Great customer service. Everyone is super helpful and greet you with a smile, but doesn't seem fake. They're quick and efficient. The manager, Robert is literally the nicest manager I've ever spoken to. I had a minor issue and I didn't have to fight and argue with him, he went the extra mile for me, more than u expected. He's a very pleasant man. Hope this company does well because they're customer service is superb

One of my friends took my car for a few days as he had some important work. When I got the car back, I realized that due to rash driving, it was not working smoothly. I had to take instant service. I was at the office, I searched on the internet and found Plaza Toyota. I booked the service and the professionals visited my office took the car keys, did servicing, and returned it to me. I am beyond amazed. These guys are awesome.

I got a Toyota Camry from them on the lease as I did not want to buy a car and I have got to say that I got a beautiful car. It is in very good condition and works great. Also, I got a very good deal when I was getting it so I will say that this is a really good place to get any kind of cars from.

RUN AWAY! They are awful. They lie. They don't ret...

RUN AWAY! They are awful. They lie. They don't return your car when they say they are going to do so. They don't return your calls when they say they are going to. They yell at you as a customer. They hang up on you. Not even sure they did the work they claimed to. And they overcharge. I'm confident you will find somewhere better to service your car, to get bodywork completed and to buy your next car. Don't even think about doing business here.

Marty and Jimmy were most helpful with coming up with a payment plan that met my needs. I would highly recommend anyone to do business with this dealership.

If you're buying from Plaza for the convenience of local service DON'T BUY because you can't get your car serviced. Buying experience was fine. They're good at taking your money but don't expect to have your car serviced. I tried for 4 days to get an appointment for my first 5,000 mile service and was given a tentative appointment only to receive a message the next day that only evening appointments were available. When I called for an evening appointment I was told that there weren't any available for the entire month and not for the foreseeable future! I've left several messages and 5 days later have yet to receive at least a courtesy call. Now I know why Toyota offers free 2 yr. service...you won't get any. I'm in sales that's not how you treat customers if you want future business. My first time leasing from Plaza and it's my last. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I'm through!!!

Will definitely suggest this place to everyone I know. I got an unbelievable deal on my car. The Toyota Camry SE that I selected has been something that I had been eyeing on for a long and the most amazing thing is that the interiors match with the exteriors, and it is in my favorite color black. There is nothing that I wish anymore!

I have worked for multiple dealerships and I know how things should work in a functional service department and this is not one. Something that shouldn't take more then 2 or 3 hours takes three days to get done. If the car wasn't under warranty it wouldn't be here now

This center is simply a deception of people, because they have never been able to solve my problems with my car normally and professionally. The last straw was the purchase of a side external glass from them, which, as it turned out, did not fit my car, and for which I paid $ 100. When I tried to return the mirror back after 2 hours, safe and sound, employees of the store of this service refused to accept it back from me, referring to the rules of the company. In this regard, I have a question for the leadership of this service? Why do you allow yourself such attitude towards customers? All Amercan shops have been practicing the rules for returning any purchased goods for a long time, and you just don't give a damn about both the customers and the state itself where you work! Maybe you have imagined yourself above any human and legal laws? Then your center needs to be renamed to Toyota mafia but not service! Personally, I will never use your services and your products again, and advise all normal people to do the same.

P.S. This is a response to the part manager Orlando: Your staff, even in this, is so unprofessional that they would not consider it necessary to inform me about the 20% to which I would definitely agree! And it proves once again your devil-may-care attitude to your customers! Your hypocrisy is even more disgusting because either you do not know what your staff is doing behind your back, or you just cover their lawlessness!)

I'd recommend the dealership to people because of the knowledge and courtesy of the Staff. Our salesman tried his best to get us into the 2020 Corolla LE we were wanting and succeeded with an acceptable price. The sales manager was very helpful in the negotiation process. This is my second Toyota from Plaza and will not be my last. Our salesman made sure were comfortable with everything and was never pushy. There's also a fantastic waiting area unlike any other. There's a cafe, private rooms with TV's as well as plenty of seating and TVs for waiting.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!
Visited the dealership for a new car and did a trade in, only for them to tell me 3 weeks later that the deal did not go through and to come pick my car back up. It s been 2 weeks later since I am trying to go get my car back and it s been a hassle and no one is assisting properly in getting my vehicle back! Or they are not even telling where and when to go get my car, just that it will be there today and tomorrow and when I do call to go pick it up, they redirect my call. The salesperson was a fast talker and definitely took advantage of first time people who lease. After my lease is through I would never ever go back to Toyota plaza on nostrand ave. I plan on taking legal actions again this specific dealership because they are involved with fraudulent and I was apart of it. If it was possible to give a 1/4 star I would definitely have them that.

