I usually purchase a vehicle every 18 months, so I have a lot of experience dealing with car dealerships and usually not pleasant ones.
I was looking for a Nissan Murano and found one close to where I lived, I visited the dealership in North Kansas City and was treated horribly. I decided to look around and found a Murano at Premier Mazda.
From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with nothing but respect. Jim showed me the Murano. It was a year newer and had less miles and than the one I test drove in NKC. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Jim is the best car sales person I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchase experience ever.
This is how car buying should be!
