Today I stopped in to check out several models at Poway Honda and was greeted by Mickey Perez who patiently educated me on the HRV, CRV models both new and used vehicles. Mickey knew the features of each model and year which allowed me to make a decision to meet my needs. He even assisted me with returning a rental car and took the time to go through the interior features and computerized features. Because of Mickey's excellent professional customer care I was able to drive home listening to music of the 50's, NPR, and Frank Sinatra in my Touring CRV! Thank you Mickey for helping me become a happy Honda car owner!

The service department at Poway Honda was terrific! I took my Honda Accord in for a routine oil change. I usually take my vehicle to another place to be serviced, but thought I would take it closer to home this time. Their service manager was the one who took care of me. He was very professional, thorough and attentive to my needs.
He called me to let me know that the reason why my tire was low was because there was a nail in it. He initially told me there was a charge for the tire. But when I went to pick up my vehicle he had taken the charge off for the tire. I thought that was very nice and unexpected. To make things even better, my car was washed when I went to pick it up. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to this place to be serviced!

My mom and I had a great experience with Mickey at poway honda. I was helping my mom look for a new car and this was the first time I had ever looked into buying new cars. We had been to other dealerships looking but Poway Honda was where we had felt most comfortable buying from. Mickey was very understanding and genuine. He helped us find the car my moms dream car. Scott had really helped us out with making a great deal. They were both so patient, kind and at no point did we feel any pressure to buy. The purchase easy and quick!

They were very nice and were able to put me on the express list because I mistakenly thought the work was only going to take a certain amount of time, but it was going to take longer because a lot of people just walked in for service. I had an appointment so they did do mine ahead of some of the walk-in customers. They explained everything my car needed and the price before they did it. I really like going to Poway Honda and wouldn't go anywhere else for service on my Civic.

Very happy with the service received and Christopher Melton the service manager made sure I was informed of the status of the repair and had the mechanic talk to me about the problem with my trunk lid not latching. Mechanic took time to explain the workings of the keyless entry system.

Truth be told I was headed to Ford of Poway I then talked to my wife and explained it to her and she cleared up the difference between the lease and finance then Devin even shocked me more when he showed me the car and the price that I was elgible for then he told me my car payments blew me away and what I thought that I could qualify for maybe a 2013 or 2015 and my man put me in a 2020 Great Job whoever taught Devin how to a good salesman all I can say is Devin Knows his job I would have people from Northen California come way out here just deal with Devin Thanks again

We wish to encourage anyone interested in buying a Honda to drive up to Poway Honda and look for Brian Mallow. He will take the best care of you! We just bought a CRV and Had an issue with it. The dealership took care of the problem doing the right thing and going beyond. We really do not think another dealership would have taken care of our needs as they did. Please buy your next car at Poway Honda. Even the GM there is a very special person with a conscience.

Since I was going to be in the area I decided that I would go to this location to get my windshield wiper serviced. I was very impressed with the staff and customer service they provided me. I was assisted by Andrew and I must say he was amazing. Made my experience one of a kind, very polite and professional. He made this visit the best I ve experienced yet. The service was quick and easy and I was out to go continue with my day in no time thanks to Andrew and his team. I will be returning to this location for all my future needs !!!

What a relief and breathe of fresh air to have such a great experience at a dealership. You get a bit jaded from some dealerships and end up expecting dishonesty, hard sells and negotiations - but I can't say enough good things about this place.
Doc was amazing and treated us like family. He was so fair and open throughout the whole process. Everyone on site was great, great experience with Ryan in financing too. They all seemed to live the idea that they wanted to do right by you, not just close a deal.

Doc spent a lot of time getting us familiar with the vehicle too before we drove off- super helpful and thorough. I really felt like we were family coming in to buy.
I felt so relieved and genuinely enjoyed the experience.
Amazing deal and they have a great pricing policy that offers reasonable rate from start based on market and community. Really nice to avoid the crazy negotiations, MSRP pricing, and fluff added on a quote.

Mr. Marco Lopez-Ramirez was extremely friendly and helpful yesterday when I took my car for possible maintenance. He checked my oil status and told me that I did not need an oil change now since it is still at 40%. It is really a pleasant surprise for not being pushed for unnecessary oil change. He noticed the indicator for air pressure of tires was lit and did a pressure check for all tires. He told me all tire pressures were normal and explained to me why sometimes the indicator might be lit even though nothing was wrong. After the multipoint inspection and compliment car wash, Marco also alerted me that my car battery was low and explained to me a few things I should pay attention to in order to ensure a good battery life. The whole experience was amazing. I learned quite a few things about keeping my car in good condition. The whole process is free of charge. Marco is truly trying to help his customer out. I highly recommend Poway Honda and particularly Mr. Marco Lopez-Ramirez! He is the man!

