I recently purchase a 2016 Yamaha R1 from there. The entire staff, from sales to finance was very helpful, polite, and did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. I drove 2.5 hours to get my bike from there and it was worth the drive. I highly recommend Powersports of Greenville.

We walked in around 9:30 and met Jeff. He was awesome!!!! We went in looking for a yamaha and left with a Kawasaki Ninja because of the great quality and prices. If you're looking for any kind bike go to Powersports Greenville and ask for Jeff!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Just purchased a new utv from here. Rodney our sales guy was awesome made sure we knew pros and cons and was very informative on all our questions and that we were leaving with what we wanted. Our whole experience there was great,stress free and all the staff was very friendly. Oh and prices you won't beat anywhere. Thanks guys for everything. Would recommend you go here before you purchase anywhere else.

I bought a new Ninja 400 from PSG a month ago and I wanted to get some experience riding it before I left this review. All-in-all I'd say that my buying experience was great. They made sure that the bike was in great riding condition before bringing it to my house, Charles was great in helping me to get everything that I wanted/needed on my new bike, and Mike went out of his way after hours to deliver it to my house that same day. It wasn't cheap, but getting a new bike never is. The costs were about what I expected the dealership to charge, but the bikes in great condition and the service was awesome so 5-stars.

Great, fast and friendly sale. Drove a hour and half to get there, these people really treat you like family, it was worth the trip from Georgia. Jeff the salesman and Kevin the finance manager is great! They definitely make the shopping of a new ATV enjoyable!! I WOULD highly recommend anyone to go there, they have some really good deals!

About a week ago I called the shop last minute to get a tire for my bike....even though it was late in the day on a Saturday and it was going to take me 30 minutes to get there, they waited on me to ensure I had what I needed for the rest of the weekend. Excellent service!

Good mechanics to work on my CanAm. Kudos to them for calling me with a lower than expected rating so let me explain. A little disappointed because they over committed to the amount of time to complete the service and when I had them do a damage estimate I actually had to point about several items that they missed. Overall they are very friendly and committed to great service. I will be back again.

Stopped by to browse and ended the experience purchasing two atvs for my son and husband. Great experience; knowledgeable staff, quick transaction. Added two helmets for safety and lots of education on riding, the laws/regulation and children riding for the first time. Felt good about decision to purchase from here.

They messed up multiple times on the paperwork when we bought the vehicle and they DID NOT explain that they register and tag their mopeds/scooters so that mopeds and scooters are registered as motorcycles and must be insured by law.

Tried to return two brand new still in the package parts, with the reciept, not ordered, and was told they have no way of giving me my money back because I used a debit card. What century is this?

Couldn't even get a price out of them for a side by side in person. Called for a part and didnt even try to look it up salesmen rudly just said no.

I'm not sure what kind of experience the others had and I almost avoided going here due to their reviews. Glad I didn't listen, I had a perfect buying experience and everyone in the store; from the sales lady to the general manager were awesome. My bike is perfect, the price and financing were better than I imagined and the follow up was fantastic. I also dealt with the parts and accessories people and they are great as well. I will definitely buy my next bike here.

My experience with the parts section was great..very smart young men working back there, haven't dealt with service YET, and I didn't buy my bike from them because they seem to have something against stocking honda fury's which are extremely sexy bikes.

kevin and rusty were great from start to finish. rusty was exceptionally patient with my kids here running around and showing me my new bike. kevin made the finance easy and simple. excellent place to do business.

Amazing guys. From service to sales to financial depot, they all do their job and know their bikes. Great bike selection as well as atvs and trikes. If you need a piece of gear, they will have it or find it for you. Can't say enough great things about these guys.

Just bought my first bike from Jeff here at Powersports of Greenville, had a few problems but they were quick to resolve the issues. Felt no hassel with the buying process. I will continue to be a regular customer. They take care of you!

A lot of unknowledgeable kids working there. I personally can almost tear down an ATV and rebuild it blind folded. I had gotten to the point of purposely playing dumb and asking questions to the service department employee only to get hilarious wrong answers back. Never again!

