I have a long history of negative experiences at Plaza Toyota. What is shocking is why I continue to go there. Our relationship ends today.
I will summarize my experiences here

1. I dropped off my car with valet key and remote key. They returned it with only the valet key and claimed I never handed them the remote key. When I threatened to file a police report, the remote key was miraculously found

2. The mechanic took my car on a personal errand for a couple of hours on another visit

3. Last week the agent did not review the condition of my car before they took it in. I was not aware of the body damage that had been done on the passenger side the night before, so I assumed it was done by Toyota. Had the agent performed the walk around, I would have been made aware of the damage and we would have both avoided hours of aggravation in reviewing the security video tape

4. Today, I brought my daughter's car in for a recall. I was told it would take two hours for that , a windshield wiper repair, and an oil change. After almost three hours, I was told they had to order the wiper arm. I was already aggravated by the long wait and said to just do the oil change. They were going to charge me $130 for a diagnostic fee. After arguing (loudly) the manager agreed that there was nothing diagnostic about seeing that the car needed a wiper arm and eliminated that charge.

Dwayne was a very helpful salesrep, he assisted us greatly jumped around to see that we were comfortable guided us through the process to ensured we picked the best vehicle to meet our needs, he was very persuasive sales rep, I think he's a good asset to Toyota and I would recommend to others

I would like to thank the Plaza Toyota team of Manal, my Sales Person, Jamal, the Finance Manager, and Adrian, the Delivery Manager for the excellent service they provided for my car purchase. They worked well as a team to make the process flow smooth. They were informative and answered all my questions. A special thanks to Manal for being patient when I was impatient. I would recommend Plaza Toyota to anyone looking for great service.

The first week of May I was contacted by a sales representative by the name of Richard Chounoune because I was interested in two cars so we went and set an appointment up for the 8th of May. I got there around 11AM and I was directed to a different sales representative by the name of James now he was nice and very polite but extremely clueless about what he was doing.I never met with the original representative I spoke with on the phone. But go figure, the two cars I was interested in online were BOTH "sold" the day before. He showed me a different car of course double the price from the one I wanted. Finally when I picked the one I wanted I was introduced into one of the men from the finance department by the name of Chip he told me it would be a little while longer to contact the bank. Let me mind you it was 2PM they knew I had to leave to pick my son up so they specified that they would call me.

3 hours had past and I made the attempt and called Chip and got no answer. So I called James and he said he would call me right back...3 more hours later and no phone call. So I went the their actual website and wrote a complaint. The next day I got a phone call from another representative trying to get me to come to their dealership to take a look at the cars that they supposedly sold when I went just the day before. I clearly stated to him that my email wasn't an inquiry more like a complaint. He reread it and said "Oh I should've read it correctly and told me that he would have this addressed immediately and he would call me write back". Two days later and NO PHONE CALL. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE NOR WOULD I TELL PEOPLE TO COME. They are very unprofessional and very inconsistent.

My sales rep was Chris White. I read the great reviews online about Chris and this is what swayed my decision to shop at Plaza Auto. The online reviews were on point. Chris was a professional from the onset. He is very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, articulate, has a great command of the subject matter, respectful, patient and honest. Chris answered all my questions honestly which simplified the decision making process. He assisted me with getting insurance, installing the license plates and set up radio system. Overall the experience was great. Chris White is a great asset to this organization. I would be remiss if I didn t extend my gratitude to Sales Manager, Sean Robinson. He was courteous, professional and along with Chris are one the main reasons why I chose to purchase a vehicle on my first visit. Both of these employees are a part of a winning team that I believe should be acknowledge and duly compensated by management. Way to go guys!!

Steve was very polite and helpful in the model selection. He did not pressure but showed willingness to answer questions and research the one he did not have an answer. He made time commitments and lived up to them. A reputable person that made sure the customer was properly treated.

Great dealer and great workers...professional, friendly, and they gave the best price out of three dealers on the first interaction....a no games kind of dealer. The dealership had a ton of customers each time I went in (I can see why) yet I didn't have a long wait. I would highly recommend this dealer. It wasn't the dealership closest to my home, but it was worth the drive.

Too long to write but here is the just of it, manager for new vehicles was rude, manager for used was not willing to work with us and was dismissive. The only nice thing was our sales guy, Cliven who was very cooperative. While waiting a customer came over screaming and very upset about the way he had been treated. Not a good thing to see when you want to buy a vehicle. Needless to say I wont buy nor I would recommend for anyone.

Recently i bought new 2019 Toyota raf4. Raja Khan was assisting me through the whole process: intro to the new car, trade in info and fair price on my trade in car, discounts, finance and etc. The process was very smooth and fast. Raja was able to provide better deal than other dealers.

