Called ahead to get a key made. Was told one in stock, said what time I would arrive with all the proper documentation to purchase key.
When we arrived the parts person had no knowledge of prior conversation, so had to start from the beginning. Very poor communication between employees, also lack of customer service ie; look at whom you are doing business with, smile try to convey you like your job.
