The salesman, Jerry is by far the best salesman I personally have ever delt with. But the older gentleman who processes the payments, ect is a flat out jerk. Over all this is good place to get something nice for a low price. The older ladies that work in the back are really friendly and helpful. So overall 3/5 only because that one guy was just very rude over the phone.
My husband and I knew what we wanted but because of our working hours we got there right before closing. All the staff were super understanding and didn't mind staying over an hour after closing to help us get the price we needed! Thank you to Kevin and Eric at Powersports of Greenville!

After our son's brand new TTR125 was stolen here in Asheville right after Christmas, our son was devastated. The major dealership in Asheville didn't advise us properly of Gap Insurance. Made alot of promises that never happened. My husband and our son drove down to Power Sports of Greenville yesterday and by 8:30pm Noah has a better bike. The entire staff was amazing!! Anyone reading this and is in the market to buy a bike, GO the extra 45 minutes to Power Sports in Greenville. In the coming months I'll be back to buy another from them for my nephew. My husband and I appreciate the time Mike took explaining to Noah how to care for his bike and went over it from front to back with him under our porch light. Terrible customer service. I called before driving 45 minutes to make sure they had a part in stock. I was told that they did have the part. Upon arrival, the service employee told me they didn't have the part. Better training by the manager is probably in order.
Excellent customer service. Called about a set of tires. They were helpful over the phone and able to get my bike in immediately. For a set of new tires.. Excellent overall motorcycle shop.

I've never been to a business that treats it's customers with such enthusiasm and concern. Ethan/Service manager and Nathan/Service technician are two outstanding employees. They always bend over backwards to assist and accommodate your needs. As long as I'm riding, my Can Am will never grace the floor of another dealership. These two guys as well as the entire team at Powersports of Greenville should be commended for there excellent work and ability to make you feel like you are their only concern. What a blessing to have a such a wonderful group of dedicated, motivated employees where I can take my bike to have work done. I'd give them more than 5 stars but that's all it would allow. If you need service, don't hesitate to see them.
Great experience from sales to service. Bought a 2018 Can Am Spyder last month from these folks and was rear ended 2 days after purchase. Ethan and Nick in the service department were great to work with on all the repairs. Tim in the parts department did a great job getting all of the replacement parts in quickly. Tim also took the time to work with us on ordering some upgrades for the Can Am, and new helmet communication systems. We were so pleased with the entire staff that we recommended them to friends, and they bought a new Cam Am Spyder from them also! Great group of people!

I made a special trip down from NC to check out this store and the one next door. I walked in and wasn't greeted at all and actually had to hunt someone down to ask for a price. Next at the parts department I asked about a pretty basic aftermarket part for my bike. The guy at the counter had never even heard of rearsets! And this is the person working on bikes? Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere for your motorcycling needs.
BUYERS PLEASE BE WARE!!!! Horrible place to buy a motorcycle. My husband has been up at this place for the past week looking at a 2018 Yamaha YZF R1 Supersport Bike, however he have been waiting for me to be able to take off work to go see it with him. Today was the day we decided to go ahead & BUY IT!!! I advised the FINANCE MANAGER KEVIN we were working with our credit union and had already had a direct contact there we wanted to work with. Him & our Sales man Ramon(who I DON'T FAULT FOR THIS) advised they can price the bike lower than their competitions FOOTHILL MOTORSPORTS had already given us , so we were anxious to see what they could do. He came back with a pricing that was a few hundred dollars more than the competitors BUT they would be willing to give him WHATEVER HELMET & GLOVES he wants. Total pricing out the door $16,780.53. Ive been calling the finance manager Kevin & asking for a buyer's order to take to our bank and he wouldn't allow me to come get it. Also, the one we signed today with the helmet , jacket and out the door pricing he wouldn't give to me either. So when we left there BECAUSE Kevin advised they would get back to us in 48hrs. Definitely not our credit unions process. We went straight to the bank to sit with the branch manager & have him print the buyer's order that was sent to them & the pricing was almost $3,000 more. IT WASNT EVEN THE ONE WE SIGNED W/ The HELMET & GLOVES INCLUDED!!!! The branch manager had us call them and have them fax the correct one we signed & we were advised they would correct it by CHARLES but had poor little Ramon get back on the line to say they could no longer do the Helmet & GLOVES but he could give us 10% off the bike..WHILE WE ARE IN THE BANK!!! Told the bank to throw away they buyer's order for this place & SUBMITTED FOOTHILLS MOTORSPORTS..Will never step another foot in this place!!!! I'm guessing alot of people have issues in this place, hence why they have VISITORS POST PRIVATE!
Took our GW in for a new battery. The service dept. informed us of a recall that we were not aware of, involving brakes. So thankful that the service team informed us and fixed the issue.

They won't sell you anything that they think is ugly. When I tried to buy a whole set of plastics for my dirt bike what the sales rep quoted and they profile you by the way you look even if you can buy the whole store. Will,never get my business again.
The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They seem helpful most time IF you're buying something. But if you purchase something and need to return it they become quite unhelpful. I purchased a $40 pair of motorcycle goggles, which broke the first time I used them (the strap snapped). I brought them back within two hours of buying them with the tag and receipt. I was ignored for a little while before being told, quite indifferently, that I had to contact the goggle maker. It wasn't their problem.
Never going to foothills again, this place is amazing.

