Today i brought my vehicle plaza toyota and the service was great with Jimmy great service
I was planning to purchase a car. One of my colleagues recommended Toyota RAV4 from Plaza Toyota. So I visited the website and was amazed by the offer. I called them immediately and booked an appointment for a car test drive for the next day. When I drove the RAV4 it felt amazing and I decided to buy the same. However, I had some financial limitations but the professionals instantly told me about finance options. So I agreed and the professionals did all the paperwork. Finally, I got my own Toyota RAV4. Super happy with the car, its price, and the customer handling of Plaza Toyota.

I wish I would have read the reviews before entering this dealership with my family. The sales rep was nice the first time we meet, not the best customer service but he was nice. The second time we went he seemed a little rude he didn't speak to us much just took out some forms and began filling them out. Once my father began asking him questions he seemed upset did not even care about the question, he kept interrupting my father as he spoke and quickly got upset and walked away from us. He came back with his Manager, his manager was extremely rude and demanding. We did not feel comfortable as new customers, which is why we left. I do not recommend this place to anyone, the customer service is the worst I have ever expirienced at a car dealership, the sales rep was not honest with us and did not care about about our questions he just wanted to make a sale. Thank you plaza Toyota for this horrible experience now I can warm my friends and family about your customer service !

July 21st, 2015 @ 5:50 pm I called for parts I was told to hold and was transferred to another extension..After ringing for a while, the staff picked up and hanged up...Poor customer service. Two calls made..Same results.
The associate told me I need to wait 1-2 hours to have servicing done. But eventually it took 4 hours. Had to cancel my work. It was very bad. Wish he told me in advance.
First time buying a car so I was a bit nervous but Kaylee immediately put me at ease with her down to earth personality. She didn't pressure me I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, the process was surprisingly fast and easy. I got approved everything was all set whithin 2 hours and my car was ready for pickup the next day. Keep up the good work Kaylee your awsome!!
My attendant was knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested me to change the cabin filter and after some googling I found it right. I accept his suggestion.

Mike answered all questions concerning the repair of my car. He took the time to explain all repairs and correct my misunderstanding on some things. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process. And let me not forget the jitney driver, he did a great job in getting me to the train I needed to get home.

Plaza service center. I was there for oil change.If they say it may take up to one hour, do not BELIEVE them at least two hours. Very slow service.
The Camry I bought despite being pre-owned has been in amazing condition and the interiors are incredibly nice. The place is a must visit if you are wanting to get a lot of choices in terms of cars.

Terrible terrible terrible my biggest mistake was buying the car from here and then the service department like nobody gives a damn including manager! Said they gonna call me to tell me what have to be done in maintenance when i took a appointment and was waiting for hours already and then they have nobody to work on hybrid cars except mornings which was there excuse so i had to go and never got a call back from them next day and i tried to reach them so many times on phone but nothing and the manger who i met a week ago who said i will call you tomorrow and give you an estimate has not been working there anymore said the lady on phone ! Wao what a waste of time but Save yours people !
Jimmy Michel handled my service transaction with top notch customer service! He explained everything I needed to service my car and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which gave me confidence that my car service needs would be taken care of.
Simple problem took 1 week to fix and they were keep trying to sell me a new car and take mine. When I told them I am not looking for a deal after a week, the same day and told me that car is ready to pick up. Before I complained they were asking another week because the parts were missing.
I took my car and paid premium. Same problem occurred next day again, toyata place a paper on my car it says free toll, so I called them. Toll service said they dont do free service but toyota can reimbursement my payment after I pay. I did that. After problem being fixed, I asked for reimbursement, they asked my receipt. I gave to manager and manager told me he will take care of it. Toyota called me my car is ready to pick up. I went there to see the manager they told me he quit his job a new manager came. I explained my situation to a new manager and he said he will take care of it. I did not keep my original receipt so they were keep asking me where is the receipt, I keep telling them I gave it to the manager. Somehow my RECEIPT dissapeared. They fix my car one more time, they replace the second hand battery that they installed for the brand new price. I dont like writing reviews other than good things but this Toyota dealer place made me crazy.

