BUYER BEWARE. RUN, don't walk away from this place. Absolute WORST place in the history of dealerships we have EVER dealt with. Prestman Auto is a STEALERSHIP, not dealership. Bought a $50k Jeep and paid an extra almost $4 freaking grand for an extra extended warranty, and PROMISED the light and carbon fiber would be fixed my MULTIPLE people. Took it in shortly after purchase. They had the Jeep almost TWO MONTHS. My BF literally had to diagnose and point out a front censor issue they couldn't seem to figure out. Call after call after CALL they FINALLY called and said "Uhhhh the carbon fiber is on back order and so is the light come get it". This was last year. Now the water pump is going out. So we figure we will take it in and have everything done at once. Once again the nimrods in the service department literally need to be grabbed by the nose and SHOWN the problem for them to fix it. Then they say they refuse to warranty the CF & front light. Manger makes us wait 30+ mins (with no one in his office) to come in. BF starts explaining the problem, their promises, and even pulls out a sticky note THEY wrote on to fix the problems and the DOUCHEBAG manager Travis literally laughs in his face and says "Well it was YOUR responsibility to make sure WE put it in our notes, so since I don't see anything I'm done with you, you can leave now". WOW. What excellent customer service. So the customer needs to babysit you and call you MULTIPLE times to even get a return call. We didn't buy a $1,000 crapbox, this was a $50k Jeep with your ridiculous warranty and empty promises. UNLESS YOU LIKE TAKING IT UP THE REAR DRY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