I have been a Plaza customer over 20 years. Brought my car in yesterday for oil change & tire rotation. Got car back after paying & upon returning my car the valet gave me a piece of paper I thought an advertisement. When I got home I looked at paper which told me I had only 10% wear on tires.
Why no one told me before rotation of unsafe tires I do not understand since they could of made a $900 sale & a happy customer.
Upon calling my complaint in & asking for the $19.95 refund for rotation, I was told I have to bring my car back and they would re rotate my tires, & possibly give me a refund.
Would you every let people like Robert Brown the manager ever touch this car again?
Mr Brown has called me at a later date & made an adjustment & apology

The sales staff was patient, helpful, and informative in explaining and answering our questions and dealing with our concerns that helped us to make the final decision in purchasing our car. Adana was great to work with and was not the least bit pushy. One thing I would like to point out is that we were told by 2 other people there that our insurance would be cheaper on the Corolla than on the Highlander-wrong, it is not.

They the worst ever..... When I got my car there, they forced me to buy extra coverage to help me with the car maintenance after 25,000.00 miles, now that my car has 32,000.00 miles, I took it to them for brakes and shocks, I couldn't find an advisor to check on the coverage I had to see if it covers brakes and shocks... I got mad I left, I been calling them since last week to see if I can get an adviser who can check on the coverage for me, every time I call the operator takes my name and number to have a so call advisor call me back, it's been 3 weeks, I spoke to an operator 6 times and I am still here waiting for that advisor to call me back.... VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So I received a letter saying "Come on in. We would like to get you into a new vehicle with the same payment you have now and with a lower interest rate because our records show that according to your credit report you are paying way too much money for your current vehicle(which btw is very true) When I get there it's a WHOLE different story(as always is the case). They say that my payment will be almost $300 more than my current payment. I would also like to add that the sales team there are not the sharpest group of individuals on the planet. With that said stay away from this place.

I m very disappointed with this dealership. I recently purchase a brand new vehicle June 3and not even 10 days later it breaks down . So I brought the car back in hope of them helping me out. Because I put all my mom into it as a single parent. I needed this vehicle to travel for work. The service manger refused to help me and tell me I must replace new parts on a brand new 2020 Toyota, so I reached out to the general manager the owner the service manager and yet no real solution. I believe they sold me what u call a lemon. But to make matter worse they didn t even offer me a car, let alone trade my new car in. I m truly disappointed with the way they handled there business . If u ever have been in this situation I strongly suggest that u speak up

Thanks to mr Alexandr Grabovski I will never ever go to this place again. Totally unprofessional. Imagine this, you trying to do the lease buyout, and u wondering what's interest rate you should expect based on your credit score and history.
But then you gonna hear something like "I don't wanna check your rate unless I'm sure u gonna be working with us" or "I need u to promise me".., so after an hour running back and forth I just gave up on this guy since I knew I was already approved for the car loan from my bank. Do yourself a favor and GOOGLE the office you go and the person you have an appointment with. It will save you lots of time and will keep u out of stress.
Ps. I end up going to a dealership in a different borough. It took them 10 min to do all the stuff.

Horace, Robert and Amelia were a pleasure to work with during my recent visit. Horace was helpful from my initial phone calls inquiring about ordering my replacement tire to referring me to Robert when I came into the dealership. Robert took the initiative to assist me with my claim to have my tire replaced and provided me with all of my options so I was not blindsided. Amelia insured my experience on the day of my service went smoothly.

When they couldn't follow through with the original financing terms agreed on I decided to not go through with the purchase. It's been almost two months and I still can't get my deposit back and getting the run around so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company where the deposit was paid from

My sales rep was Joel Best. He's a very sweet guy. He was very easy to work with. I wanted a very specific car at a specific price and he got it form me. I had to wait for it to be brought from another dealership but he did everything as quickly as possible. He set me up with insurance and everything else as well. He even put the license plates on himself. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Joel. You are the Best !!!

My fiance and I wanted to get a car for ourselves each as it was getting difficult to use public transport every day to reach our work places and since we were on a budget, we were looking for some good deals. I was so happy to discover this place by chance as someone at work was talking about them and I decided to check them out. We both got a Yaris and Sienna and we could not be happier.
