Everyone in the service department is awesome! Upon speaking with multiple individuals you get the sense that their objective is to help you rather than to get over on you. The service team members that really made a positive impact on my experience were Ethan, the service manager, Nathan, and the service technician Eddy. Those guys are awesome! (FYI!! If you're looking for a good sales person Pablo is your guy).

Dont recomend this store. Took bike back numerous times to fix problem,they said it was ready to go each time.Not sure if they even looked at it payed them over $1500 going to get bike bac take it somewhere else. Pitiful.picked up bike,service manager was aware of my post figured he would want to fix the situation and allow me to giv them a thumbs up but did not. It is only a fan issue on a water cooling machine limited issues it would be .

The sales manager is very nice and friendly. I would recommend taking to him before you buy a unit. He seems to be a great guy and a person you could buy from. I would like to buy a Ryker from him.

Not impressed with this dealership at all. Typical walk in and get profiled type place. Once you do get someone to talk with you, you get told what you want to hear, not what you need to hear. Seems like their just interested in getting bikes out the door and not about the riders experience or development.

Prices are way too high on used bikes. WAY too high. 9K for a 2012 CBR 600? That's ridiculous.

Parts guys are pretty arrogant and act like their doing you a favor by looking up your part and getting it to you.

Worth traveling to find a better experience and more cost effective solution.

They have a large inventory, packed into a relatively small property. They have a variety of motorcycles and ATVs. Employees are friendly and helpful.

We bought both of our bikes from Power Sports. We also have always had them serviced there as well. A great turnaround time! Out last experiences calls for a huge shout out to Jeremy in parts and Neil in service. These guys went above and beyond to get us what we needed. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain options and what would be best for our bike and situation. Which was also not the most expensive. They are in that group of few that calls back when they say the will and and work hard to get the job done and have us back riding in no time. Definitely customers for life. We can get our bike serviced anywhere but the service these guys provide can only be found here!

We were looking to buy a Stacyc bike for our 3 year old and since we had such a good experience with Power Sports Greenville in the past, we called them first. They had them in stock and Edwin was a huge help showing me how to change the settings. He even charged the battery while we were talking and lowered the seat for us before we left. Would def recommend to anyone who wants excellent customer service and a shop who takes the time to explain things to a new moto mom!

Recently my daughter bought a new ninja 400 here. It was a good experience. Corbin the salesman really went full bore in explaining the bike to her as well as covering all the saftey aspects.

Chuck helped me a lot through my first bike purchase. We kept in touch throughout the month and he answered all my questions. When I was finally ready to pick up my Vulcan, he stayed till after closing to get on my way. All the dudes at Powersports are good peeps, very helpful!

Never have your motorcycle or ATV serviced here . Got a 5 star price and a negative 5 star star service. They raked me over the coals!!!... back brakes are totally dismissed and didn't put back together what was taken apart. Guys, I recommend taking your service needs elsewhere!!

There is always a good selection to choose from, and if they don't have it they will order it. The establishment is always clean and organized when I stop by. In the employees are always customer oriented and courteous.

I am very impressed with all the people at Greenville Powersports especially Nathan Ethan Jerry and Mike all have been very helpful great service and a great bunch of people to do deal with . They had a tech night for South Carolina spider riders upstate and it was very informative couldn't of been any better. I forgot about the parts department they do a great job also!!

I took my Triumph in to get 2 new tires. The tires were an average price, but the installiation was horrible. They somehow managed to put 2 deep scratches on my front rim, didn't even tell me of course. Noticed later that day. Go anywhere but here.

Bought my Ninja 400 from Charles. Love the bike. Great customer experience, Charles was extremely helpful. Same for the guys in the accessories department.

Went by to grab some safety equipment for my kid. Had no idea what I was looking for, but the staff was able to help. Sized my son, gave multiple options at different price points, and gave me the option to compare pricing. Couldn't find a better deal and walked away happy.

I've only been here for standard servicing, so that's all i can speak to, but they seem to do solid work with a fast turnaround.

Bought a new Kawasaki Concourse today from Jeff. He was great to work with and Kevin the finance manager made it very easy to happen.

I dropped a Grizzly off on May 19th having problems with the rear brake,leave 2 phone numbers to call when diagnosed.After no word I call,told hadn't had a chance to look at yet.Call on June 6 still haven't had time to look at yet, wait still no call yet,call on June 10 told the cable is froze up needs replaced,ask if the parts have been ordered yet,no they haven't so I guess until I called it was just going to sit there on ignore.Told the parts should be in on June 12.June 27 call @12pm told still not fixed will be able to pick up this afternoon,ride over there @5pm still not fixed,not even in the shop still sitting outside buried behind 3 other machines told it will be fixed and delivered on June 30
July 2 call to check @9am told it will be delivered today
July 2 get a call @420pm cant deliver today will delivery July 3 @1000am
July 3 get a call @950am cant get the truck start will be delivered this afternoon-call @445pm told still cant get the truck to deliver started July 4 machine finally gets delivered,notice the rear wheel center cap is missing call @11am talk to service hes going to look for it @1pm still no call back yet when I post to their Facebook page inquiring about the lost center cap 20 minutes later which is 5 hours after my original call I'm told there ordered one 'sorry for the inconvenience' Almost a month and a half for an hours worth of labor?PowerSports of Greenville is garbage.

Everyone there was so helpful and had no problems with the fact they kinda had to walk me through everything. Before I left I knew I had just the right gift for my son and everything he'd need to be safe. I'll definitely be going back there from now on.

I just bought my 2016 Honda foreman ATV from here! Best deal around for my Clemson Orange ATV! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I came to just look for a motorcycle and walked away with one. Zero pressure from the sales team, but they were willing to grab keys for every bike I wanted to check out or hear how it sounded. I went used and they worked with me on the price, and cut it down like $600 off their asking price. I also got a free helmet thrown in. Mind you it was about $85 because no dealership is going to throw in a $250+ helmet and take off $600. If you re reasonable in your expectations, they most certainly will work with you. Not to mention their bike insurance through progressive is nice, full coverage for $150 for the year. Came out to like $12.50 a month. They ve got my loyalty.

Ive bought two bikes over the last couple years at Powersports of Greenville and they truly stand behind their products and service. my Can-AM spyder had a DPS pump to fail which is the power steering pump and sensors. it was replaced a few years ago under a recall and now having issues again. the repair cost were pretty significant but the dealership was able to get Can-Am to pay for the parts and have me cover the labor. that alone saved me a significant amount of money to where the repairs could be made. my bike has been off the road for a few months as I couldn't afford this repair but with the help of the awesome service team, I'm back on the road and extremely happy!!

After having terrible experiences at the local dealers near the Charlotte area, I decided to expand my search. Powersports of Greenville advertised some excellent deals on Cycletrader.com. I had some time to spare so I decided to roll the dice and drive the hundred miles. I'm glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured. After some negotiation they gave me a great deal on a 2020 Ninja 400 ABS and a Yoshimura slip-on exhaust. They hooked me up with an excellent rate on my financing and even helped me load the bike onto the back of my truck. I'll be sure to check them out first when I'm ready to buy another bike.