Power Sports of Greenville does an outstanding job with Customer Service and customer appreciation. The entire team from Jason, Mike, Ethan and Nathan just to name a few of their team members are dedicated in providing excellent customer service. As an owner of a Can Am and member of the Upstate Syder Ryders Touring group, Jason, Mike, Ethan and Nathan provided an overview on how to remove side panels, discuss service intervals, the importance tire pressure and a gambit of other very valuable information every Can Am rider should know. They did this on a Friday night after hours, providing food and drink all at no cost. Can't say enough about Power Sports. Wished other business showed such interest and concern for their customers. If you ever need service or are broken down on the side of the road, you can call them. Expect OUTSTANDING service!

Corbin was good to with and was a big help, only downside is the sales department only quoted me a trade in value of $500 for a 2015 Hyosung GT250. Kelly Blue book lists trade in value at $1,675. Your appraisal department needs to do some better research or your going to loose alot of sales, just like you did today.

Jerry and Edwin in the service department are amazing. Both are very knowledgeable and eager to help. They helped me balance a unique tire that no other shop was willing to touch. Thanks for the great service and professional know how. 5 stars all the way.

Brought in a klr for new tires and tubes install and pannier rack install. They quoted me $150 +/- $20 install on pannier rack. They did excellent job on both and only charged me $99 for pannier! Awesome thank you guys/gals. Will absolutely go back there for future service. Kudos!

Kevin saved me thousands on insurance on my first bike. They looked out for me in getting the best gear... just a great experience with theses guys.

Dipped my Can Am in the lake, not good. As soon as I arrived they asked many questions to pin point what needed to be done. Turns out allot. My machine needed full service (valve work, tune up, air, fuel system, oil and gear boxes.). They combined the work for the full service tune up with the repair of the submarine run which was the right thing to do saving me time and money. They stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire repair time keeping me informed of what they found and what best to do with my final approval each time.
I must say I'm impressed, my CA 650 has never been so fast, not run so good and I bought it new! It's super tuned, jumps in the air when you gas it which it never did before. It has to be 30% faster and more responsive than when I bought it new. Nice!!
Runs with a little tight ping sounds of precision tuning I have never heard it do. Nice work Ethan!
It's a rocket, like it should be but tuned beyond what the factory gives you. Crank it baby! Now I'm going to rip through tires but that's ok!!
Highly recommend pro shop serving people the way they should be. Don't lose it boys, keep up the good work! If you are going to charge $95/hr labor it better be right and fast which it was.

I recently experienced a severe maintenance issue with my bike and towed it to Powersports of Greenville. The whole staff was incredibly helpful and professional especially Ethan in the Service Department. He was understanding and caring and made the whole repair process less stressful for me and am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs. I am relatively new to the area and am glad to have a dealership of this caliber close to my home.

Professional helpful and prices are 4 times higher than they are offline for parts. But at least they are consistent, I guess

If you go to power sports of Greenville for their very competitive tire changing pricing just be aware that their pricing has changed significantly. I was recently charged twice what I've paid in the past (just 3 month back). It was my fault for assuming that I was going to be charged the same otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. They do have a price match on parts which I will still buy from them since I like to support my local bike shop verses buying online.

I bought my bike from here, the sales staff was very knowledgeable and I was treated great all the way from the sales department to parts to financing and then to service department, the service department is great here and fast...i will stay with this dealership until I don't ride no more.

Amazing people. Amazing service. Most of all, this guy named Chuck was super friendly and helpful. He treated me like a person.. He's not your average sales person that just wants to sell a product. He bonds with his clients and treats them with respect. Highly recommend him if you want a badass wheelie machine or something else.

Over all I've been coming here since 2012, for fourwheeler parts ect. And I'm sad to say that I feel that the costumer service could be more involved with clients . The gentleman the back who takes part orders, is not very nice nor willing to try educate other to help with their problems or reffering them to something else. He acts as if your not buying something in store he doesn't care. This place has been around for years its steadily declining .

They were busy but attentive. I had come in to get my warranty transferred from the guy I bought my bike from. If you want quick service, don't come on a Saturday.

Great service and friendly staff. I took my Wolverine in for a repair and they discovered 2 recalls that Foothills didn't mention when they sold it to me. I recommend Powersports to anybody for a purchase or service. I wish that I wouldn't have wasted my time with Foothills and bought from them.
