The best part was that the price for this fix was just what my Dad's friend said it should be if not a couple hundred less. It was easy and I felt taken care of. I highly recommend Prestman Auto.
Debbie Francis was the best ever!! We had been to several dealerships prior to finding Prestman. We were fed up with the way they treated us, you could tell all they cared about was making the sale. Have you ever bought a car without actually seeing it or test driving the vehicle that is in another state?. I have done that. My experience with Mr. Trevor Durfey, sales advisor at Prestman auto is worth mentioning. My 2014 Lexus IS 350 was shipped to me in Houston , Texas. The car was everything that was inspected by Mr. Alden Demille, certified inspector. I want to thank Mr. Trevor for his integrity and honesty in successful purchasing of this car. Trust and honesty is the core fiber of our character. I found both this qualities with Mr. Trevor and Mr. Alden.
Worst experience. Complete and false statements, refusal to assist. Please make sure to ALWAYS google your VIN number. They will NOT tell you the truth. When you question it they will not reply, they are completely protected by the piles of documents. I am surprised they have not been investigated for fraud.

THE NO DICKER STICKER IS MEANINGLESS. I wasted 2 days at Prestman Auto, believing I knew the price of each car was posted...on the car. That is what I was told. That is what the website says. One price, no dicker.
But the "No Dicker Sticker" is just BS. They pull out the old tricks after they think they have you in the bag. Once you get your deal sheet, you will find out that you are going to pay an additional 1500 to 2000 in doc, destination, and "license" fees even if the car is never going to be licensed in the country, little alone the state. 45 day permit is less than $100, not $2k. Avoid, or know going in that the price on the windshield is meaningless.

We purchased a minivan from Prestman Auto a couple months back. Our sales associate was Marshall Bellm.
When we got the car we realized quickly that it had some issues - a bad battery as well as challenges with one of the sliding doors consistently working. Fortunately, Prestman was good to work with - they paid for a battery replacement and sent the minivan to the Honda dealer to figure out what was wrong with the sliding door. While it took a while - they figured it out and got it back to us and now it works great.
Marshall was always professional to work with. He deserves a 5 star and the only reason I don't provide one for Prestman was that it had some issues that were not taken care of prior to us buying the vehicle. I would think their inspection should have picked up a weak/dead battery. As for the sliding door - not sure how that could have been caught because it worked 80% of the time...
Would buy from them again...

They sell totaled cars which means cars that were in wrecks so bad that insurance companies refuse to fix them as it would cost more than the value of the vehicle. Think about it. These cars were destroyed before they bought them, repaired them and priced them almost as high as regular cars. They will offer you a warranty that will cost 2-3K which would bring the price up and will not repair everything. These people are liars and I would never trust them ever again.
Loved working with Prestman Auto. They were very professional and straight forward with me throughout the process. No games. They had great deals and great vehicles and were very patient as I selected the right vehicle for me. When it came time to do paperwork they had me out of there within about an hour which is by far the fasted car buying experience that I have ever had. Their showroom is comfortable and pleasant and I particularly enjoyed the message chairs. Thanks Prestman!

We stopped by to look at an M4 that we were highly interested in. The sales woman instantly put us off from purchasing. She was not very polite and acted as if the car was a one of a kind. I asked about damage on the bumper that was very noticeable and she then acted as if we were too picky. The agent can not be both ways; the car is too nice to test drive or that we are too picky to be looking at a USED DAMAGED title M4. I also mentioned taking it to BMW to have it looked over for a second opinion and she stated that wasn't a good idea (which I find absurd since BMW is trained and certified on their specific cars). At the end of the day, I feel she treated us like two 18 yr olds wanting to test drive a fast car when in reality we are in our 30s wanting to seriously purchase the car. A sale was lost immediately.

