When I bought my car they were nice and willing to help. BUT Once I bought my car and some time had past it was a different story! They became hard to work with and didnt follow through with things they said they would do. I had to call multiple times to check that what I wanted was getting resolved, which it wasn't. I had to physically go in and try to get it sorted out after 3 weeks of phone calls and seeing zero results. I was trying to fix something they messed up while getting my car detailed there, which should have been the other way around. After going into the shop I am still trying to get it all sorted out, they tried giving me the piece of material that they ripped back thinking that was good enough. When before they touched it, it was 100% fine. I wont work with CJ Prestman again after this experience. Their nice when they know their getting your money, but once they have that your no longer a priority or care to them.
