We bought a Honda 4x4 from Austin. The whole experience was pleasant, no pressure. We shopped around in NC and SC and got the best deal right here in Greenville. Powersports of Greenville has always been the one shop I trust with both of my bikes. Have never had any problems with them, and they always get me in as soon as possible, even if it's spur of the moment! The service department is absolutely awesome, and they definitely know how to take care of their customers! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Whether it's a spark plug change, installing new tires, or even something as simple as getting my chain tightened, they always accommodate me and give me a great price. Definitely recommend to anyone needing parts or service!

Greenville Powersports is a great example of what a motor sports business should be like. Very knowledgeable employees who are more interested in getting you riding on what works best for you rather than selling you the most advanced thing you can t afford lol. Parts and service departments far exceed expectations and are always happy to help and share their knowledge with you. All the employees feel like a big family and you are treated the same when in the store. Sales can be a little iffy, just be sure of what you are paying out the door and you will be fine. Many thanks to all the guys here in helping me with my interest in motorcycling and sharing the passion. Very grateful for this local shop. Stop in just to chat and look around you will end up doing business here too!

Wanted to look around at their bike selection to see what type I'd want, but instead had someone follow my husband and I around whilst talking our ears off every second we were there.
You will NOT be able to even think because they won't let you.

I will never go to Power Sports again. The lost my business when I tried to return an item 2 days after I bought it with receipt in hand. They gave me a real hard time and said I needed to have orignial tags. I explained there were not tags and it took the cashier 30 minutes to ring me up because of that reason. I had to return something to Foothills Motor Sports recently and they took back the item no questions asked. Power Sports needs to learn to treat their customers a little better.

There is a reason that these guys have been here since the 50s. Great local bike shop and dealer. They'll give you an honest upfront answer on just about everything. You get what you pay for and I trust them with my bike, my life on said bike, and my kids' safety riding with me. That says leagues and volumes about them.

This is by far the best place around to get good service and sales. Jerry Ferrell in the sales department is very knowledgeable and very eager to help answer any and all of my questions. The parts department has a good variety of parts and apparel as well.

Chris helped me with finding the bike I wanted and tried everything to get me on a bike. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dealt with Chuck, great dude and worked with me to get the bike I had my eye on even stayed after hours to get me taken care of. If you need anything ask for him!

Well the service manager Ethan seems to go out of his way for the customer. I will try and post again once I get my honda serviced.

Had some saddlebags and supports installed. They broke one of the supports and refused to pay for it. They put em on with fn zip ties and kept my straps for the bags, AND all the factory hardware they took off to install the supports. Not only that, they kept a bag that I'd had where they put the saddlebags, full of my stuff, and it was in the office in a drawer, hidden, not 10mins after I'd left. When I came back to get my stolen bag, I looked in the shop and saw all my straps, and factory hardware strewn all about the floor, ready to be swept up and thrown out. But my bag was hidden in the office. C'mon... If that's not fishey, I got a bridge in Brooklyn I'm trying to sell...

I came in today looking for a bike and Jeff guided me in the right direction. Really knew what he was talking about and really took the time to understand what i wanted. Even know he knew i didnt have intention to buy today he still treated me like ive known him for years. I know where i will be buying my bike from when ready.

Eric my sales representative was very pleasant and educated me well on the bike I purchased I recommend him to other customers.

They ll sale you anything they have but rude to you service department if you re young like they ve done my step son every time he s been there for his services on his 4whleer

Hands down the best motorcycle shop in the area. Whether we need a new bike, service or parts this is the only place my family goes to quench our off-road addiction.
I will never take my bikes anywhere else to have work done on them. Nick, Ethan in service and Edwin in parts are really good about giving options for potential upgrades while my machines are there for regular maintenance but aren't pushy in the least. They are jamb up on warranty game too because another shop sent us away and these guys took care of us!
I always know they have my best interests in mind because these folks care and it shows!
Don't go anywhere else!

I went in powersports to grab a pair of riding shoes I needed for a MSF class. The guys here are awesome on guy (forget the name) came over to me and talked to me about the class and asked what gear I had and what kind of bike I was interested in. He took me around the shop and showed me their gear and a bike he though I would love (I did) without making me feel pressured to buy anything.

The whole experience was just great I got to talk to these guys about all things motorcycle without once feeling pressured into buying more than what I set out to buy.

