They are charging 4times higher than other standard labs. I would not recommend middle and low class patients for the lab test. Better you get it done through other lab and you can consult doctor at HCG. You will save atleast 50% of money

They are charging 3-4 times higher for the tests compared to the other labs in bangalore. Dont know why the charges are so high, when these cancer patients are already on high debth bearing expensive treatment in the hospital.

Very poor services... taking more than 72 hours for a just small urine report. I had booked the services through 1mg app, samples were collected on time...but reports were given after 3-4 days. However report timelines re 48 hours. Even 1mg customer service team also tried to contact lab team...but they also did not get any response from strand life svience lab team. Very poor and worst service.... be fast if you want to sustain in market.
