He cares about what s important to me and making that work. His attention to the customer s needs and focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for his clients is most important. His follow up to ensure he delivered on his promises is beyond what you would expect from a transactional perspective. I inquired online about a vehicle, and Rachel called me right away. She answered all my questions and took care of pre-approval immediately. She even sent me some photos of the vehicle and had it scheduled for cleaning the day I arranged to come in for a test drive. When I arrived, she had it pulled up out front, along with several other vehicles that fit the profile of what I was looking for. All this intuitive, thinking-ahead work she did with no prompting, but even so I never felt pressured or rushed. Fantastic salesperson.

I loved working with Rachel and Dimitri! They were helpful and worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted!

However, their post customer service is lacking. I called about getting some paint because it was peeling. To date, nothing yet. I called about a license plate holder. To date, nothing yet. When I called yesterday to see what was going on with those items, Rachel responded that she would text me back. No text or phone call. I had to call her and when I requested if she could see how long it would take, she said she was super busy and that she guesses she could ask service. I m sorry, maybe my purchase wasn t big enough to warrant post customer service.

We had an excellent experience buying our car at Pohanka Mercedes of Salisbury! We first met Phil Lewis next store at Pohanka Honda, and test drove a car there. But also wanted to check out a used Mercedes Benz next store. He walked us over and introduced us to Rachel Chatterton. She was knowledgeable, professional and made the transition very easy! Made a service appointment for a recall fix for my ML350. Spoke to the Service Cashier when making the appointment. Clearly stated I needed a loaner. When I get there, I was told no loaner was available. It was the Service Cashier's lack of professionalism and attitude that is the reason I will never go back to this dealer ever again. She had the nerve to say she told me there were no loaners for that day when she spoke to me on the phone. This was a complete lie that I chose not to respond. I have been to 3 other dealerships in MD and VA and have received fantastic customer service. There is a way to say things and treat a customer even when a mistake is made that keeps them coming back to the dealership. I strongly suggest replacing this employee with one that is trained on how to treat a customer.

Demetrius and Rachel were fantastic in the entire process of getting me into the car that I ve been wanting for so long. Unbelievable customer service and they were so kind and professional. Her manager, Demetrius was also very helpful and my overall experience was a really good one, especially as car buying goes. I've owned many Mercedes over the years and this is by far the worst service department I've ever dealt with. When you take your car in for a problem it could take a week or two to get it back.
Update, after speaking with the service manager Carlos I am going to add to my review. He called and told me he will make things right and do what he can for me, That meant a lot to me. Being a business owner myself customer service should be number 1. How you treat and speak with your clients is so important.

Best vehicle buying experience I ever had true professional!

I bought a Mini Cooper from them a year ago with a clean Carfax. I seen a small inperfection in the clear coat on the hood...no big deal... today I wanted to start to restripe it and found out half the hood had been repainted...so I guess the car had some previous body damage, now looking to have to have it done right. I wouldn't expect this from a dealership that sells Mercedes. Please avoid them for pre-owned, the truth is only what they want you to know.

In case you didn't know, MB of Salisbury is a great dealership for performance enthusiasts! I just traded my AMG E63s for a new AMG car... because they have great AMG inventory. Whenever I'm in for service, I always check out the new car showroom. They seem to intentionally take a little risk and stock cool models and color combinations. Yes, you can get white/black/silver, but when I picked up my Selenite Gray AMG, they also had blue, green, red and cars with AMG performance or/and night packages. I found both Jose (sales) and Richard (sale manager) to really know their high performance models, and the deal we struck to be fair for both sides. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a certified pre-owned AMG C63s from Pohanka Mercedes of Salisbury. The sales, finance and service staff could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure the car was perfect and that I was and continue to be happy with the purchase. I would not hesitate to shop there again or recommend them to others.

When it was time for me to purchase a new car, I was simply not getting the service I felt I deserved from my local dealer in NJ. All of this took less than 20 minutes and literally saved me from having to drive 500 miles and waste an entire weekend.

George Merritt listened to what I needed in a car for my family and where I was financially, under-water on a piece of crap Acura that Price Acura would not honor the warranty for. He put us in a leased Toyota Highlander because that is what we needed and not necessarily what he needed to sell. I will alway go to George because of his honesty and integrity.

Honestly, it s like sitting down with a family member who sincerely cares about your purchase and you as a person. He goes well beyond to respond to any concern and follows up after the purchase in a timely manner. We have a well- known Mercedes dealer in Delaware closer to us where we have purchased prior to Pohanka, but service & customer attention doesn t match. I remember a few years ago when I drove there in my beat up 20 year old car. I had never bought a car before and was nervous about it. I went to the dealer across the street first and he almost sent me out of there crying so I was really hesitant, but I couldn't deal with my car nickle and diming me anymore so I decided to give this place a try.

My day old Mercedes died in my drive, I called and called the dealership, no one ever answers a phone, I guess once they have your money they dont need to talk to you.