Never less then a 2 hour rate even with an appointment for a simple oil change . Staff has attitude and doesn't make your wait any more pleasant . I would give zero stars if that were an option. When i went to them to buy out my lease they fraudulently added money to my new finance. Total SCAM
Absolute worse place to buy a car with a credit score of 700 they sold me a Toyota Camry SE for $43000 dollars that's 40% over msrp (MSRP IS $23000) such scammers beware don't buy your car here, you have been warned buy anywhere else their service department sucks even more, half a day for an oil change I am definitely not gonna buy my second car here.
For quite a long I didn t get the batteries of the car changed due to a busy schedule. A week ago, I searched on the internet and came across Plaza Toyota. I called on the numbers that were given on the website for inquiry. I pretty much liked the way they addressed my query in detail on the phone call. So I hired them for new car batteries. Now my car is runny smooth with the new battery and I must say that these guys are well experienced and knowledgeable.
Great experience at Plaza totoyota! Jimmy is the best! He always is there to help my out right when I come. If I can rate this place it would be more than 5 stars!

Absolutely furious! I have a collectors car listed for sale on KBB and was contacted by several people from Plaza Toyota via email and multiple phone calls. All saying similar things, I was told that a sales manager named Oscar was extremely interested in my car, they understood the value of it and they wanted to overpay by nearly double the rate I was given by Kelly Blue Book.
I told the person on the phone (a man named Eddie) that it would be a long journey for me to get out to the dealership, I wasn t happy with the rate I was given by KBB and I wasn t looking to waste my time or theirs. Eddie assured me that not only was my car going to be bought, he went as far as giving me the amount I could expect and told me a check would be cut to me that day. So I made the appointment to bring my car in for appraisal.
After a two hour drive, I arrived and was told that not only was no one actually interested in buying the car, but the person I spoke to was a third party calling service that Plaza Toyota employs. They came back with an obnoxiously low rate ($2,000 LESS THAN Kelly Blue Book!) Oscar from Plaza Toyota told me they have nothing to do with what this call center says to people to drag them into the dealership. I find that to be completely unacceptable!! Plaza Toyota needs to take accountability for this calling service that THEY EMPLOY!!! As far as I m concerned. I wasted close to $80 in tolls and an entire Sunday afternoon to have been lied to.
This is not only false advertising, but an absolutely horrible business practice. I am disgusted at the way this was handled. Stay far away from this place and beware of the scamming call center employed by them!!!

So I call about getting an oil change and I was given an appointment for 8:15pm. I get there at 8:00, pleas explain to me why I walk out after 10pm?
After the kids came along, my sedan was falling insufficient for taking them, my wife and our dog out. Also, since most of the time I am away at work, my wife had to wait for me to come home so that she could go anywhere with the car. I did not have a lot of budget but getting a new car was a necessity. I was at work when a colleague of mine suggested me to check this place out. I went there and I was so amazed to see not only new cars but also the previously owned cars at such a good pricing and condition and that too all at one place. After a lot of thought, my wife and I selected on a Toyota Highlander as it was big, came with a lot of space and could carry just everything, even the fold able strollers. The pricing was really good and did not put a dent on my budget. Now, while I am at work, I do not have to worry about anything as I know that my wife has her own big car and she uses it so much to drive the kids to park, doing the grocery runs, etc. And it all has been because of these guys. I will always be so much thankful to them.
I have spent thousands of dollars here on repairs and the work is good, but good luck actually getting anyone to communicate with you. There is a gatekeeping text process that doesn't work, and God forbid you try to double check or change an appointment you will be left in limbo.. They will NEVER call you - I'm going back to Queens.

I was under the impression the the service department was great, I even recommended it to my friends, NO MORE! at my last maintenance I don't know what they put instead of a normal windshield washer fluid as it frozen solid! It is 18F and I cant really drive my car without stopping and wiping the windshield myself, try doing it on a highway! Such a small thing but such a huge disappointment!

If someone from this dealership contacts you, because you have your car listed for sale, do not pay any attention. Someone from a third-party advertiser that Plaza Toyota employs, contacted me because I have my car listed for sale. The person said plaza Toyota wanted my car and would pay a very good price for it. After I traveled 2 hours to get to plaza Toyota, the car salesman told me that no one there wanted the car and apologized for dragging us all the way to the dealership. The owners of plaza Toyota should take responsibility for the advertisers that they are employing! I repeatedly asked the person who contacted me if he was sure that Plaza Toyota wanted my car and would pay a fair price. He blatantly lied and told me yes. That is false advertising and very bad business