We have been Poway Honda's customers since 1989 when we purchased our first Honda car. Two days ago we purchased our latest car, Honda Odyssey. Customer service at Poway Honda matches the excellent product they represent. The customery price haggling which usually car dealerships are blamed for does not exist at Poway Honda. We were quoted a price, which incidentally beat our expectations and it totally disarmed us from asking for any further reduction. Upon delivery of the vehicle the sales person diligently explained all features and because there are many new high tech features that require focused attention to understand, we appreciated the patience of the sales staff. It is safe to say we left for home with no regrets.

Honestly, I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Everyone in there is so friendly and well knowledgeable in their business. They are patient with any of your needs and concerns. Then again, Honda has great cars this year too so they know what they are selling is quality vehicles. I am in love with their Honda Civic for these years.

My family and I were looking to upgrade our SUV to accommodate our larger family as well as prepare for the inevitable carpooling with our kids and their friends. We did our research and agreed the Honda Pilot was the one we knew would be the best for us room wise, safety features and all of the bells and whistles we wanted. I went to the local dealerships and test drove a few, but fell in love with the Elite (top of the line Pilot). After a few days of jumping from store to store trying to get to the number we had hoped to come to, because we chose the Elite, the salesmen couldn't seem to help us meet that number. I decided to try Poway even though it was about a 45 minute drive and as soon as I arrived I met Mickey. We talked for a bit and I told him what we were looking for and our price... and within a few minutes I was happily shaking hands with him and signing papers to take home the exact model (and color) we wanted! Mickey was the easiest and most honest person I've ever dealt with and took his time explaining every aspect of our deal, then he spent more time making sure we knew how all of the upgrades worked in our new vehicle.

I can't recommend Mickey and Poway Honda enough. If you're in the market or have questions, take the trip and get the answers and car you want.

Great coffee. Great people. I recently bought a used car from here and the staff was awesome. The facility is equipped with a kids entertainment area, news TV, magazines, Wi-Fi, a coffee bar and outlets for charging electronic devices while you wait on paperwork. The salesman knew his stuff and when he wasn't sure about something he admitted it and immediately got the right information for me. (I was fact-checking everything on my phone). I had a delightful discussion with their finance lady while we worked out the details. The worry-free folder inside each car has an abundance of information in it (Carfax, vehicle inspection information, recommended maintenance etc) for the consumer. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda.

OMG, where do I even begin. When I made the call to Poway Honda. Mickey Perez answered the call. He was very friendly and I asked for another salesman. He told me that the salesman was off. I made the call Monday. I left a message for the the salesman on his VM. I then received a call back from Micky and he asked how he could help me. I told him that I would love for him to get credit for the purchase. He explained to me the protocoI of the company. He asked me if I could tell him what kind of a car and it went smoothly from there. He went way beyond helping me. He arranged to meet me later that day. BTW I don' t think I mentioned that it was his day off. He was just in there to meet another buyer. I would highly recommend Poway Honda and talking to Micky Perez. Waited almost 1 hour for a shuttle to take me back to work. Not acceptable. I was 35 mins late to work. I had to initiate the first conversation with an adviser to follow up on my ride. Only during my second follow up or complaint that one adviser reacted and gave me a lift back to work rather than waiting another 20 mins. He said I missed the driver by a min. That doesn't make any sense to me.
In addition, the basic package oil change is $20 more than Ball Honda Natl City. Same synthetic oil and package deal. Paid $44 after tax at Ball Honda Natl City vs $65 at Poway Honda.
Will not go back for an oil change. Ball Honda provides a quicker shuttle service. As quick as 10 mins.