I have been a motorcycle owner for 24 years. For the past 13 years I have been traveling around the world with my motorcycles as a military service member. My wife and I recently left the service and relocated to Greenville to be near family. Every time the military moves me I take my motorcycle to a shop to have it prepped for shopping and after the shipment I take it to a shop to have it inspected, adjusted, repaired, etc to get it ready to ride. If I could give this shop negative stars I would have. THIS IS THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE, HANDS DOWN. I came to Greenville with my Harley and a highly customized 2003 Honda VTX 1800C. The Harley went to the Harley dealership (where I received excellent service) and the Honda went to Powersports. The bike spent over two months in the shop while it "waited for back ordered parts". What really happened was that they completely forgot about the bike and failed to even call me. When I took the bike in I was told it would be kept indoors. This was very important to me because the bike is covered in custom chrome parts, custom paint, etc. when I picked the bike up it was covered in rust, dirt and water marks. The paint was scratched and chipped and the mirrors were hanging limply and the fork caps for the front suspension were missing. I told them that the bike had shipped from Germany and had sat in a crate in a warehouse for four months and that I wanted it ready to ride safely. The mirrors were dangling, the headlight was aimed straight down and the bike was a straight mess. Everyone there was very friendly including Tony, Brigette, the sales manager Mike and the general manager Jason. But this does not make up for the incompetency of their shop and the thousands of dollars of damage they did to my bike. I do not write reviews about businesses without talking to the owner/management first. I spoke at length to Jason and explained the situation and he seemed like he wanted to improve the shop but I am writing this review based on my experience. He knows my real name but I write reviews under a pseudonym because of the sensitive nature of my work. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. The shop did not offer any recompense for the damage to my motorcycle. They charged me over $800 and for what I do not know. I am furious at this situation even though everyone I spoke to was a very friendly person. This level of incompetence should not be tolerated at a motorcycle shop and I recommend that everyone in Greenville avoid this shop until they dramatically improve their maintenance shop.

Staff was very considerate and they did not employ any high pressure sales tactics. They were very professional and worked with me from start to finish.

They sold me a 93 suzuki intruder that had a recall on the handlebars. A few months later the bars split in half while i was going 45mph on the way to work. What kind of a business sells a motorcycle that could prove potentially fatal to the rider.

At Powersports of Greenville the whole process from walking in the door to walking out was easy. I was approached by David who is a friendly, helpful, and knowledgable guy. I was introduced to all the great staff, Jonathan and Julius in the parts area who answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction of purchasing extras for my 2016 Yamaha Grizzly 700. Kevin helped me get a great deal in financing, he introduced multiple options and made my purchase happen for me. I'm happy to have chosen Powersports of Greenville for getting the Grizzly.

Went up there at about 2:45 on a Saturday, they should've been open till 6 but for whatever reason had adjusted their hours to 4 but wait they adjusted it further on a piece of paper on the door till 3. Walked in to look at helmets and not a single person asked if I needed help or nothing it a peep! I would've bought one. I will never go back again and will tell anyone I know to do the same. Totally rude and unprofessional!

I was at Powersports of Greenville to pick up some parts and had really good service. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and professional. They knew the part that I needed which was great since I did not know the real name for it. I really am grateful for the help and I will use this location again.

I took my bike to them for the first time to have it serviced and it was awesome how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. Great prices in and out the door quick. Its hard to find a good shop where everybody has a passion for riding motorcycles but I found it.

My husband bought a motorcycle from Jonathan and Kevin yesterday. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right and they were great to deal with. We'll definitely be back and we strongly recommend them!

I have been searching for a place that could replace the tube inside a Razor scooter tire. A half dozen places said they could not or would not help me, so I left the tire in my car hoping I would find a place. Today I was driving by and thought I would stop and see. These guys not only met, but exceeded my expectations! They are professional, informed, and well-spoken. I am so glad I stopped in and I will definitely go back with more business!

I had terrible experience with these guys. Last year I had been there for my tire change. I called them before I went there and asked them if they would match the amazon price for the tire for which they said they will. I went there and gave them the amazon sheet where it had the price mentioned for the back tire and at the bottom of the sheet there was another price mentioned for both front and back tire combined. They changed me their price for the front tire and amazon price for the back tire. When I paid the price, I didn't notice that, but once I came back home, I noticed it and called them up. After a long conversation, I was able to convince them to return me the balance. I normally happen to stay very far from their location, so I didn't go their for a long time to get my money. This year, I happen to pass by them and wanted to get back my money. To my surprise, they said they wont be able to return my money and instead wanted to give me a gift card. I tried to convince them but then they didn't. To me just 20/30 bucks doesn't matter a lot, but then its about credibility and promise that these guys made which they didn't keep.

My experiences with them have been really really terrible and am definitely not going to go there again for sure.

Went there Sat June 27, 2020, we got there 30 mins before closing looking for a 4x4 Honda, Jeff and the guys stayed 2 hours after closing to help us and were the nicest group I've ever dealt with! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your time to help us! That's what I call awesome customer service and if your looking for an ATV or motorcycle that's the place to go.
