Because of a busy schedule, Aaron Lee, my salesman actually drove the vehicle I ended up acquiring to my home on the Kansas side of the river for a test drive. I've never heard of a car dealership doing that before! He waited patiently in my living room while I dealt with two contractors working on my house. When they completed, I took a test drive, was impressed with the car (a CX-5) and presented my terms to Aaron who took them back to his sales manager. I negotiated the rest of the deal via a return phone call that afternoon. I drove my trade to the dealership where all the required paperwork was executed professionally by an extraordinarily friendly staff. Without exception, they made me feel valued and welcome. I drove my washed and detailed car home where I've had at least two (maybe three) follow-up phone calls making sure I was happy with my purchase and seeing if I had any questions.