Such a great experience!!!!(vast difference from my past experiences at car dealerships). The sales person who assisted me was not pushy at all, and in fact we had a very nice conversation throughout the process. Ended up buying the blue 2017 Hyundai Tucson I came in to look at, and couldn't be any happier with it! Went in expecting the worst, and ended up very pleasantly surprised!! Btw I was working with Rajesh, and he didn't even ask me to leave a review. :)

Great experience with Jason Jordan and his team! I called him at 4pm one afternoon, to ask if he could get a particular car delivered to his site. He called once it arrived. We went in that same evening, and by 9pm, we were home with our new car! Great service, and great price.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is absolutely incredible. I live in Los Angeles and every dealership that I spoke to was overly pushy and used pressure-tactic sales. It was well worth the 2-hour drive to come to Poway where Niki Chriss from Internet Sales took care of me. Not only did she special order my car, but kept me updated online about the status from production to delivery, even helping to order specialty accessories and coordinate installation. She is by far the best sales person I've worked with in any capacity from any company I have purchased from before. She made a point to help pick out the appropriate color lug nuts when I had asked for a mismatched color, making sure to send pictures from wheels of cars on the lot. She went out of her way to pick up the car and bring it to the dealership. Niki honored the Costco discount and made sure that I was completely taken care of. Special ordering a car is not common and is tough for dealerships to place considering if you back out they are stuck with a custom vehicle so the amount of effort Niki gave and trust the Poway team placed in me was absolutely incredible. Also shout out to Devin and Alfred for closing our paperwork and showing us the car. Straight forward service, honest people. There is no better sales team (especially Niki) or dealership, near or far that can provide the level of service that Poway can. I would recommend this place again and again to my friends and family. Fantastic experience!

I did not have a positive experience at another Honda dealer. I emailed the Poway dealership to schedule an appointment. Timothy Zank quickly responded and told me they would beat any competitors offer. I walked in and told him what I wanted to pay. The deal was done in about 15 minutes. The longest part was them prepping the car for me. Any future Honda s will be bought through Poway Honda.

Purchased a used car last week. Have already been to the service department three times and most recently Waited over 7 hours for my car back. Still didn't but Glenn called me and let me know why the wait was so long. I probably won't get it back till Saturday. I feel like because I didn't purchase a Honda, that I'm not getting the same service. Glenn has been very helpful when I'm there. My concern is I purchased this car and it may have a transmission issue That was not disclosed. I'm just hoping for the best and that I'll get the car that I purchased and actually have time to enjoy it. I will update my review once There is an outcome.

Between Jason, Glenn in service and the General Manager Jacki, the Mustang debacle was handled well. I am happy with my new(ER) car they set me up with, slightly higher payments than the mustang, but I am very appreciative of their hard work and dedication to get me the right price and work with my budget. Big thank you to Jacki for getting involved and making me feel like more of a priority. Currently signing the paperwork for the new car and relieved that everything worked out for the better in the end.

I went in for a recall on fuel pump on my wife's Insight 2019. I dropped the car early in the morning and a few hours later I was told one of the parts "broke" - on a brand new car. So the car would not be ready until the day after. They provided a rental, however my wife mentioned she could pick up the car at the rental as she had to way to get there. Then she was told the car would be dropped, she just had to call the rental company. When my wife called the rental, they stated that they could not dropped the car. That was impossible.

We got the car back the day after, but there was a strong smell of gas.I called and was told to come over. However, I was told that removing the fuel pump may have left some smell residual, and after 2-3 days the smell would be gone. Called and was told the car would be detailed at the time of my convenience. When I called to bring the car over, I was told the detailing department had been furlough a few months ago. Almost three weeks after the smell still lingered, I had to call and request to talk to a supervisor.

Finally, I got to talk the service manager who efficiently ensured whatever needed to be done got done.

Got myself a flat tire in the middle of the freeway and had to come home late at night with an inconsolable baby in the back seat. Tire was wasted by the time we got home so had to be towed to the nearest dealership which happened to be this one. Turned out they couldn't find our car keys at the end of it and we returned without our car. But the manager, Jacki was super kind and amazingly sweet and considerate. She had our car delivered to our garage the next day and even got our front tires replaced for free. I was beyond impressed by her efforts to make up for the inconvenience and would highly recommend this Honda service center for they really take care of their clients and ensure their satisfaction!

Well, I spent 3 hours here for a basic service, oil change and tire rotation on my Odyssey. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. After 3 hours I see my car sitting outside but nobody told me if it was ready. Finally somebody let me know the adviser never started the paperwork and my car was never worked on. So, I wasted 3 hours of my day and drove away with a car that still needs to be serviced.

8/13 Update: I've called Amanda Holmes... left a message... no return call. Thanks but I'll be going elsewhere.
