Fantastic Sales consultant. He is a patient and humble person who helped us tremendously with buying our car. We were with him for hours and not once he got frustrated with us. It was a bad experience for us. The made us pay 1000 extra for the car and promised us to give us accessories because we were the clients number 10 of the day... I went there and the "fixed" the mistake. They told me I was going to get a check with the money back. We are still waiting for it (accessories and check) . Today I went there and the manager left me there talking alone. I was mad because nobody gave me a solution about what they promised us. It is our first car what a bad experience for your first car maybe the car is good but I don't understand why do they tell u they are going to give you all those many things and then they just said well I don't know, I have to check, I will call u and never call :/

Honestly I love going to Honda they are respectful and attentive. But the one day I decide to give in and trade my car in was disappointing. My salesmen Moe didn't pay attention to me at all. He was to busy doing 2 or 3 sales at once. He just wanted to make a sale. He didn't take the time to assist me with setting up my phone to my car which led me to returning to the dealer twice for 2 to 4 hours to figure out something that took Frankie 5 min to fix thank you Frankie. I definetly would go back just prefer a different salesmen. I'm not one for writing reviews but I was very disappointed.

Would love to put 5 stars on this dealership if they didn t lie and trick me into an expensive 3 year commitment on a lease. I put all of my trust on Derek Mohammed to get me the best deal with a 2019 honda civic Si with an early lease trade in (which he said no body is going to buy because of a frame damage on it ) after my girlfriend brought him 4 customers including herself prior to me within a 2 week span. Instead, he violated my trust by lying and doing his selfish little car dealer scheme after i told him a way better offer that i received at one of their top competitors (DCH PARAMUS HONDA). I know for a fact that he told the sales manager about that offer (which the manager later declined hearing about until he was confronted about it). Now i didn t take the offer at Paramus Honda because i was recommended to him by my gf. So i believed him when he said that the offer Paramus Honda gave me was not real. He said no one would buy my car cause of the carfax history , i was going to be charged a little over $100 per month on top of the new lease to finish paying off my old lease. it wasn t until a day later when i went back to return the car, that they said that i couldn t return it and that s when they offered to cover the rest of my old lease (as DCH had already promised) but they never removed the extra $100 that was added onto my new payments. And when i wanted my old lease back to go take that offer in Paramus instead, my old leased car was already sold. Leaving me to think that Paramus was telling the truth the whole time because my new lease would have been the same as Paramus Honda s offer if Planet Honda removed the extra $100, which they never did. I recommend doing some research prior to going to this dealership and have them write down exactly what you would be paying for within your payments. I love the car, just hate the way it was dealt to me.

I made genuine inquire for 2017 Accord EX, I got a sarcastic reply from the BDC director-" Better luck with your car purchase", and took the matter to the General manager and its been a week no reply. so I decided not to stop at the dealer. I don't think we will have a good customer service from them, when they can't even have courtesy to replying the email inquires. Hope they changer their ways dealing with customers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I have to say that Spencer was very nice. He worked within the dollar amount that I could afford. And in the end walked away with an accord, when I had gone in for a civic. He was not pushy or rude. I have to say he felt like someone I had known a long time. The only thing I would say is that he did leave out how the lease worked as far as how much my monthly payment would be. This is my second time at Planet Honda. My salesperson both times was Eduardo Huaman. If you are a previous costumer you get the same salesman. The salesman doesnt force you to purchase but he does get mad quickly. First time I bought a brand new honda accord. Second time I bought a honda hrv. They are very welcoming and have better prices than dch honda or route 23 honda.

I went to planet honda because they had good prices for Honda Civics, as well as a large selection. I give planet honda an overall rating of "very good". Mike Brown was the salesperson who was helping me. He was very nice and down to earth. He was also very good about negotiating prices. He is not pushy or too aggressive about making a sale. I didn't feel any type of pressure. He showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, even in the rain. I got a good price for a 2011 Honda Civic. Ryan Mckenzie is theeeee best. I drive a hard bargain. He has a lot of patience. He coordinated a phenomenal deal for me on a 2016 HRV EX AWD. He applied no pressure. I am really not sure how this place has as many stars as it does. Then again, there are only 23 votes on Google, which is not really many at all. I was potentially going to give them my business but after many phone calls and many made-up stories about the car I was interested in, I am going elsewhere. This would've been my second experience buying a car from Planet Honda and the first one was also not so great. The first time, they gave me the wrong car and was annoyed at me when I brought it back with a bunch of miles on it! Not my fault that I had a road trip planned right after I bought the car. That's on them! They salesman actually asked me if I "drove it to Bermuda?". Yeah, dude with too many steroids in your body, I drove right over the Atlantic Ocean with my Honda Civic! This time they first told me that they have the car so I went it to check it out, and of course, it wasn't there. Then after a few promises that they would call me back, I never heard from them. Finally, I laid into some Sales Manager until he finally "confessed" that the car is not there. WHY IS IT ON YOUR DUMB WEBSITE THEN? So simple - if its not there, you should not be advertising it for sale. Unreal. They're a special bunch of people over there. Cannot wait to move on to another dealership that is professional and honest. I would NEVER recommend this place. But if you can handle the BS and want a car they have, then you should go for it but give them a really hard time!

My experience as a first time buyer is great even though there was some problems during the process of getting my car but Joe harrison and the sale Manager gave me a very good deal on my first car purchase it was very professional and wouldnt ask more for a deal like that for a first car !

Gave this dealership a try since it's local. We were immediately approached (not in a bad way), and while the associate was friendly, he apparently didn't need to snag a lease. Said he was grabbing keys, but never did. Brought us to the area where the cars were and pull that handles hoping something was open for us to see the interior. What was open was a super high-end model which we were not interested in but all sorts of bells and whistles. We were never offered a test drive. We were never given any potential figures to seal a deal. Within an hour of our leaving, sales manager called and left a message. Perhaps he should have intervened much sooner maybe we would have had a deal. It was a very disappointing experience, which sadly, was pretty much what I expected, based on the dealership reputation. We left and went to our usual dealership and within an hour had the deal that we wanted.
