I want to thank personally Davonta Smith for taking the phone call and putting his magic touch on this deal, Ryan Fitzgerald from sales and Beth from finance for working numbers and making this sale possible. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and have great customer service. I was inside out and upside down from my credit to two trade ins. I traded in two 2011 vehicles and walked out with a 2019 Hyundai Sonata with only 14 miles on it. God is good. I will definitely be returning and will refer friends and family to Davonta Smith who are in the market for a vehicle whether it's used or new.

I thought the SUV I was buying was gonna be a certain payment, well i had my car delivered to me and the salesman brought the paperwork with him, and he did not explain any of the paperwork and he still told me my payment was gonna be under 500 a month. Well a week went by and I did not see any paperwork my copies, I called numerous times left many messages still no call back, well then 2 weeks ago Larry my salesman gets the finance lady involved I tell her why is my payment 527.88 a month and nothing crickets she said I will get back to you well that was a week and a half ago and still no copies of the paperwork wow just wow I guess they tell there customers one price just so you will buy the car and when you get your first payment in the mail SURPRISE PLEASE BEND OVER NOW. .... NEVER AGAIN

I dread coming in here. I've never had a good experience at this dealership. The waiting time is exceptionally long. I can never have two things planned out on the day of coming in here because it takes a whole day. The managment needs to look into their choice of staff and employ people who are efficient, customer service friendly and work fast. Takes hours to get something as simple as a light change or car check done. The other time I had to wait almost 4 hours before I got a shuttle to leave and my car still ended up staying there all day. The staff at the parts and service department are rude, cold and unwelcoming. I honestly would never come in here if I didn't have to.
Stanley Fyall and the team at Pohanka Hyundai provided this 68 year old first time car buyer with a wonderful experience and a terrific car. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and professional. car wash needs to do something with the water they use. my car was spotless when I came in but when they washed it there was dirty water spots all over the car.

Called ahead to get a key made. Was told one in stock, said what time I would arrive with all the proper documentation to purchase key. When we arrived the parts person had no knowledge of prior conversation, so had to start from the beginning. Very poor communication between employees, also lack of customer service ie; look at whom you are doing business with, smile try to convey you like your job.
Very prompt, courteous and professional. Service advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanics do a great job. My car always runs smoother after it gets work done at Pohanka. Highly recommend them for all you car needs.

Even if Hyundai was not my first choice for my next auto purchase I most likely would buy one from the dealership he works at because of his attitude, professionalism and people skills. First time coming to Pohanka. Usually took my Hyundai tuscon to the dealer where I bought it for service..but since moving to Delaware...it is a little far to take it to Jones Junction in Harford county, Maryland. Very professional and did most of all that was needed to be done on my car..except I still have the clicking noise that they said was very faint. Even tho faint..it is still there...so it has to be coming from something.
Awesome place to get a car... They make sure the deal gets done.. even with not so good credit scores.. it took all day.. but I love my car and everyone is so nice and helpful there... Very down-to-earth atmosphere but professional

Hoo boy! They saved us when we had a malfunction with our Tiguan and couldn't get the gas cap open. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge us anything.

The Service Department was amazing! I dealt directly with Samantha, the service manager, in repairing my son s vehicle. Her and her team (Carly) were so professional and really tried hard to help us receive the necessary repairs that was most cost effective. I did not feel at any point they were just trying to take advantage of a difficult situation. Called and was told that I could get my car looked at no charge due to a recall that might have impacted the problem I now have. Got there and was told I have to pay $80 just to get the car looked at! Always have problems everytime I go there!

Complete joke and waste of time. Came to change my manual transmission oil (as it was hard to find the manufacturer oil at a local shop) and I went home with the ENGINE OIL changed. Unbelievable! On top of that, the most amazing thing is that in the exact same day I changed the engine oil at a local Walmart and put Highmileage oil in it. Therefore, I had the the sticker on the windshield that said exactly the date and when is the next oil change due. That should have been a major hint for the mechanic that worked on the car (apparently it was not - he just took it off with no additional questions and put the Pohanka sticker after he changed the ENGINE oil). The service agent that helped me said it was a misunderstanding and thought I needed an engine oil - when, in fact, exactly when I handed him the keys I told him I specifically need a manual transmission oil change as the stick shift doesn t shift well. And again, after he handed me the papers at the end, I asked him again this is the transmission fluid that was changed, right? (As I already spotted on the receipt 5W-20 - which is the engine oil type) and he responded looking in my eyes yes, of course . Obviously, I did not trust him 100%, as I already saw what it was on the receipt (the oil type) and went to the car where I spotted their stupid mistake. So, in conclusion, I lost a special HighMileage Oil that was in the engine (refilled in the exact same day), got some basic conventional oil instead and lost one hour of my life for NOTHING. Just to hear that it was a misunderstanding . I got my refund back, but will I ever go back to them? Clearly NO, it was the 1st and last time I will ever go in their dealership service. Waste of time! Too bad I can t rate 0 stars.
After the Toyota dealership gave me the run around I went across the street and my salesman George Taylor made it happen with a way better car at a way better price .
Every time I get my car serviced at Pohanka I receive exceptional services from the whole team. My car is always returned to me in a timely fashion with everything I need done and my car is clean and ready for the road.

I had to get a new engine as a result of a manufacturer's defect. I called pohanka had my car towed. There was never a time when I didn't know what was going on with my car. They were friendly they took the time to answer all of my questions . They sent a shuttle to pick me up from work and set me up with a nice rental car so I can get back-and-forth to work. Over all it was an excellent Experience thank you so much for great customer service.

Excellent customer service in the repair shop. They quickly provided an estimate, and will fix our major repairs on the same day. While we waited they had the a shuttle that quickly brought us to where we wanted to go. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Vaughn Willenberger is a great salesman - he has sold us two vehicles at Pohanka Hyundai in Salisbury, and will likely sell us many more. He is patient, he knows the product (which is actually a rarity in the car business these days), and he is always courteous and friendly. Both of our deals were complicated (trade-ins, financing/leasing, tax credits, etc), but he put it all together. My dad says Vaughn is always there when you need him!
