I made genuine inquire for 2017 Accord EX, I got a sarcastic reply from the BDC director-" Better luck with your car purchase", and took the matter to the General manager and its been a week no reply. so I decided not to stop at the dealer. I don't think we will have a good customer service from them, when they can't even have courtesy to replying the email inquires. Hope they changer their ways dealing with customers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
