Simple problem took 1 week to fix and they were keep trying to sell me a new car and take mine. When I told them I am not looking for a deal after a week, the same day and told me that car is ready to pick up. Before I complained they were asking another week because the parts were missing.
I took my car and paid premium. Same problem occurred next day again, toyata place a paper on my car it says free toll, so I called them. Toll service said they dont do free service but toyota can reimbursement my payment after I pay. I did that. After problem being fixed, I asked for reimbursement, they asked my receipt. I gave to manager and manager told me he will take care of it. Toyota called me my car is ready to pick up. I went there to see the manager they told me he quit his job a new manager came. I explained my situation to a new manager and he said he will take care of it. I did not keep my original receipt so they were keep asking me where is the receipt, I keep telling them I gave it to the manager. Somehow my RECEIPT dissapeared. They fix my car one more time, they replace the second hand battery that they installed for the brand new price. I dont like writing reviews other than good things but this Toyota dealer place made me crazy.
