Phylicia did a great job following up and setting up cars I was interested in buying. The salesperson, John, showed me some models I hadn't considered. A few "car sales person" tactics were tried to push me to decide, but not too obnoxious. A few times I was concerned about how carefully they were following guidelines for keeping customers and themselves safe. Pulling down facemask to talk, rubbing nose with gloved hand, pulling mask back up and reaching into car with that hand and a few other subconscious actions were disconcerting. Sticky substance on steering wheel and dust that indicated the car had not been thoroughly cleaned. Overall a good experience. Several cars I would consider buying if the price is right.

I unfortunately tried another dealership that just acted like they didn't want to help, put forth no effort and just didn't care but then I found Nase The Magic man at Pohanka...he is AMAZING! I called, made an appointment and I was in and rolling out in my Brand new car in 2 hrs!!! He really cares about his customers and he will make sure you leave with the car that you can afford. Go ahead, call and make an appointment, let him give you that red carpet treatment. Tell him I sent you.

Horrible experience! I had my rear brakes worked on, at their suggestion. We left for vacation and while on the Cross Bronx Expressway my driver side rear brake essentially fell apart. I was pulling a camper, had 3 children in the back and I lost brakes! We were stranded on the Expressway for several hours until help finally arrived. We came to find out latee that Pohanka didn't secure the caliper correctly so it came off and ripped my brake line apart! No brake fluid, no brakes! Luckily we weren't killed and didn't kill anyone else!

The best car buying experience. The entire staff treated us to 5 star treatment and cared about our individuals needs and exceeded our expectations in the finance department. We will never shop at another dealership, Megan and Dan were so helpful with their expertise and George was honest, knowledgeable and patient with us to meet our needs in the right car. Mariah was so thoughtful while finalizing for our daughter and went well beyond with George to make our experience one our daughter will never forget. I called it Blue Bell, it felt like a small town with kindness and thoughtfulness.

I've been here a few times for an oil change or key programming, and service is average with average wait times. My most recent visit was disappointing. I needed O2 sensors and two coils replaced. The coils required more labor because some manifold needed to be removed to access them. I was willing to pay the cost to have this done quickly. I mentioned having my spark plugs replaced as well but declined when I heard the cost was $500. I asked why the labor costs were so high, when I had already been charged for the same manifold removal. In other words, if you already took it off, why are you double charging me for something that is already done? The answer I got was that this is how Toyota bills it.
Like I said, I declined the service but they did it anyway. I complained to the service rep and he claims the manager said they could keep my car an additional day to remove the spark plugs and not charge me. This was my only option, other than just paying the bill. The manager never came out to speak to me directly which was more than disappointing and less than professional. I paid because, well, it's already done anyways and I needed my car right away. I feel swindled. Even more than past experiences with other dealerships.
I only recommend dealerships for fast work and a loaner car. Two stars because my car was ready the next day before noon. As far as fairness and pricing, this place is just as bad as the rest.

Quite frustrated about a recent experience at this place. We bought our car here a year ago and had wonderful service then. However, I went back because we were having issues with our air conditioning, and it felt like the transmission was slipping. We were still under warranty, however they made us pay a "refundable deposit" of $145 to get the air condition checked for leaks. The air condition apparently did not have leaks, so we didn't get our money back. After driving it down there a few times to figure out the leaks (we live an hour away), we finally got them to give us a loaner and keep the car for a few days to check out these issues. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday, and was given a TINY loaner for the next "few days." They assured me they would get to work immediately and not to bother calling because they would call me when they had any answers. By Sunday, my husband thought we should call them to make sure they were working on the car (we were hoping we hadn't heard anything because they were fixing our issues.) We called them on Monday, and turns out they hadn't even TOUCHED the car yet. Apparently there was a miscommunication. Meanwhile, I'm driving around this tiny loaner with a 4 year old and infant and can hardly fit my stroller in it. I called several times and was assured they would quickly look into everything and get back to us. I didn't get a call for another day. They were calling my husbands old number even though I updated them and told them to call me 2 days in a row. Finally, the manager "Dale" took over and though he was nice, he assured us there were no issues with our car and told us to come test drive it with him so we could point out the issues. This was now the following Friday ( I now had the tiny loaner for 11 days!!) My husband went down to test drive with him, and Dale was not able to replicate any of our issues. Despite all of this, I didn't even get the "refundable" $145 back for the air conditioning. The cherry on top of having our car there for 11 days was that when we got it back, it wasn't even vacuumed or washed, and it was completely on empty from them driving it to find the issue. I thought the LEAST they could do for their mixup was to clean the car. I am very disappointed at this level of service. You would think if you pay $26,000 in cash for a car, you would be treated better than this.

