These guys are phenomenal in customer "care". They care, it's not just a service. They don't hassle or haggle just to close the deal. My son was purchasing his first on his own, yet as a mom they gave me an extra feeling of safety and eased my concerns. They spent extra time explaining the bikes, as well as recommendations, and put us both at ease. Sales Manager Mike even went above and beyond his job description in so many ways.