Horrible experience. I called and gave a stock number and was able to work out a deal with management through the phone. When we got there, they tried to show us a different car with a lower package and I was told the car they gave me was for that (wrong) car. They also said the car I wanted wouldn t be there for a month or two. I told them I drove all the way to Brooklyn bc of that deal and they tried to blame the lady that helped me and said she can t see all of the information. They did she can only see the vin numbers and not the stock numbers so she priced out the wrong car. I said I only gave the stock number over the phone and they said that the lady must have relayed the information wrong. Its odd that the person helping me can t see the stock number since I m able to see that stock number publicly on their website. So they lied. Don t waste your time. Also their ceilings have substantial water damage. They clearly don t upkeep the location so I highly doubt they do a much better job with the cars on their lot.

I'm not one to really leave reviews for places but...

I'm not one to really leave reviews for places but in this case I felt, that I had to.... I went to the Parts dept at Plaza Toyota looking for a specific part I was always told stay away from Plaza since they have the worst customer service!! I went in looking for a set of brake pads.... as soon as I walked in I received the worst attitude from an older gentleman about not having my VIN# .... of course in the back of mind I thought why did I bother coming here!!! As the older gentleman was yelling at me, immediately Alex saw this came over and he apologized for the situation and told the other guy he would take care of me... Alex just asked me a few simple about my car and guess what he gave me brake pads!! Which is all I wanted ..... Because of Alex I will definitely return to toyota Parts dept at Plaza... Guy like Alex are hard to come by!! So If you are going to buy parts at Plaza Toyota ask for Alex...and to whoever owns/runs/operates Plaza Toyota ....Alex deserves a pat on his back for a great job and just doing basically doing his Job the Professional Right way!!!

Mr. Richards was very helpful, polite, informative and just a pleasant individual to deal with. He explained all the features on the van and showed how versatile it was. His manager was helpful also because we originally intended to buy but ended up leasing a van at a great rate.

This is an honest review. Please anyone reading this stay away from this dealership. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a new toyota 2020. Without my permission Mir ( their worker) added some kind of maintenance plan to my contract ( worth $1500) even though I was very clear that I did not want ANYTHING. Week later when I went to ask about this issue he says they covered it with rebate. What?? a rebate? rebates come from the manufacturer not the dealership. He denied this fact about rebate. He did not help me with this issue. I know this $1500 money went to their pocket. I should have gotten my rebate in cash or check. I will not leave this. this is not fair.

I wanted information about leasing a car and talked to 2 sales people. The first woman told me I had to know what kind of car I wanted because she couldn't show me more than the 8 cars they had on the floor. The second guy gave me a quote but when I tried to leave saying I was going to think it over and look around more, he became very pushy and aggressive berating for wanting to look around saying there was no point. An extremely unpleasant experience.

If I could give this dealer 0 or less I will liars and scumbags everything they tell you about your contract is a lie do not believe their words and promises and if you ever buy anything from this make sure you have a lawyer next to you or at least someone that has some knowledge about cars

RUN away from their service department I have a Toyota sinna 2014 I came to fix it on 3/21/2019 they checked my car and told me it will take $2500 to fix it I gave tham the job, they said it will be finished the next day 100% a person name kelly took my paper work I was calling her the next day about 5 times she didn t call back I came to the service department they told me she was off and nothing was done on the car and nobody called.the car been their for 4 days so I came in Monday and just paid tham $157 for the labor fee and took my car to a different place.a guy name George is the manager at the time. Please dont bring your car here unless you want really HORRIBLE customer service and get RIPPED off and lie to......

This is the worse dealership ever. I will never go back there to purchase a car n I def would not refer anyone to this rip off dealership. All they care about is making money n now t the happiness of the customer. Take a lawyer with u as well as preapproved paperwork cuz they will lie that u did not get approved! Terrible terrible place!! no customer service whatsoever ,first of all no one picks up any phones , they held my car just for diagnosing the problem 2 days , then said that the repairs will take another week but did not have a loaner cars available.... they hold you hostage by saying that you have to give them $130 regardless if you want to leave the car by them or take it back and do the repairs somewhere else, but the main thing is that they will not take your phone calls,

As always Jimmy is awesome! Had the tires rotated and oil/filter change....good to go! Pete gets it taken care of when he says he will. I really appreciate the fact that Pete treats me as a person and not a number. I couldn't ask for a better Service Advisor....I try to make sure Pete is there before I bring my vehicles in!

A long drive is something that we all love. Last weekend, I went on a long drive with my girlfriend. Everything was going well, however, when I was about to start the car on Monday for office, it didn t start. I tried two to three times but it didn t work. So I searched on the internet and came across this company. I called and booked a pick-up service. I must say that these guys are very punctual. They picked my car, checked and repaired it so nicely that it is working amazingly.