6 hours later, and we finally were able to leave with our car. Come prepared to wait for a lifetime. Not all employees wearing masks. I d go somewhere else if I were you.
Our experience at Plaza Toyota was a very pleasant one. Our salesman, Dayne, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so helpful. He made the purchase go very smoothly. When we are looking for a car in the future, we will definitely return to this dealership and Dayne!
Brought my car in for a nation wide recall @ 9:30 & im watching the car for 1:00 & all they done is open the hood & I've asked the dealer to fix my tire & the service advisor told me it takes a long time to get a warranty for a tire ok write the old dot # down & take measurements on the tire & call the warranty company tell them whats the problem bubble in the side wall & while your waiting do the oil change or is it to hard to multi task & by that time your service advisor or parts manager can have an answer on the tire well you might have to order it & than my recall for the air bags that it's here for 3.5 hrs its supposed to take him
This place has terrible customer service. I ve been trying to contact them about the status of my vehicle service for over a week with no luck and I need my car VERY SOON. I will have to go there directly if I don t hear back from them by the end of the day. I need my car back.

Unprofessional. They gave car loan with 5.1% but my credit score 780. Next day I went to Bank of America and they give me car loan with 3.3%.

Jimmy/Jay the Ripper. I have been fooled once, but never twice. I decided to rewrite my review after seeing others be duped by this service agent. Last time I brought my car in he said I needed a new brake system, costing over $1000, and my other dealer said the brakes would last another 5 years at least. My car only has 40k on it and it's 5 years old. Before that he forced me to have a carbon build up cleaning for $700, otherwise he wouldn't pass the car for the NY State inspection. Like an idiot I paid, but never again will I fall or fail...Like 9-11 the new tower will stand forever. Sad part is I need my car fixed and I have to trust an outside dealer, since I'm not near Stokes Toyota in Hilton Head SC and that I will never use this service department even if you paid me. And I had the same induction carbon cleaning done for $150 at Stoked Toyota Hilton Head. Shame on you Jimmy!

Without any doubt, they have the best deals. I wanted to buy a new car but the budget was a bit tight so I decided to get a used vehicle and this is the company I came across. They really had some amazing deals and the best thing is that the car was in great condition.
I went to this dealer after reviewing the rating.it has four stars and good reviews but its not true.if I knew what I know now I will never go there.So i wouldn t have to deal with the racist MANAGER, Who will yell at u n threaten u to throw out of there store.When u go buy the car they will act very nice and simily but after u paid the deposit for the car and had problems and decided not to buy then..ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS will act like they don t know u.doesnt wanna help u.they will give u such a hard time.u have to go 4/5 time until they solve your problems.before they solve the problem they will yell at you and cursed (F)word and threaten you to throw you out of the store they r very rude n treat u like u r nobody .THE MANAGER is racist....THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..

When I search on the internet I found Plaza Toyota. I called on the given numbers and booked the service. These guys are amazing as they picked my car and did the service. This dealer has been calling me for a week interested in my car. I made an appointment with them for Thursday morning 01/30/20. That morning I called them and informed them I found my tires slashed so I won t be able to bring them the vehicle. They said it was actually not a problem and that I could BRING THEM PHOTOS of my vehicle as well as the VIN number and that should be sufficient enough. I asked them if I could just email them the photos and they said no because their email is incredibly busy due to some event they re having and they don t want to risk missing the email. Thursday, Friday and Saturday they ve been calling me and requesting I BRING PHOTOS of my car. So finally today, I have the time. I get on a bus for AN HOUR and 15 minutes and go alllllllllllll the way there. I show up and I m there for not even 5 minutes. I met with two men named Eric and Oscar. Oscar does the appraisals and proceeds to inform me that they don t do pictures. They wouldn t even look at them. I am baffled. What was the point of bothering me all week for this?? And then personally asking me to take time out of my day to bring you photos when your policy apparently states otherwise??? Three days in a row I am being BEGGED to bring PHOTOS. So there goes TWO AND HALF WHOLE HOURS OF MY DAY. I called the same number that has been bugging me all week and I have YET to hear back. This was an incredible waste of my time. I wouldn t recommend bothering with a company that has such low professionalism and little to no regard for people s time. This entire experience was bothersome, inconvenient, inconsiderate and incredibly unnecessary. I wish I could rate lower than one star because my god do they deserve it.
I called to schedule an appointment and the operator put me on hold, then hung up on me. Maybe it was an accident.
I call again, follow the same prompts to schedule an appointment. I hear the the ringing tone and was hung up on again, this time before anyone even picked up the call.

The salesman we met with was polite. For that, Plaza gets a 1 instead of a 0.
