I am really not sure how this place has as many stars as it does. Then again, there are only 23 votes on Google, which is not really many at all. I was potentially going to give them my business but after many phone calls and many made-up stories about the car I was interested in, I am going elsewhere. This would've been my second experience buying a car from Planet Honda and the first one was also not so great. The first time, they gave me the wrong car and was annoyed at me when I brought it back with a bunch of miles on it! Not my fault that I had a road trip planned right after I bought the car. That's on them! They salesman actually asked me if I "drove it to Bermuda?". Yeah, dude with too many steroids in your body, I drove right over the Atlantic Ocean with my Honda Civic! This time they first told me that they have the car so I went it to check it out, and of course, it wasn't there. Then after a few promises that they would call me back, I never heard from them. Finally, I laid into some Sales Manager until he finally "confessed" that the car is not there. WHY IS IT ON YOUR DUMB WEBSITE THEN? So simple - if its not there, you should not be advertising it for sale. Unreal. They're a special bunch of people over there. Cannot wait to move on to another dealership that is professional and honest. I would NEVER recommend this place. But if you can handle the BS and want a car they have, then you should go for it but give them a really hard time!