These guys are phenomenal in customer "care". They care, it's not just a service. They don't hassle or haggle just to close the deal. My son was purchasing his first on his own, yet as a mom they gave me an extra feeling of safety and eased my concerns. They spent extra time explaining the bikes, as well as recommendations, and put us both at ease. Sales Manager Mike even went above and beyond his job description in so many ways. Brought in two new Atv swamp lite tires on Artic cat rims they were on the rim but not sealed or inflated. I had brought them to two other places that put them on the rim but couldn't get them to inflate and seal to the rim. I carried them to power sports to see if they could help. Ed the mechanic who has been very helpful to me in my needs of my Atv's. Took them in within 30 minutes he had my tires sealed to the rim and inflated. I enjoy doing business with these guys. For parts or service they have been very helpful. We purchased a 2013 Honda Foreman es that has been a good Atv so far. Power sports does my service and repairs. Thanks again. Steve

Dont trust your machine to these people theres more clowns sitting at desk in service shop then peopleworking in shop! Called me with my parts showing up 2 months after they ordered so i took my machine to have it fixed after i dropped it off took these clowns 2 days to call back ( plenty of time to have job done) and told me would be 3weeks before they could work on it keep in mind they leave custmoers machines outside in rinky dink lil fence! Asked to speak with manager and all i could get out of him was i was a dumbass and he didnt like to look like a fool! Never again will i trust my machone with a dealer find a reputible mechanic in your area dont trust these fools with your machine

I had a pleasant buying experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Being a relative newb to motorcycles a little more guidance may have been helpful and the warranty was pushed on me a little hard but I can understand that, these guys have a job to do. They seemed geniunely interested that I left happy and even served me a grilled burger for lunch as it was July 4th. I have an appointment for my first service next week and hope that the pleasant experiences continue with the service dept.

Had a motorcycle listed at a low price with no picture only to have it being a junker. Bait and switch. Went in to see new inventory and the salesmen kept walking away without it being busy.

This place is top notch. Had been dealing with a competitor in Powdersville, left mad every time I had to deal with them. Talk about customer no service . This place has very knowledgeable parts and service personnel. Bought a carburetor rebuild and was having problems, Jerry in service was so helpful. After I explained to him what was happening, he gave me some advice and I had my problem solved in no time. He saved me a lot of time and money. They will get every bit of my business from now on. First class outfit. You will not regret dealing with these people. Highly recommend!
Bought a bike from them and it was broke down within 2 weeks. When asked if they would do anything about my issues they said they don't service Harley and that I should take it to a dealer.

But I will say I contacted them with the problem and they went out of there way and picked it up for me! And Rodney is awesome he took over and made sure he treated me like family the service department took a little longer than I wanted but I understand I not the only customer.. ended up fixing contacted me and didn't charge me a penny and he was very apologetic and happy to get me riding again.. ask for Rodney he'll do whatever he can for you!
My husband and I were in this location yesterday, NEITHER of the salespeople greeted us or even acknowledged our presence, never asked if we needed any assistance the whole time we were in the store. We were intending to buy 2 helmets yesterday from them, but ended up buying them from a store a couple miles away, just because our business seemingly didn't matter to them. We won't return.

I ve been in Powersports a few times throughout the past five or six years and as of late wonder how they are still in business. Not looking for a pressure sales tactic, but a hello and acknowledgment that I m there would be nice. Never was approached by anyone to see if I was interested in taking a closer look at anything. Will buy elsewhere.
The service department was very helpful in helping me find a valve shim for my '86 TT350. If they didn't help me I would have had to special order a $25 shim.
I like the bike selection but I didn't like being lied to about the trade-in value I looked it up on Kelley Blue Book and they shorted me about $2,000 so if you want to get charged 300$ for a bill of sale and have to pay assembly fees. Go to power sports of Greenville I was gona get a bike there for 10000 after they got done it was over 3grand. More lol not me

Told me they would call me right back havent heard from them since. I even asked if they had my number! And the price of the fourwheeler jumped 1100 dollars within a matter of seconds with all kind of made up fees! This place is a joke! A bunch of sperry wearing frat boys!
I've been here a few times over the past month. I was looking for my first bike and Chuck really helped out. In fact the entire sales staff helped out. After learning a little bit about what I was looking for and some of my past experiences Chuck was able to point me towards the perfect bike. Between Chuck and several others in sales and parts it made this experience really awesome.

Chuck deserves a raise or a plaque or at least a crisp high five. He was able to work with me and help get me on the road. Even though thanks to the bank the process got really drawn out and took forever he stuck in there and made magic happen. I really appreciate the entire staff from sales to parts to finance and management. They were all super helpful and really awesome. I will definitely be back to get another. If you're in the market for a new or new to you motorcycle I recommend you stop by and ask for Chuck.
