planet honda is a rip off they have me a deal and then took it back when i went to sign the final papers. there sales person and manager suck.

Etienne was courteous and patient with me. I had originally wanted him to look for a car outside their inventory but had changed my mind and decided to go with a car in their inventory. The while entire process was quick and painless. Would recommend to friends.

Bought my first Honda from a dealership and it was a smooth and great experience. From then on, I always buy genuine Honda parts for my car s maintenance and they always give suggestions and fair pricing before I commit. Parts salesman Sam explains everything in a friendly manner and never makes me wait . He gives me fair pricing all the time. Overall, I give them the highest rating I could possibly give them. Number one for me is customer satisfaction and Sam meets that criteria with flying colors.

First time leasing a car and was very concern about whether or not I was going to walk out of Planet Honda with the car I wanted. Jorge Silva and Francisco made it happened. Honestly they were super nice and were able to work with me, giving me the opportunity to walk with the car I wanted at the price I needed. I strongly recommend anyone to get their car from this dealership.

Went to Planet Honda on Rt 22 and I was interested in purchasing the Accord Coupe. Cef Sanchez was the sales person that helped me look into that car. He was very helpful and showed me all features of the car. He showed me the different colors it came in so I could make the right choice. I was happy with the choice I made. Overall, Cef was helpful and I liked the service there.

Like most people I was Skeptical about car dealerships and most of all car sales men . Well that was yesterday and never again. Ruben at planet Honda on route 22 in n.j. Was and absolute pleasure to deal with. Never try to put me into something I didn t want . He asked me what is is that I was looking for and where I needed to be monthly. I bought Honda CR-V 2015 on Dec 30th from Khwaja Kaleem Wyne. When I went to Planet Honda I just wanted to explore some options but I was not ready to buy the car. Kaleem showed me multiple options to trade-in my Accord, convinced me to buy new car and gave me best price for CR-V. The new CR-V he offered me had a lot of options and accessories included those other dealers does not provide in this price.

Worst service ever, very unprofessional. Made numerous trips to this place despite me living 300 miles away and working all over the country. They lose paperwork and claim either you never gave them the paperwork or they never received anything. They want you to purchase a vehicle then take your deposit and say they want the vehicle back. Stay far away from this scamming scandalous place.