I am giving Tracy Ball the three stars. the cars they sell get zero stars! looked at a car that had a salvage title because it was "stolen" and I inspected it, it turned out that it was in two serious accidents, the transmission was leaking, the power steering pump was going out(or at least had a lot of air in it), the radiator hose was JB Welded on, fan shroud was cracked and not attached. CV joints needed replacement... the list goes on. I don't think all there cars were like this. I am sure they have great cars. but I would get the cars inspected before you buy!
Heard about this place from my sister who bought her car here a few years ago and suggested I check them out. This is my first time buying a car and, as a woman, I was very nervous. After working with Alex at Prestman (she's amazing!) I never knew how easy it would be to buy a car. It turns out she was actually the one who helped my sister out a few years ago, completely by chance, so I knew I was in good hands. First of all, let me make it known that I am not usually the person to write reviews (though I certainly always appreciate other's reviews), but my experience with Todd at Prestman compelled me. I found a car online that I was very interested in, with a price that just about seemed too good to be true. Naturally, I went to their dealership to scope it out. Todd greeted me in the parking lot and asked if he could help me. I let him know that I wanted to drive "that car". I was immediately impressed when his response was a straightforward "sure thing!", and that he just needed to see my drivers license. He didn't pester me, pressure me, want to give me the slew of perks about the car, or give me the sales-pitch spiel... just handed me the keys and said "see you in a bit, enjoy!". Absolutely refreshing experience! Other car buying experiences have NEVER been this simple and to the point. (The worst thing is when the salesman insists on test driving with you.)
After driving the Subaru I knew I wanted it, and the buying process was SO easy! The entire staff I worked with at Prestman was personable, casual and still incredibly professional. Not once was there ever a sense of pressure, or the (unfortunately with car dealerships) all too typical feeling of being taken advantage of. I feel solid about my purchase and have already referred several of my friends to check out their inventory before even looking anywhere else. I had an amazing experience with Prestman Auto and their whole team. Colin was THE BEST salesman (so upfront and friendly) and the service team also was wonderful when 1 minor problem came up. The dealership was incredibly upfront and will stand out in my mind for the way they handled themselves when the check engine light to my car turned on just after leaving the lot (Dealership covered all costs and got me in and out super quick!) would 100% reccommend prestman auto!

To be fair, I ve waited almost 2 months to do this review, to see if Prestman would come through with their promises. Bottom line is, once they get your money everything is out the window. Phone call after phone call, and email after email, they said they would get back with us, but they never do. They really are the stereotypical, sleazy dealership that everyone dreads running into. The car we got needed an alignment and a dent fixed in the side door. He wrote in the contract that they would attempt to fix it. That s exactly what they did. I drove there, an hour and a half away from my house, to wait 6 hours while they attempted to fix the dent. They said they weren t able to fix it though. Are you kidding me?! You are a rebuilt/branded title car dealership and you can t fix a dent? Oh, and they didn t have time to do the alignment either. Go figure.
We ended up taking it to get an alignment on our own because we didn t know when, or if they would ever get back with us. The guys we took it into were very confused when they looked at it, and ask if we were in the middle of doing work on it. They said that 2 of the 3 bolts on the strut plate were completely loose on the driver side, and on the passenger side 1 of the 3 was completely loose. We were livid! We had been driving this that way for a few weeks now. The mechanic we were at tightened them all up for us, and said it was actually now safe to drive.
Are you kidding me Prestman Auto?!!? You claim this 150 point inspection. You go through everything to make sure it s ready, and this is what we get? We confronted them about it, and the service man admitted that one of their guys must have just missed it. There s no telling what else the guy might have missed. He said they would take care of it, and here we are 2 months later, and they have completely blown us off.
While we were doing the negotiating in the financial office with the slick haired Leonardo DiCaprio aka Travis, he treated us like we were idiots by saying, Now, this deal isn t something I can offer everyone, so please don t go around telling anyone this price because I can t guarantee the same price for them. His so called deal was sticker price on the car plus $7000 for an extended warranty, gap insurance policy, and a few other BS items. He didn t make any of it known that it was optional. I had to pry it out of him to get him to take it off. Then he goes on to tell us after we asked him about paying cash for the car that it would be more expensive to pay with cash. He said years ago cash was king, and you could get better deals with it, but not now.
So .. if we paid with cash, was he going to raise the sticker price of the car for us?! Give me a break! You can tell he feeds off of stupid people that are intimidated by his fancy suit and shiny gold watch.
They say they live by their philosophy that has always been based on honesty, trust, and integrity. Apparently Travis wasn t apart of the meeting when they came up with it though. How about you guys learn a little about ethical sales. I can t even imagine how many people you steal an extra $7000 dollars from because you just throw it in there and make it sound like it s part of the doc fees and taxes.
Honestly the more I look back on it, I feel like we got took. I was so sick of them playing the slick car salesman games that we gave in and bought the car. I ve got a nasty taste in my mouth, and wish I wouldn t have given them our money. I have no problem paying good money for something, but when someone straight up lies to me, and tries to take my money, it ticks me off.
Every time I look at our car it reminds me of our experience with them, and it is very tainted. I just don t want any of my friends or family to go through the same thing we did.
And to think, all they had to do was take care of one little problem. Something that they could have easily done to win over a customer for life. I would have overlooked all the bad we experienced there. I guess it wasn t worth fixing a dent.

