This center is simply a deception of people, because they have never been able to solve my problems with my car normally and professionally. The last straw was the purchase of a side external glass from them, which, as it turned out, did not fit my car, and for which I paid $ 100. When I tried to return the mirror back after 2 hours, safe and sound, employees of the store of this service refused to accept it back from me, referring to the rules of the company. In this regard, I have a question for the leadership of this service? Why do you allow yourself such attitude towards customers? All Amercan shops have been practicing the rules for returning any purchased goods for a long time, and you just don't give a damn about both the customers and the state itself where you work! Maybe you have imagined yourself above any human and legal laws? Then your center needs to be renamed to Toyota mafia but not service! Personally, I will never use your services and your products again, and advise all normal people to do the same.

This is a response to the part manager Orlando: Your staff, even in this, is so unprofessional that they would not consider it necessary to inform me about the 20% to which I would definitely agree! And it proves once again your devil-may-care attitude to your customers!
