I recently purchased a new CX-5 at Premier Mazda, and I m glad I did. The purchase process was, although not without a bit of to-and-fro that is seemingly inevitable in today s car-buying world, a quick and pleasant process. The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy all making for a better-than-most experience. The sale was handled expeditiously and without any hard-sell maneuvering.

I ve since been back to add on roof rails, another process that was quick and easy. The parts manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the service advisor equally so.

I m a tough grader, but Premier Mazda gets a solid A on the report card. Oh, and I love the vehicle, too!
