Quite frustrated about a recent experience at this...

Quite frustrated about a recent experience at this place. We bought our car here a year ago and had wonderful service then. However, I went back because we were having issues with our air conditioning, and it felt like the transmission was slipping. We were still under warranty, however they made us pay a "refundable deposit" of $145 to get the air condition checked for leaks. The air condition apparently did not have leaks, so we didn't get our money back. After driving it down there a few times to figure out the leaks (we live an hour away), we finally got them to give us a loaner and keep the car for a few days to check out these issues. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday, and was given a TINY loaner for the next "few days." They assured me they would get to work immediately and not to bother calling because they would call me when they had any answers. By Sunday, my husband thought we should call them to make sure they were working on the car (we were hoping we hadn't heard anything because they were fixing our issues.) We called them on Monday, and turns out they hadn't even TOUCHED the car yet. Apparently there was a miscommunication. Meanwhile, I'm driving around this tiny loaner with a 4 year old and infant and can hardly fit my stroller in it. I called several times and was assured they would quickly look into everything and get back to us. I didn't get a call for another day. They were calling my husbands old number even though I updated them and told them to call me 2 days in a row. Finally, the manager "Dale" took over and though he was nice, he assured us there were no issues with our car and told us to come test drive it with him so we could point out the issues. This was now the following Friday ( I now had the tiny loaner for 11 days!!) My husband went down to test drive with him, and Dale was not able to replicate any of our issues. Despite all of this, I didn't even get the "refundable" $145 back for the air conditioning. The cherry on top of having our car there for 11 days was that when we got it back, it wasn't even vacuumed or washed, and it was completely on empty from them driving it to find the issue. I thought the LEAST they could do for their mixup was to clean the car. I am very disappointed at this level of service. You would think if you pay $26,000 in cash for a car, you would be treated better than this.