I worked with Dub at Prestman Auto, and it was awesome. He helped us get into a fully loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee! Prestman can get you into a car you normally won't be able to afford. Yes, they work with salvaged titles, but they're totally legit. Just ask to see the Carfax reports to see what was wrong initially and you decide. Mine got into a tiny fender bender and I was able to save around $10k!
Be aware, all cars are branded title. They should have stated this in KSL ads before dragging people over there
I bought my vehicle from Prestman Auto about two years ago. They were very friendly and helpful and got me into my car fairly quickly. They convinced me that the warranty is a smart purchase but didn't get told that I would have to take the car to their shop which always has a week to two week wait with no loaner cars. So you don't end up saving money with the warranty because you have to get rental cars while your car sits at their dealership for 2 weeks.
My warranty is now expired so i took my Gti to a specialty shop because I was having misfire issues. Come to find out the Prestman Auto shop had put the wrong spark plugs in my car which caused issues with my coils (which prestman had replaced a year ago with the spark plugs) I would still buy a car from them but I would never do the warranty and never take my car to their shop ever again. Wait times are too long and they don't seem to know exactly what they are doing.
The service was top notch. No pressure to buy. The dealership is super clean and a very welcoming staff. I would buy from Prestman again. Chris and Jeremy helped us and they were awesome.
Definitely loved the service and the help that I got from Tracy and Paris choosing my vehicle definitely would recommend to family and friends.

This was my 18th car purchase in my 36 years. I absolutely love the car and found what I was looking for. The dealship itself needs focus on the small details and bringing in higher quality management to run operations.
1- Every car I ve ever purchased was cleaned and I left the dealership with a full tank of fuel. In this case neither was done. Thx for 1/4 tank of fuel after spending $20k
2 - The car temporary tag expires tomorrow and my plates are no where to found, the dealership says they mailed them 4 days ago from about 40 miles away. Interesting, the post office must have lost them. Just getting an incorrect answer took 3 phone calls and an in person visit to the dealership and then a phone call from my wife. How is it I still don t have plates after all that?
3 - The dealership promised to fix a couple things on the car which they did, however it took me calling the dealership several times after being told someone would call me.
4 - They re high pressure on selling extended warranties and then tell you to bring the vehicle to the dealership service shop first if within so many miles. I understand trying to maximize your revenue but come on. Consumers can take their car to any certified mechanic shop.
It ll be interesting to see what happens if I get pulled over for expired temporary tags. Till then we ll keep waiting for an answer that provides some kind of result.

We had such a great experience with Prestman Auto in Salt Lake City. Tracy Ball helped us through the whole process. Very nice, knowledgable guy. No pressure. Just great customer service. They make you as comfortable as possible. From drinks, to massage chairs, while you wait for your purchase to be processed. Then before we took our beautiful, already perfect car home, they detailed it while we went to dinner. We came back to find our car spotless with 2 cold waters in our cup holders. Nice personal touches. I was worried a little about buying a car with a branded title. But I have had my car for almost a month now and it is perfect in every way and I figured it saved me about $5000 or more by buying at Prestman's. I would highly recommend them. I know the next time we are in the market for another car or truck, Prestman's will be the first place we go.

Answered all my questions and corresponded by text, phone, and email over the course of several days as I went back and forth trying to decide to jump in and buy the car of my dreams. She wasn't pushy, just informative. I also appreciated Tracy in financing and the help and information he gave me in getting my financing taken care of and an extended warranty in place.
I was on a real time constraint when I came in. I was able to leave in a timely manner, and had my new car within two hours! Great service. This was my first time buying a car, and they made it an absolute breeze!