My wife just bought a car here. Kind of a strange layout with a diverse, unique group of people running around the place. If you were to visit them for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and deal with a gentleman named Keith Moorer. Car dealers get a negative rapport from word go... Keith is a good guy, who tells it to you straight.

Very nice people! Went in for an oil change, said it could be an hour but we were out in 40 minutes. Bill was exactly what we were told on the phone, no surprises. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they didn't apply our coupon we gave when we first strived and we didn't catch it before leaving. So paid full price. But service and staff were great! Good waiting room with hot chocolate for the kids.

Slowest service ever! I was there almost 6 hours. After 5 hours, they said my car was ready. I saw on the service ticket recall hadn't been done. That was the whole purpose of going. They had to pull it back in the bay. Interior light that they said, they fixed. NOT! It was a big waste of time for me. I could of gotten alignment and oil change done somewhere else faster.
They're slow in doing oil changes other than that customer service is superb.
Gave my newly 21yr old without any credit a car, believe me I was very happy with their service.

Horrible service. I attempted to have my vehicle services due to an airbag recall and the woman who answered yelled at me that I did not have my VIN number memorized and hung up when I ask for a minute to retrieve it.
We were going to look at new minivans when we brought the car in for service. No way will we ever buy from Pohanka now.

Good selection of vehicles, prices for new vehicles are "okay". Service prices are a little high but, the quality of service personnel & the great service of service writers is outstanding.
They started as very courteous. Apologetic due to the part for our vehicle on backorder. Once the part arrive that is when things went badly. The fuel pump was not put in correctly which caused fuel to leak onto the fuel pump housing where the electrical connector sits. So the connector was sitting in fuel which could have resulted in a fire/explosion when the vehicle was operating. My son operates the vehicle and he takes it to school. I am at a loss for words on how poorly we were treated we this dealership trying to make things right. which they never did. They offered a free tank of gas. Ironic.
7/2/20 So the dealership replied to my review to email them and i sent them my letter to MBUSA. I also disputed the charges with my bank. This was their reply:
I made some calls and found that this matter was investigated thru your credit card company as well as Mercedes- Benz and has been officially closed. Have a great day! - i actually laughed out loud with the lack of courtesy!
Clearly i am still upset that they returned a vehicle to my son that could have caught fire or exploded due to their workmanship. The funny part is Carlos said they had their best tech on the vehicle. i'd hate to see what their worst tech would do.
Just recently paid off my 2016 Honda Pilot. Woo! David Carpenter was a huge help on assisting with the purchase.
I had a non licensed driver t-bone my Ridgeline ( that I also purchased from this location , and with David Carpenter s help) I was in desperate need of a vehicle but could not make it out.
So David sent photos , and videos explaining the features as if I was there with him,and he going over the vehicle and what it had to offer.
He called me numerous of times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted . Purchasing the vehicle only took minutes and went so smoothly.
It was even delivered to my door without me stepping foot into the dealership.

After working all day. I was tired,a little dirty and probably smelled the same way. I had money to burn and was ready for a new car. I walked in and this place was shiny..lit up like Las Vegas. I new I was in the right place. Unfortunately the salesperson did not think the same way.
I was treated like a second class citizen. There was zero effort in making a sale . I was walked out in less than twenty minutes without even being shown a single vehicle. But they did give me a bottle of water for my time. I did get the brand spanking new car the following day...just not from this establishment.
