Gave this dealership a try since it's local. We were immediately approached (not in a bad way), and while the associate was friendly, he apparently didn't need to snag a lease. Said he was grabbing keys, but never did. Brought us to the area where the cars were and pull that handles hoping something was open for us to see the interior. What was open was a super high-end model which we were not interested in but all sorts of bells and whistles. We were never offered a test drive. We were never given any potential figures to seal a deal. Within an hour of our leaving, sales manager called and left a message. Perhaps he should have intervened much sooner maybe we would have had a deal. It was a very disappointing experience, which sadly, was pretty much what I expected, based on the dealership reputation. We left and went to our usual dealership and within an hour had the deal that we wanted.
