Excellent service. Maybe improve the variety of food. In the Italian food restaurant I had very bad service from one of the waiters, they brought us things that we did not order from the menu, we asked for sparkling wine, but it never arrived. We ordered drinks and it took forever to arrive. They piled the three times of food into very, very large plates. We had to put the food on a single plate to be able to eat. The waiter got annoyed every time we asked him for something. Our stomach closed, both because of the delay and because of the courage that he put us through. And the desserts they served us, that we didn't ask for, they lowered their quality.
As for burgers, nachos, ice creams and very good room service.

I don't want that waiter fired, but I do want that bad service corrected.

You pay for a service (nothing cheap) and it wasn't free.
We tourists are few and mistreating the few who arrive ... well, it is not worth it.

Tourism is affected.

One does not return and does not even recommend them favorably.

But I repeat, everything else excellent, I recommend it.
